Fantastic hotel, wifi is only free in the lobby if you require wifi around the hotel you have to pay (low price) in euros. Same goes for the safe but it wasn’t a problem. Staff were friendly, their language skills are amazing but low on English which was ok for us as they spoke Polish ok and we could communicate with some staff in Polish or English. Room was clean and quite modern, fridge was always topped up with drinks and you are able to have tea or coffee in the room as well. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and it works great. The balcony had a beautiful view and hearing Ezan from the nearby mosque added to the atmosphere. Swimming pool was clean and water felt fresh, the sunbeds were hard to get but I didnt have a day where I couldn’t get a sunbed at all. Food was the best thing about this hotel, huge variety, breakfast was OK but Dinner that started at 18:30 was the best! The meat variety and the vegetables and salads, I always had a plate full sometimes even got seconds and thirds. The desserts were fresh and gorgeous tasting. Also, food was available 24/7. Bar staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel had entertainment every night around 21:00 only for about 2hr but it was good, we could find a schedule of what was on every night by the dining room on a notice board. Spa was also available treatments ranging from around 60 euro up. The hotel also had a hairdresser which also did beauty treatments and had a variety of shops (shoes, clothes and souvenirs) the shops were at discount price and we found a lot of clothes and other items cheaper than in the bazaar’s. There is also a Jewellery store on site and the Jeweler is a very friendly man, good at deals. Hotel itself is about 30 minutes from the Old town, but there are plenty of buses that go from just outside the hotel to Side Old Town every 15 minutes that cost 30lira or 1 euro. There is a free shuttle to the beach but we did not take one as the weather was so beautiful, we walked and it took us less than 10 minutes. There’s gorgeous food at the beach also, and drinks. Sunbeds are plenty on the beach and some cool activities at extra charge. Over all the stay was fantastic and would 100% recommend.

I will start this review on a positive note. The hotel is well presented with a lovely bar and lobby area and a clean big pool. This is where the positives stop!
Staff are rude and uninterested in improving your experience (with exception to Ahmed at the small pool bar, he is fantastic and Bekir at the top bar who always has energy and a smile on his face). Animations/entertainment team are the least animated and entertaining people I have ever seen! Promises of foam parties and exciting entertainment to find out they never happen. They walk around on their mobile phones, giving zero attention or entertainment to their paying guests. They have the easiest job in the world, stick on some music and the guests will have to entertain themselves.
Food is edible and mediocre (I can guarantee you will be on the toilet a lot). Cakes were the only highlight.
Whoever gave this hotel five stars must be bereft of taste buds and hate anything that brings joy. This is a 3 star hotel at best. I had to spend the night in my garden shed once with an old oily rag for a cover and a bag of nails as a pillow and I would still give that more stars than this place.
IF YOU ARE ENGLISH STAY AWAY!!! This place caters almost exclusively for Russians and Germans. You will find yourself wondering if England has actually vanished since you boarded your flight.
All in all I would rather spend a night in a hostel for the homeless in Rhyl, I'm sure the company and entertainment would be a vast improvement.

Just returned yesterday from holiday In this hotel.on arrival reception staff rude.
Our room was an annex and sub standard.but we did manage to get the room chsnged.you have to pay for WiFi.the hot food was always cold.plates and cutlery was dirty.my partner was ill and I had mouth ulcers .very German orientated and German guest were rude and racist against my partner too.so all in all not a great holiday at all.we definitely wouldn't go back to this hotel, area or indeed Turkey itself

The hotel is very old, bathrooms smells bad, showers leaking water on the floor, toilet brush extremely dirty. We arrived late, we were told there was late buffet, we only found pieces of hard bread and fish with no flavour very plain.
Food wasn’t good either, not very tasty or options of chicken and meat. Avoid the salon at all cost, got a manicure that peeled off in 1 day, be aware. Pool is extremely cold 🥶 we left very disappointed.
Also NO WIFI, we were charged € couple euros in order to have INTERNET.
You can see how dirty the late buffet was.
Other than that breakfast was nice, omelettes the best. Not big options for fruit tho.

Ok so we decided on this hotel as it was rated 5 stars however as soon as we arrived the staff did not even smile and were so rude when we asked for another pillow he refused !after two days of complaining to the staff how the showers was leaking and mould was all over in the bath room they changed our room which again had a stench in the shower room you have to pay for wifi ! It is certainly not 5 stars I was disgusted n saddened by the way I was treated by the staff ! Would never go back
