⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay – Great for Families with Kids! We stayed at Granada Luxury Belek for 4 nights as a family (2 adults and 2 children), and overall, it was a fantastic experience. On the first night, we had a standard land view room in the main hotel building. The water park and aqua park are located on the other side of the resort, connected through an underground tunnel – very convenient and safe for families. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with excellent facilities. On the second day, we upgraded to a 2-bedroom unit near the water park, which was nicely built and perfect for families. However, the beds were a bit small – more like queen-size instead of king-size – and the AC didn’t work on the first day, but the staff fixed it promptly and even compensated us, which was appreciated. The food was exceptional – a wide variety of options with a new menu every day. You’ll never get bored with the food here – everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ensuring we were comfortable. There are plenty of activities for kids and adults within the resort, and the location is great – Belek city center is nearby, and Land of Legends is just 10 minutes away by car. Highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and entertaining stay in Antalya

I recently stayed at Granada Luxury, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The claims of “everything included” are nothing more than a deceptive marketing ploy. Prepare to be hit with extra charges for even the most basic amenities—like coffee in your room! It’s outrageous that a hotel of this supposed caliber would nickel-and-dime guests for such simple comforts. The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. My room was dirty upon arrival, and despite bringing it to the attention of the staff, no action was taken to rectify the situation. It’s unacceptable for any hotel to overlook basic hygiene standards. As for the service, it was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making the experience even more frustrating. I felt more like an inconvenience than a valued guest. And let’s talk about the food. It was simply inedible. The selection was limited, and what was available tasted bland and poorly prepared. I found myself going out to eat just to avoid the hotel dining options. In short, I would never recommend Granada Luxury to anyone. Save your money and find a hotel that truly values its guests. This place is a complete disappointment!

We have just spent 10 nights here with grandchildren. The rooms are very tired and nothing like the photos on the website. I complained after inspecting the room for the first time. Furniture damage, stained bedding, dirty toilet and dirty outlook from the balcony. When I asked for a room changed the reception staff were not interested and said the hotel was full. They sent up housekeeping staff but they could not understand English. I finished up cleaning the toilet myself! Definitely not 5* more like 3*. There was no organisation in the main restaurant, it was buffet service and pure chaos. We struggled to find a table each evening! There was little choice for kids. The outside areas and entertainment was very good but all the extras had to be paid for, candy floss €5 popcorn €5, for kids fairground and rides you had to buy a card ranging from €30-€80, and each ride cost units deductible from your card. Extortionate charges!! Once you are there you are subject to all the extras that should be free in an all inclusive resort ☹️

From the moment I arrived, I felt neglected and unvalued as a guest. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The common areas were often dirty, and my room was not up to standard. I encountered unkempt bathrooms and dusty surfaces, which made my stay uncomfortable. It was disheartening to see such a lack of attention to detail in a place that claims to offer luxury. Overall, I would not recommend Granada Luxury Belek to anyone looking for a pleasant and clean environment. The poor service and lack of cleanliness overshadow any potential positives this hotel may have. Save your money and choose a different destination!

This place is a complete rip off. Want to have a game of table football? €20 minimum spend (well they told me it was €20 but actually charged my card 1,000 Turkish which is €21.50). A small pot of popcorn to watch the show? €5. I'd not even got back to the room after dropping my daughter of at kids club for the first time and they were on the phone asking for €15 for her to colour in a t shirt. If you enjoy having your pants pulled down, come to this hotel.
