I stayed at this hotel in August with my family. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff were very kind and performed their duties well, and the food was decent, considering that they cook in very large quantities. The are some à la carte restaurants worth trying. The pool was large and well-maintained, and the beach was equally attractive, easily accessible via a shuttle service that worked very efficiently. However, the main issue was the cleanliness of the room. I was shocked! The floor was extremely dirty upon arrival, and despite repeated requests to housekeeping and reception, it was NEVER properly cleaned—even though we were promised multiple times that a deep cleaning would be carried out. Additionally, the bed sheets were NEVER changed throughout our week-long stay. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel that advertises itself as 5-star. Furthermore, securing a sunbed by the pool was nearly impossible unless arriving very early, as there was no enforcement of the rules against reserving loungers with towels. Guests had to reserve them very early in the morning, around 5 a.m., by placing towels on them, otherwise, you couldn’t even find a free sunbed. The reception staff were also unhelpful and very unprofessional, providing little clear information at check-in and showing very minimal willingness to assist. While the hotel does have positive aspects, such as spacious common areas and kind staff, the serious shortcomings in housekeeping and service mean I would not never consider returning.

I’ll start with the positives – the main pool is immense and definitely the standout feature of this hotel. The kids’ club, if you choose to use it, is also good and keeps little ones entertained. Rooms are spacious and well presented, though the balconies are disappointingly tiny. Unfortunately, there’s a strong sewage smell lingering around the kids’ pool which really spoils the experience. Now the negatives – and there are many. The food is the same stale, repetitive options every single day. The buffet is more like a modern-day Hunger Games free-for-all, and in the end we found ourselves eating out (not easy with children, as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere – everything requires either a taxi or a long walk). The atmosphere is unpleasant, with rude guests of various nationalities constantly battling for space, even down to who can force their way into lifts first. If you enjoy standing in queues, this hotel is perfect – you’ll queue for drinks, snacks, or just about anything. Staff are hit-and-miss: some are polite and helpful, others shockingly rude. Overall, not somewhere I would recommend.

Came home yesterday after a weeks stay. What a beautiful hotel and time had. The rooms were bigger than expected and so luxurious (especially the bathroom - wow!!) The housekeeper done a wonderful job making sure the room was cleaned every day - a credit to the hotel. The main buffet restaurant was lovely at breakfast and dinner; good choice every day and always something different to have. Our servers were fab - thank you! The food spot by the amphitheatre was good. Kebabs, pizzas and the live ‘pancake’ station thing were firm favourites of ours. The ladies working at the live station were wonderful and a credit to the hotel. Drinks were nice, pools and water park were perfect, entertainment team were wonderful. Thank you so much for the most perfect stay! We are gutted to be home. Only issue we experienced was the constant barging in and rudeness - this being from non-English holidayers. But this isn’t the hotels fault.

I am currently staying at this busy hotel and was truly impressed by the level of service, especially from one particular waiter, Salih Piliç, who stood out even among an already excellent team. Despite the main restaurant always being packed and fast-paced, he treats every single customer with the same courtesy, attentiveness, and genuine care. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests felt looked after, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor throughout. What makes the experience even more memorable is that his outstanding service is not a one-off — it is consistent and is just how he operates. I had the chance to speak to his senior, Muhammet, who is also extremely courteous and welcoming. It’s clear that strong leadership and a commitment to hospitality run through this team. Truly a standout experience, and I hope this waiter is recognised for the way he elevates the standard of service even in the busiest of times.

People smoke everywhere. They don't respect people or children. The hotel should designate smoking areas away from children. They waste food. Do they do this in their homes? It's impossible. The hotel's policy should change. Tourists who come with their children should not disturb others and should leave them in the restaurants and room hallways.
