Shows are spectacular.
Food is extremely good and the variety is huge.
The quality of the guests is not good. It was very crowded and noisy. Pools have the water too warm, and they are too crowded.
See, it is cool and the wind is nice here. In August, you can not breathe in the resort. There are no shadowy places in pools and outside.
The schuddle for the water slides is horror. From 10-12 and from 13-17 is very bad.

+ The resort looks nice at first glance, very large.
+ Plenty of food and drinks everywhere, minibar included.
+ Water park and amusement park for kids.
+ Good selection of fruits, but only during dinner.
- Very uncomfortable mattresses, in the morning both my husband and I had severe back pain.
- The kids' water park splashed water from above at every step – by the time a child climbed the steps to the slide, they had to wipe their face/eyes at least three times because they were splashed from above. It was unavoidable.
- Absolutely lame to non-existent "entertainment."
- In many places, there was a strange sweetish smell (from garbage?).
- Some of the staff looked terribly annoyed (understandable given the heat).
- At the beginning, they gave us a room that was a complete disgrace. Only after we complained did they change our room.
- Cleaning was sporadic, mostly superficial. In the bathroom, there was limescale; overall, it was not as clean as I would expect.
- The hotel doesn't care about the environment at all. They put a plastic straw in every glass (they have been banned for a long time in our country), and everyone drank water from 0.5-liter non-returnable plastic bottles. This is completely nonsense.
- Although they have a 50-meter swimming pool that I was really looking forward to, the water in it is very, very warm, unsuitable for swimming.
- We paid a fee for late checkout in cash but didn't receive any confirmation.
- After a few days, the food seems bland and repetitive, and the outdoor stalls only offer unhealthy food.
- The beach is a joke, with nasty stones that your feet sink into, sometimes dirty not just with algae but as if ground-up plastic was floating around.

The service to the staff is 5+, the cuisine is delicious, the service is excellent. An excellent water park for children and adults. We express our gratitude for Natalia’s excellent work in guest service! I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so an atmosphere of good relaxation and a great mood is created, we hope to come again! Many thanks to everyone!

I don't know where to start. There's just so much to say about this resort. Firstly, you need an entire week here or more because there is just so much to see, to do, to experience, to eat time is just not enough to do it all in a day.
The aqua park is such fun that it got me feeling like a kid again :)
The nightly entertainment was just that entertaining! I loved the fact that it was far enough from the rooms, so if you opt to stay in your room, the loud music will not disturb you.
The staff are all incredible...friendly, helpful, attentive, and always doing that little extra.
The place is run like a well-oiled machine. It's clean, great deco, and every little thing that the resort has an does is well thought out.
The food...... oh my goodness, the fooood you just have to go to see it for yourself.
The service received from the time we entered until we left was unmatched by anywhere else I've visited.

First time to turkey with the family, which exceeded our expectations. The hotel was fantastic with lots to do for the kids and adults. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The whole complex was clean, and staff worked flat out. Shout out to the Casper and Rambo from the entertainment team they made me and my family very welcome. The restaurants on site was a welcome change from the main restaurant, but couldn't fault the main restaurant as it at plenty of options. Will definitely be back again 💯 %
