The hotel is lovely but my experience at the hotel spa was exceptional. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing, with every detail designed to make you feel completely at ease. I enjoyed several soothing massages to ease joint pain and high-quality facials that left my skin feeling amazing. The staff provide impeccable service, a true five-star experience. Everyone was absolutely wonderful, especially Sevgi and all the reception/spa staff. They were so kind, welcoming, and professional, and they truly made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this hotel and experiencing this spa and I personally can’t wait to go back!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. . Pleasant, with conversation but not intrusive. Genuine feel of care and interest in giving an enjoyable experience. Steakhouse is well worth it. Meat sweats by the time I was finished at a fraction it would cost in Ul. Staff also went out of their way to accommodate us following a booking error. A la carte breakfast for returning guests is lovely and nice atmosphere change from the buffet hustle, but make sure you loosen the strings on your shorts! Could feed a family of horses with what comes out. Great hotel. 👍

The Best Bar in the Hotel — A Hidden Gem I would like to share my thoughts about the Brasserie Bar, which some guests might not even discover during their stay, as it’s located a bit aside from the hotel’s main busy area. You can find it on the ground floor, to the left at the end of the corridor — right across from the large, crowded evening bar. Here you can enjoy a great selection of desserts, coffee, cold drinks, cocktails, and a few types of sandwiches — something we really appreciated, especially since the main bar across doesn’t serve food. What truly makes this place special is the coffee. It’s absolutely fantastic — we tried both the classic latte and cappuccino, and even though we drink a lot of coffee, this was honestly some of the best we’ve had in a long time. The cappuccino had a perfect balance between milk and coffee, with a rich aroma and deep flavor. As coffee lovers, it really gave us the right start to the day — full of energy, good mood, and that special feeling that makes you appreciate the moment. A big thank you to Melissa, the barista who prepared our coffee for the past few days. She is a true professional who knows exactly how to make guests feel welcome and serve them something delicious every time. Highly recommend visiting this bar — you definitely won’t be disappointed!

Currently staying at the hotel as a family of 13 ranging from ages 2-74 and there is something for everyone at this hotel. The oktoberfest was very good and the cappadocia party also. We must also write that all the staff are very attentive and can never do enough for you, huge thanks to cenk down at the beach bar for looking after us. The food has been really good at the restaurant and the drinks from the bar have been the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort. I highly recommend to all ages and family sizes.

We stayed here for a week. It was our first experience with Turkey as a country and with an all-in hotel. We aimed for a place that was easy to travel to, close to the airport, and with lots to do. This hotel did not disappoint. What I found very pleasant was that the entertainment was not at the hotel, which made it a calm and peaceful stay most of the time. We don't have much to compare it to, but this was everything we expected. There is a big waterpark (Wet n Wild) and a nice beach with the hotel. We always found a spot to sit and it all felt very safe. There was a small bus to take you to the waterpark and back, but mostly we just walked. It's just a few minutes but you have to cross a road, which can be very busy at times. I do a lot of walking which was "interesting" at times. There are stray dogs around on the streets in the morning, which can be a bit scary. Walking to the left isn't really great, walking straight ahead brings you to the sea, and to the right you go to other hotels and lots of shops. I'm not one for shopping so can't tell if it was any good. Our room was nice. Big enough and kept clean. Also with a balcony but we never used it. Staff were nice and pleasant, service was great. We ate most of our meals at the main restaurant. There was plenty of choice, the food was cooked and we never had any issues. Nobody fell ill, staff keeps everything as clean as they possibly can. We sat at the same spot most nights which resulted in great service by waiter Kadirov, special thanks! He was super nice, and treated the children very well which to me is most important. He always made sure he found us a spot to sit and made us feel super welcome.
