Entertainment team work so hard to keep all guests entertained especially in the heat. The shows they have on are excellent especially the 9.30pm shows. The Michael Jackson tribute was the best. Well done to all staff. All though there have been some issues- however nothing major. Loved our stay. Wet and wild excellent- easy access- with transport provided every few minutes- plus easy to walk there. Shops around the resort- the beach and its pier are breathtaking.

Really lovely hotel for all inclusive for the family you don’t have to leave if you wish not to. When I arrived the room was not suitable for my family and they kindly moved me to a more suitable room. I had a late flight and they were also very accommodating and allowed me to check account later than normal which was a reasonable fee. I had my 2 year old daughter so I did a late checkout to ease the stress. The food is lovely also so many choices. I really enjoyed my time the staff have been very considerate and accommodating with no fuss. Your little obese will never get bored the water park is also lovely for the little ones and older children. I stayed in river room 3308 which was a 2 bed room with separate rooms. Suitable if you’re travelling with older children and partner. 5 star you won’t be disappointed xx

Brilliant holiday. The room was 1749 & 1751, interconnecting room, great for a family of 4, 2 bathrooms. Housekeeping was incredibly clean albeit rooms ready for a minor refurb. 3 of us vegetarian and food was brilliant with plenty of choices, ignore previous complaints from previous moaners. As a Hotel Manager myself, the whole team work incredibly hard to ensure all guests are catered for. It is a very busy resort but that’s because they have a great reputation and so they should. We’ve been to Turkey for over 10 years and this is the best resort we have been to. Location from airport, location to shops, location to a great beach, highly recommend. Turkey holidays unfortunately have gone very expensive which I believe is down to the economy so no fault of the Hotel. Everything has been amazing. Thank you Aska Lara Xx

Could have the potential to be really good. All the staff are friendly, a smile on their faces and very much appreciate a thank you, simple as that when being served but common sense doesn't exist for the cleaners, I had to go to reception about 9 times in just 2 weeks as the cleaners removed things (not personal) from our room. I think the cut off time for water being 5pm is a little tight, 5:30 would make a lot of difference. The picture attached is the wet towel with the hair referred to further down. The response from the management was also misinformed as we are still here and can be contacted. The response about the keys saving electricity and power, if everything is turned off then there is nothing to save but I stand by my point that the cleaners can simply leave these on the side.

I loved this hotel! Extremely good service and hospitality. Food was amazing as was the service. The entertainment team was amazing and super friendly, there was always something exciting happening, all day an night. I enjoyed myself and very exciting for the children. I definitely recommend this hotel.
