Please read until the end. Let me start by saying that the hotel and the entire service They create a fantastic place where you can relax and have fun. The hotel is clean and well-kept, the rooms are equipped with standard equipment, the fridge is refilled every day. The service is always smiling and helpful. The hotel is made up of really wonderful people who try their best to make our stay pleasant. I will come back and recommend it to my friends because it is really worth it. However, you should take more care of the tiles around the pools, they are extremely slippery and dangerous. The one biggest minus of this hotel, in my opinion, are irresponsible parents. I really understand that you are on vacation, but you have children, don't forget about it and don't sit with them on the sofas in the bar until they fall asleep, because it's an unpleasant sight. There is a bar and a disco in the hotel until 1 a.m. and you also come there with your children, where it is very noisy. Dear parents, I am calling for more common sense. Best regards and thank you to all the staff for a wonderful holiday.

Everything was really nice. Brilliant beach and swimming Poole with nice bar for drinks and 2 restaurants for snacks. The hotel itself has an indoor and outdoor pools. Kids club was amazing. My kids loved the ice cream and the slush.

Fantastic hotel. Food is amazing! Staff are friendly. Room tidy and clean. Happy holidays for me and my husband. (Closed to airport 30 minutes) you can take the bus No.7 to Terra city. It is a big shopping center or if you getting tired. You can go to Thai rose massage it's very good and fair price)

Fantastic resort with lots of activities. Rooms clean, comfortable and well stocked with complimentary amenities. Located in a nice neighborhood. It’s a buzzing and popular hotel, but I didn’t have any problems with noise. Very attentive and helpful staff, especially the Receptionists and Bellmen working during my check-in (on January 27, 2024 around 23:30) as well as the next day on January 28, 2024 at noon. The restaurant provides high-quality food and service, the Waiters and Managers are very attentive and helpful (especially Tarkan, one of the Waiters, on January 28, 2024.) Chefs are also visible and they prepare a really delicious buffet. Everything looks and tastes fresh and the place is clean and hygienic. Staff at this hotel understand the principals of good customer service. It’s a high-end hotel worth the premium price. Communication in English wasn’t a problem. Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful experience staying at this resort. The food, activities and people were really kind and considerate. The wide array of food and drinks were unending. Mehmet at the travel desk was very helpful with advice and arranging travel. Kids loved the activities and pools. If I had to point out any criticism I would say the taxi service is a bit on the expensive side but it's very convenient. We checked out at 12pm but out flight was at 9pm. The resort stored our luggage and let us use all the amenities and food until our flight time. I haven't seen any hotel that does this kind of service. We definitely want to come back in summer 🌞
