Our stay at Granada was unfortunately far from the 5-star experience we expected. The service was shockingly poor, and it was clear that the management struggled with basic communication. This was most evident when we requested towels after using the pool; we were told they were out and would have to return after an hour. This is unacceptable for a supposedly high-standard resort.
Adding to our discomfort, the room setup was not what we anticipated. Instead of proper bedding, we were given a sofa bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. The regular beds were no better, leading to restless nights for all of us.
The only redeeming factor was the kids’ pool, which the children enjoyed. However, even that couldn’t make up for the other issues we encountered.
The food was a major disappointment. There was a lack of variety, with the same dishes being served every day. For a 5-star resort, especially one in Turkey, you would expect a showcase of the rich Turkish cuisine, but it fell completely flat. Moreover, if you have any food allergies, beware. There were no clear signs indicating what the dishes or desserts contained, making it a risky experience for those with dietary restrictions.
To make matters worse, some areas of the resort had a lingering, unpleasant odor that made certain places almost unbearable. Overall, this was a thoroughly disappointing stay, and I would not recommend it.

Our stay at Granada Belek was fantastic! My boyfriend and I were really impressed with the overall vibe of the hotel. It’s a massive resort with beautiful, modern design and plenty of activities to keep you entertained.
The room we stayed in was spacious and had a great view from the balcony, which we enjoyed each morning. There are so many pools to choose from, and even though we’re not really into water parks, we found the one at the hotel to be really fun! The poolside service was great too—easy access to drinks and snacks throughout the day.
We also enjoyed the spa. It was very relaxing, and even though we didn’t go for a lot of treatments, just spending time there was a nice way to unwind.
The food was really good too. There were plenty of options between the buffet and à la carte restaurants, so we never got bored. The atmosphere at the hotel was lively but not too much, which made it perfect for a laid-back stay.
Overall, Granada Belek offered everything we needed for a great holiday
...comfortable rooms, good food, lots of activities, and a nice balance of relaxation and fun. It’s a great choice if you're looking for a mix of both!

The resort is perfect for families, offering a wide array of pools including heated pools, chilled pools, kid-friendly pools, and water slides. The pools cater to all needs, ensuring that every member of the family can enjoy their time, whether it’s for a relaxing swim or some fun water activities. They have a towel card system, allowing you to exchange your wet towels for dry ones as many times as needed.
For families with young children, there’s an important tip to consider: if you’re staying with babies or toddlers, request that your room be placed away from the water side of the resort. The reason for this is that loud music is played throughout the day and late evenings, which can make it difficult for little ones to sleep. You can request this arrangement ahead of time or while checking in. Additionally, the resort has a kids’ restaurant that opens earlier than the main lunch hall. This allows children to eat in peace, while parents can enjoy their meals later, when the main dining hall opens. This thoughtful touch helps give families the opportunity to enjoy mealtimes without disruption, especially if you have young kids.
The resort also provides a large variety of food options in the main hall for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You’ll find everything you could want from international cuisine to local favourites. The food is at its best during dinner, when a more refined selection is available. The food can get repetitive. Outside of the main meal times, you can grab food by the pools, where the same top picks from the main food court are served. The area around the water slide also has a strip of food places, ensuring you’re never far from a bite.
For kids, the resort offers a variety of fun activities. The soft play area, outdoor playgrounds, and a funfair, these are excellent options to keep the little ones entertained. In the evenings, they even have shows and activities tailored for children, so be sure to check the daily schedule for what’s available.
If you venture outside of the resort, be prepared for higher prices. The resort’s taxi apps don’t work well, so it’s best to ask the reception to call a taxi for you, and always agree on the fare in advance to avoid being overcharged. Delivery apps can also be used to order food, but they don’t offer many options, and the delivery drivers are stopped at the entrance barriers, meaning you’ll need to walk to the entrance to collect your food.
The resort also features an in-house spa, which is perfect for couples or those looking to enjoy a special occasion. While a bit pricey, the spa is known for its top-notch services, especially the Turkish Hammam. Just be aware that you may be asked to be fully nude, although disposable underwear is available upon request. The spa staff are highly trained, and it’s worth it for those looking to relax or celebrate something special.
Shopping outside the resort can be expensive, so it’s best to skip the shopping centre just outside and instead visit the Land of Legends, a short 15-minute taxi ride away. This shopping and entertainment complex offers a night show that is worth attending—just ask the staff for the exact time. The show takes place by a fairytale castle and is popular, so arrive early. Also check out the Belek Market, where you’ll find plenty of goods. However, if you’re looking for designer clothing, ask the local taxi drivers about the “old market,” located about 30 minutes from the airport. This market is where locals buy their goods, and it’s the cheapest place to find quality designer items.
Luckily we had a decent visit here, no issues with the rooms, they cleaned them daily and filled up the fridge daily. There is a kid’s pool tucked away in the north west part on the map, which is heated. We didn’t get sick from the pool water or get food poisoning. Maybe we got lucky. The people we spoke to at reception, spoke English, no idea what the other reviewers are talking about.

We chose this hotel because we met a family last summer in another resort and they were coming here this year so we joined them. Amazing structures, the location is HUGE, we had lots of fun for 2 weeks. Thank you to BATU (marketing manager) for helping us with everything we needed and making our holiday easier. We will come back another time when our 4 kids are older to enjoy it even more. Thank you to all the staff of the resort.

Only go if you want food poisoning and to be on the toilet with a bucket of vomit in your hand for the majority of your stay. The pools are dirty, bedding is always damp, the family room so alot smaller than advertised, food was repetitive and poor, staff weren't friendly or competent, every entertainment is a 10 minute walk from the hotel, beach is a bus ride, extremely unorganised, meal times are havoc, nightmare to find a free sun bed, towels were dirty and I can go on. I cannot think of 1 good thing to say about this hotel. And believe me the photos will make you think it's paradise. That's exactly how I got roped in. Save your money and go elsewhere. The guest relations manager refused to accept that we had food poisoning and said its the weather when I explained we have family who live in Antalya so we had already been there for 10days prior to booking into the hotel they refused to accept that. I explained 3 out of 4 of my family were sick and it was the 3 of us who ate the burgers (luckily my 1 year old didn't and was fine) but again they refused to accept that and said all they can do is offer to send us tea to our room. Don't know what good tea will do when you can't even keep water down 🤦♀️.
