Came home yesterday after a weeks stay. What a beautiful hotel and time had. The rooms were bigger than expected and so luxurious (especially the bathroom - wow!!) The housekeeper done a wonderful job making sure the room was cleaned every day - a credit to the hotel. The main buffet restaurant was lovely at breakfast and dinner; good choice every day and always something different to have. Our servers were fab - thank you! The food spot by the amphitheatre was good. Kebabs, pizzas and the live ‘pancake’ station thing were firm favourites of ours. The ladies working at the live station were wonderful and a credit to the hotel. Drinks were nice, pools and water park were perfect, entertainment team were wonderful. Thank you so much for the most perfect stay! We are gutted to be home. Only issue we experienced was the constant barging in and rudeness - this being from non-English holidayers. But this isn’t the hotels fault.

I am currently staying at this busy hotel and was truly impressed by the level of service, especially from one particular waiter, Salih Piliç, who stood out even among an already excellent team. Despite the main restaurant always being packed and fast-paced, he treats every single customer with the same courtesy, attentiveness, and genuine care. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests felt looked after, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor throughout. What makes the experience even more memorable is that his outstanding service is not a one-off — it is consistent and is just how he operates. I had the chance to speak to his senior, Muhammet, who is also extremely courteous and welcoming. It’s clear that strong leadership and a commitment to hospitality run through this team. Truly a standout experience, and I hope this waiter is recognised for the way he elevates the standard of service even in the busiest of times.

Was utterly let down and disappointed by the hotel at the final moment. After our flights got changed just before our holiday began it would mean that we would need a late check out on the final day. Jet2 spoke to the hotel on our behalf regarding this and I checked with the hotel as soon as we arrived. Each time I checked at reception which was multiple over the course of the week I was told each time that it would not be a problem and that it would come at a cost of €15 per hour that we had it but that we could not book it until the final day. You can imagine my upset when being told on the final day that there were no extra rooms available and so they could no longer accommodate this. I would just like to stress that it left me with no room for 8 hours with a small child.

Had a great stay here. The rooms were absolutely magnificent, even a 7 star hotel wouldn’t have those type of rooms. Very clean, very large and very modern. The hotel was beautiful and swimming pool was perfect too. However, a slight complaint about the food as it was average and not many authentic Turkish options. But the biggest complaint I have is the service, absolutely terrible which is why I cannot give it a 5 star review. The staff were very rude, never smiling, just throwing the drinks at you, no service during eating in the buffet hall, considering 30-40% of the customer base is English no staff could speak a word of it. Barman was straight up rude, only the bellboys had some sort of decency.

Stayed here previously and cannot believe how downhill it’s gone. We stayed here for 8 days and regret staying. I’ve uploaded photos with this review to prove what we found. Firstly we were told we had been ‘upgraded’ to a sea view! If they tell you this don’t fall for it, it’s a complete lie. You’ll get a view of the hotel next door but can see the sea just about! As soon as we arrived we noticed the cleanliness of the place is awful. The cleaners try their best with the rooms but the carpets in the hallways were filthy. The photo of the shells was taken on our first day and they were still there when we left. Floor 3 outside room 1374 roughly, probably still there! Inside our room the table was broken, mirrors are delaminating at the bottom, door looked like it had been broken into and the sofa bed ripped open!! 5 star apparently?! And this was an upgrade?! The pool area is ok, although on our 3rd day a maintenance man filled broken tiles with poly filler! No warning sign to be seen, so there was white foot prints everywhere within 5 minutes. If you want a bed around the main pool then I’d suggest setting an alarm for 5am or any other areas for 7am latest! Food is another let down! Very little choice and the queues are ridiculous when they are cooking kebabs etc. Overall we were absolutely gutted, and never again will we visit this hotel! If you’re looking for a holiday please look elsewhere!
