Good things: Very big hotel, there is plenty to do , great water park, amazing high quality entertainment every night. Not so good…: Most of personal don’t speak any other language than Turkish. They are also very slow and lazy, even if you give them tips, it doesn’t change much. I had some very bad experiences at reception where personnel were very slow and even arrogant to me and other people. Food- very average, nothing special at all. Drinks- only at lobby bar you can expect to get something decent, most other bars they serve you local piss.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I recently stayed at this hotel a week ago, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff is extremely unhelpful and rude whenever you try to address any issues or ask for your rights. The cleanliness of the hotel is abysmal. I would rate it 0/10. There were flies everywhere, including in the bars and around the food. They have no concept of hygiene. My children got food poisoning twice during our stay, suffering from diarrhea and vomiting. It was clear that they don't prioritize cleanliness at all. The rooms were poorly cleaned, with visible handprints in the lifts and on the doors. The cleaning was done haphazardly and without any attention to detail. The corridors also had a terrible smell, making the entire experience very unpleasant. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. It's not worth the risk to your health and well-being.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. While the entertainment options were quite good, other aspects of my stay were far from satisfactory. The lobby staff were not very helpful or welcoming, which set a negative tone right from the start. The rooms themselves were nothing like the photos—much smaller and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, we found ants inside our room, which was unacceptable. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with noticeable smells of food lingering in the corridors. The hotel seriously needs to improve its cleaning standards and address the pervasive odors throughout the property. Overall, I would not recommend staying here until these issues are resolved.

Huge hotel with very good onsite water park. Rooms were good size and clean. Shuttle bus to private beach less than 10 mins away we'll worth a go. Kids club good for short spells out of the heat. Overall had a good time but some frustrations with a day of illness for one of my kids, unknown cause and it seems a known risk in the area/country. Staff were on the whole friendly, although not so impressed with some on 'guest relations' desk who made catching a taxi/transfer harder than it needed to be, normal front desk was helpful.

Stay away!!! Very bad experience with this hotel. Many people, especially children are getting sick (I believe the pools are the main reason). Managers and staff are hiding this, but it’s been happening since the beginning of this season. The conditions are not for 5 star at all. The rooms are basic, food if is average (cantine), pools smell, they only serve local drinks in alcohol. But the worst thing is that you get there and children get sick. You pay lots of money to an incompetent doctor who sends you to a private hospital where you get ripped off and don’t receive the right medication. Stay away!!!
