If you are British, Avoid this hotel. They take advantage of you. They sold us 12 tickets for Gala Night at £100 per person. On the Night, 60 others crashed the party, and they did not pay a penny. When we spoke to Guest Relations, they said they would refund us. Now that we are back home, they're saying that was never the case. The Gala night was shocking, with awful food; whoever did the decorations should be embarrassed and overcrowded with people. The service was very slow as they had to put extra tables in, and the waiting staff couldn't get around. Also, the hotel needs to be updated; there are plenty of better options around the corner from this hotel. When we checked into our room, we had to change rooms as the room smelled of faeces.

Main points to share. *20 minutes from airport - from the airport they roughly charge between 400-600 TRY (if it's your first time in Turkey/Antalya don't fall for them telling you their quote is fixed price - it never is, always go in with a ridiculously low offer so they roll their eyes at you, they'll usually meet you somewhere halfway more reasonable). *Family rooms were a good size in the D block, however these rooms were a little bit of a trek from the main dining area. We got in lots of steps with the back and forth. *Food was very good, put on weight very quickly! except for desserts (I've never experienced great desserts in any Turkish hotel other than their own traditional baklava, kinafeh etc) they do however have decent fruit including ready to eat Pomegranate which was lovely. If you miss the main food timings they would have supplementary food within the Irish Bar area next to the Games room. Including late night. Waiting staff were quite attentive and would usually come to us first for drink orders. *Spa was great, a little strange how they kept asking for money prior to the service, a little off-putting. We've never experienced that at any other Spa. My wife wanted extra services whilst she was in there, she received very odd looks when she said she didn't have money on her. Still we were happy with the overall. *Beach was great, some parts with finer sand, some a little more gravelly. *Non-alcoholic (mocktails) drinks were easily available on the kids menu everywhere, a little too much syrup though. They were happy to make anything not on the drinks menu in the bar for us. *Children's outside play areas including the rides close after mid-November, so don't book here if this is one of your main reasons to keep the kids entertained during the day. Kids club winds down to a small room near the Spa only really suitable for very young children. *Games room was very expensive. I believe 30 tokens cost approx. £45 - it was 1 token per game at least. *Small play area within the dining area, we didn't discover this until the last day of our stay which was a shame. This would especially be good for any single parent just wanting a break whilst they eat. *Lots of friendly cats everywhere which we loved. Especially the little one, it kept her entertained given all the rides were shut down. *Typical of large hotels, the AC was centralised, which really winds me up. I was feeling warm and would appreciate still being able to control the temperature, but I understand this is fairly standard hotel practice. Slightly unrelated but there is a Gloria Jeans Coffee store within 5 minutes of the hotel, this is my personal favourite Coffee store chain compared to the usual Starbucks. My only main negative experience was when walking towards the main road to get to the local shops. There is a longer route along the main road or the shorter route walking beside river/canal at the back of the hotel (adjacent to the outside fairground area). This was a very unpleasant walk, lots of litre, and it didn't feel safe at all. I'm not sure if this is part of the hotels land but it would be in there interest to help clean up this area in keeping with the rest of the hotel especially as so many guests would use this path to go into town for the shops. Taxi's will always quote a ridiculous price for the 2 minute drive, at best haggled 150 TRY, they would initially ask for 500 TRY (≈£15) Once again another resort where they don't give you very much information about the place, where to go for what, what's available etc. This could perhaps be due to some of the staff struggling a little more with English, they did seem more fluent in German. There used to be a time where we were given tours of hotels/resorts to make sure you knew where everything was and all services on offer to make the most of your stay.. this was more left on our own, to discover ourselves. Despite the minor negatives, overall, I was very happy with the visit and would return again.

My review will be about the staff and their service, the rooms, food, spa and hotel. The moment we arrived to the hotel, there was no one to collect our luggage. We tried to carry it ourselves until someone eventually came. He wasn't picking up our stroller, despite me asking him to, so I picked it up and brought it over to him, despite me dealing with 2 little children of my own. I've never had to worry about my luggage anywhere I go as they instantly help with the luggage. We then arrived to our rooms, they were ok, we got the lateral sea view, which was facing out towards the Titanic hotel, but our view was only of the white roof of the restaurant below, and no sea view.... We asked for a room with better view but they were charging for it, despite us having paid for a lateral sea view. However as we were with kids, we decided to stay put as it was going to be hassle moving around. Pools - The pools are good, the facilities are good. The kids play area is very good, kids loved it, as well as us. It's suitable for babies and toddlers, and the kids club is right next to it. The fun fair which is free, was also very good and we all loved it. The adults water park was quite good too so I have no complaints about that at all, we had a great time in regards to that. However the pools aren't heated, except for one. Food - the food was ok. It was the same food everyday, so eventually we got bored of it. However there is a lot of food. The desserts were really nice, and the food was really fresh. Service - some staff members were not as helpful, had a few strange encounters. Most also didn't understand English. Rooms - we had a big bed and a 3/4 size bed in our room which was good. However, the duvet/blanket was smaller than the beds. The pillow quality was quite poor, which caused my neck and shoulders to hurt after a couple of days. I expect hotel pillows to be very comfortable...they only give one pillow instead of double pillow. The housekeeping was quite poor, our beds wouldn't be made properly ... So I would come and set it up properly myself. My mum had the same experience in her room. I have stayed in plenty of hotels and my rooms always been cleaned and beds nicely made. However the mini bar is stocked up and has a good variety of drinks. NO IRONS are included and you cannot request for an iron. So if you want to iron your clothes, you can't. So I suggest you bring your own iron. Otherwise you will have to pay for ironing service. The hotel itself is good but I don't think I'll stay here again, because the food was a bit boring after a while and the rooms weren't the best. I would say it is overpriced for what it is.

Stayed here in 2023. Rooms are absolutely stunning and very clean. We were a family of 5 with 3 children between the ages of 7 and 13. The hotel itself is very luxurious and has a wide range of food, cafes etc. The water park is amazing but only open afew hours at a time. Entertainment was poor and aimed towards easten europeans. There was nothing for English children. Although there was lots of pools and things to do my children quickly became bored on an evening which led us to venture out on to the main strip. Food was very repetitive and the restaurant was very busy. Outside the hotel there are families sitting begging by the river which is very sad. Overall if I were to come back to Antalya, I would not stay in this hotel with children again because of the lack of entertainment. The kids club is aimed towards younger children and there is nothing for the children to do on an evening. Was it worth the money for 7 days... short answer no.

We stayed there from October 13 to October 20 in this beautiful hotel and very good accommodation. friendly staff, clean rooms and plenty of experience. my kids aged 2,4 and 8 loved it too. I would like to specially thank Erdem Bey for his flexibility and kindness. A small point for improvement is perhaps a little more variety during dinner.
