We spent a week at Royal Seginus Hotel during the Christmas period, from December 23rd to 30th. There were six of us staying in three rooms (1801, 1802, and 1803), all with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. On Christmas Eve, the hotel prepared a special festive dinner with roasted turkey, rice and almonds, and a delicious mushroom sauce. The hotel, rooms, food, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. The staff deserve special praise for their professionalism and attention to detail — they truly create the unique atmosphere of this hotel. We also appreciated the support of the hotel representative who helped organize our excursions. We highly recommend Royal Seginus Hotel and would happily return in the future.

⭐️⭐️ Review for Royal Seginus Hotel (Antalya, Turkey) I recently stayed at the Royal Seginus Hotel, and while the facilities were impressive, my overall experience was quite disappointing. On arrival, the reception staff were unhelpful — I wasn’t given any clear directions to my room or information about the hotel facilities. Unfortunately, the bar staff were also rude at times. When we left a tip in the jar, we were told it was the “wrong tip jar” and that we should have tipped them directly, which made the situation uncomfortable. The main restaurant was another letdown. The food quality was poor, with very little variety and no clear labels for dietary requirements. At one point, we picked up bread that we assumed was vegetarian, only to find meat inside after cutting it open. The presentation and overall taste of the food were also below expectations for a five-star hotel. On the positive side, the hotel facilities themselves were amazing. The pool and beach areas were beautiful and well-maintained, and the room was spacious and modern. However, housekeeping could have been better — our shower gel was never refilled during our entire stay, and we even noticed blood stains on the sheets, which was unacceptable. Overall, the Royal Seginus has a lot of potential thanks to its design and amenities, but the service, food, and cleanliness need serious improvement before I’d consider returning or recommending it to others.

I stayed at this hotel in August with my family. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff were very kind and performed their duties well, and the food was decent, considering that they cook in very large quantities. The are some à la carte restaurants worth trying. The pool was large and well-maintained, and the beach was equally attractive, easily accessible via a shuttle service that worked very efficiently. However, the main issue was the cleanliness of the room. I was shocked! The floor was extremely dirty upon arrival, and despite repeated requests to housekeeping and reception, it was NEVER properly cleaned—even though we were promised multiple times that a deep cleaning would be carried out. Additionally, the bed sheets were NEVER changed throughout our week-long stay. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel that advertises itself as 5-star. Furthermore, securing a sunbed by the pool was nearly impossible unless arriving very early, as there was no enforcement of the rules against reserving loungers with towels. Guests had to reserve them very early in the morning, around 5 a.m., by placing towels on them, otherwise, you couldn’t even find a free sunbed. The reception staff were also unhelpful and very unprofessional, providing little clear information at check-in and showing very minimal willingness to assist. While the hotel does have positive aspects, such as spacious common areas and kind staff, the serious shortcomings in housekeeping and service mean I would not never consider returning.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements in entertainment department. I recently stayed at the hotel and overall, it was a great experience – the food, cleanliness, and general staff service were excellent. However, I was very disappointed with the entertainment team, which unfortunately took away from the overall atmosphere. Except for Murat and Mehmet, who were genuinely friendly and engaging, most of the entertainment team members didn’t even bother to greet guests, NOT even a simple “good morning.” It felt like they weren’t interested in interacting with guests at all, let alone making an effort to inform us about daily events or encourage participation. The lack of communication made it very difficult to know what was going on, and there was no real energy or enthusiasm from most of the team. In a resort setting where entertainment is supposed to be one of the highlights, this was really disappointing. With a better-trained and more guest-focused entertainment team, this hotel could easily be a top-tier destination.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, and everything was perfectly clean. The food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the many shady areas and beautiful greenery around the property. Everything was simply perfect, and we would definitely come back again The hotel has been renovated and looks even more beautiful than in the photos on Google.
