I’m writing this review at 3am on my 6th evening of our second year at this hotel resort. Not because I want to be awake at 3am, I would much rather be asleep right now. The hotel is visually stunning but the building quality is very cheap when it comes to acoustics. So as furniture is moved EVERYDAY, it wakes you up as it sound like deep fingers down a chalk board. I’ve never been subjected to water torture but I’m guessing this is what it feels like. You just can’t sleep, so if that is something you need then this is the wrong place for you. If you have already booked then look to get your money back asap. Last year I thought we were in an unlucky room, but as the service was great, it was worth giving it another go due to the hotel having a good kids club. This year however the service isn’t as good and one woman at dinner who couldn’t understand English just blanked us instead of getting a colleague who does. I felt like a second class citizen, not what you want after paying thousands to take your family on holiday. All I actually asked for was a bottle of Eefs Malt (house beer), not some obscure item. Turkey is a nice place to visit, but best to look elsewhere.

Incredible hotel! Stayed here for the congress and got dully impressed with its variety of activities, food and excellent service! Everyone at the hotel is so helpful, everything is really at top level! I would really miss this place. The only disadvantage is that it doesn't have its own beach, but they have wonderful spa center and many pools, so actually you don't wanna get out of the hotel❤

We travelled with a 9 month old baby. Since we arrived the room has been very hot at night and the baby has not been able to sleep. We asked guest relations for a fan but were told none were available and we should try opening the door as the air conditioning was not working (as if we haven’t thought of that already!) Tonight our baby got sick and we cannot leave the room. I went to the restaurant to get a few things for the baby to eat and a couple of deserts for myself and my partner but was told we could not take this to the room as it is ‘the rules’ and something to do with health and safety. However we can pay for room service no problem. Nothing but a scam to make money out of sick guests! Disgusting! The Al a carte resturant we went to 2 nights ago served buffet food on a nice plate and charged €40pp for the privilege? This is not al a carte dining. Again another scam! We will not be paying for this at checkout! Do not book this hotel if you plan on visiting Turkey!

The hotel looks the part, stunning inside, clean & massive but that’s as good as it gets. No aircon our full stay in the middle of April in 24 degrees heat, even though stated on website aircon is operational from April to October. We were told this was not being switched on to May! When complaining to management not even half an hour after arriving at the hotel we spoke with the rudest “manager” I’ve ever come across - we were simply told “what exactly do you expect me to do” then proceeded to tell us to just sleep with our balcony door open all night even though we were on the 5th floor with a 5yr old!!! Ludicrous to even suggest this. It was completely unbearable sleeping at night which ruined our full holiday as no sleep at night means grumpy children / parents all day!! Food was awful - just standard AI nothing special and my partner found a bone in his “boneless chicken”. Which totally put us off!! Walls of the rooms are paper thin & can hear everyone else’s kids crying all night which kept my little one awake along with the heat! Acrade area / bowling is a complete death trap! We paid for bowling & within 2 seconds my partner slipped on oil that was all over the floor of the bowling alley - his ankle became swollen straight away/bruised and had to spend the rest of the day in bed with an ice pack - we took photos of the oil and the manager of the bowling area gave us a refund for what we’d paid (£25) and just tried to dry up the oil no apology or nothing! - would dread to think if it was my little boy who’d fallen!! Staff so rude & do not go out their way to help you at all. Only time they try to be nice to you in was hassling you to buy things 24/7!! I actually have no idea where the good reviews come from as we had the complete opposite experience!! The prices in the hotel shop also are absolutely ridiculous - now I’ve been to Dubai & even the shops there aren’t as much as a rip off! £75 for a Hotwheels truck that’s £6 back home!! The only good experience we actually had was at the private beach, we hired a cabana for the day which was great - 80 euros 10/6pm the waiter we dealt with was lovely & always made sure we weren’t needing juice ect’s topped up. Food was WAY better at the beach compared to the main hotel also. My little boy enjoyed the park & football park. But for a 5 star hotel to have such rude staff, bones in chicken, horrible food, No aircon & terrible management is just not on! Please don’t waste your money, they care more about making the place look nice rather than a good experience for their paying customers!! All this has been complained to guest relations at the hotel along with jet2 - not that either of them care!

I came here on the 5th of March and left today 12th march There was 6 of us total 2 adults and our 4 children! 3 of my children are autistic! Upon arrival we walked in and was pretty blown away with the LOOK of the hotel! It looked amazing! We was greeted by a reception gentleman who offered to keep our suitcases behind there desk so we could rush for food as they was closing. My thoughts wow amazing how lovely of him. We all sat down to eat within 3 minutes of us sitting at the table a cat came jumping onto the table where my eldest son was sitting and stole the hole piece of chicken off he’s plate! At first because we are new here we just laughed it off a waiter near by seen this and did try to move the cat away from our table but failed to continue to stop this cat after keep coming back and jumping onto my son this cat then bit me! As I tried to remove it from my son! So at this point I’m like ok this is not good! Plus due to this cat my youngest who is severely autistic and clearly loves acting like a cat ( cat obsessed ) he point blank refused to eat! And just wanted to get down and chase them! Which was very hard to get him to sit and eat! Next day we go for breakfast again there were cats this time around 4 5 of them hovering around trying to steal food plus attacking if we tried to remove them staff would try and move them but obviously have this issue so many times they leave the cats to it! Again my youngest son refused to eat! We then noticed my eldest son coming out in a rash really bad especially on he’s face! And sneezing so it came to light he clearly has a cat allergy that we didn’t even know he had as we don’t own a cat or be around cats back home! My neighbour has cats but they don’t bother us! We told staff about this but didn’t do much about it. We ended up taking food from the hotel and eating in our room because of these issues with both of my children! So day 3 we are thinking of leaving!! We raise our concerns to guest reception hoping to get an outcome! But nothing got done! We also mentioned since arriving there’s been no entertainment for the kids! we came out of season but it clearly states there’s entertainment for children every evening and day time to which we are on day 3 and there was NO ENTERTAINMENT! The place that was apparently having entertainment we literally walked in and walked back out we showed the guest relation receptionist a video I took! There was music on for toddler age but there was no sign of anyone! No staff no people it felt like it was put on for show purpose only! No one in sight! So we all had to just go bed which was absolutely ridiculous we’re on holiday who wants to go back to hotel room for 8pm!!! So I had very upset kids! The only thing we had to do at this hotel was stay in the pool hours on end for the 3 days we were there! The lady at the guest relation watched the video and laughed and said that is not on and told us to speak to main reception to which they pushed us to love holidays where we purchased the holiday! So we basically got nowhere!! 4th day we hardly eating my youngest we had to end up going to local shop down the road to purchase noodles & snacks! He eventually eat as we was in hotel room. We ended up booking a zoo day out and going land of legends to fill the rest of our time up from this hotel never ever will I stay here again!!! Avoid! I could go on and on we were bit left right and centre in the night to which when the maids had posted a card through our door to say they were doing a pest control treatment to all rooms! But the day we were going typical! I’m absolutely gutted I took my kids out of school for an absolutely terrible experience of a holiday.
