I’ve been visiting Turkey for 25 years and Lara Beach for the last 10. Miracle Resort is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at — mainly due to the terrible service. Staff were consistently unhelpful and indifferent, from reception to housekeeping. We asked for towels and conditioner twice — promised delivery both times, received nothing. The air conditioning barely works, lifts constantly skip floors, and double beds are barely larger than singles. The arcade is €200/day, dirty, and a complete rip-off. Every other hotel in Lara Beach I’ve stayed at offers these facilities for free. My son lost his bag (with wallet and phone) in a shop. A trusted shop owner came to return it — reception refused to take it and told him to “call tomorrow.” That level of indifference is unacceptable. To top it off, I was told they only show football finals — then refused to show the Chelsea final on May 28, because “only one person asked.” After confirming it earlier, that was the final straw. Avoid this hotel. There are many better options in Lara Beach with actual hospitality.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with a wide range of activities and mostly very delicious food. I especially want to mention the excellent service from Mahmut, Önder-Gelik, and Ariyadi – all of them were friendly, polite, and made a great impression during my stay. One small downside was the setup in the hotel restaurant, where staff members serve the food directly. For guests who are more introverted or socially reserved, this can feel a bit uncomfortable at times. All in all, a great stay with (mostly) friendly service and a lovely Atmosphäre.

Perfect experience with our two children of 4 and 1,5 year old. The environment is nice, the hotel is super. Great rooms, nice people, great pools to swim and a nice evening show for kids and adults. The food is awesome. A lot of choice and very tasty. Really would recommend it to families with kids.

The stay was okay, pretty average for an all-inclusive resort in Antalya. Though it has lost some quality over the years (I've been to this resort multiple times), I was a bit disappointed by this year's stay. The rooms were the best part, very nice and cleaning staff was also very kind. But, there are two main issues that have occurred to me during this year's stay: The first would be that there are - simply put - too many children, especially unsupervised ones. For instance, the spa center should be a relaxing experience, for me it has always been the most important part of a hotel. This year was miserable. The children do not stop yelling, getting into the saunas and hamams even though they are not allowed there and shouldn't even be there (saunas are not healthy for kids!) and it destroys our experience & the atmosphere as adults. The resort itself cannot do much about this issue, it's the parents that should teach their kids about saunas and hamams (and the history behind hamam especially, it's a sacred place) and that should control them! Beside the yelling children, there isn't any sort of relax-zone, as for example somewhere where you can lie down, maybe have a cup of tea, some sort of a room with some relaxing music and dimmed lights. Unfortunately, that is not at all present in this resort. There are four big couches there are filled with children, dirty towels and the room is super bright. So, not a relaxing experience. The second issue would be the food. More specifically, the fact that you cannot take the food on your own, and that there's always staff that you have to tell exactly what and how many pieces you want. Unfortunately, there are many of them that don't understand English (I'm not blaming them, I do not speak a single word of Turkish) and sometimes you get the wrong thing or not the right quantity or you have to point etc., there are also many rude guests that treat the staff very badly and for me it feels like a degrading experience for them). This issue would be easily solved by letting the people serve themselves. Maybe it's to stop food waste, because for example, I even sometimes felt guilty when asking for more food because they were giving me so little. Most of the staff is very friendly, but some are a bit stressed and therefore can give you weird looks sometimes, especially when asking for more food, since they give you so little.

I never usually write bad reviews but here it goes… Came here a couple of weeks ago with my family (13 of us.) I do want to mention that the hotel manager promised me he would help me further via email with this issue, but i have been ignored for two weeks now. I had money stolen from my room which was given to me from my grandmother. Stupidly i put my trust in a 4+ star hotel to not rummage through my belongings and left my bag on the dressing table which contained a small purse with some money in. A house keeper had gone through my bag and forgot to put the purse back in as it was left on the side when i returned to my room. the next day my grandmother who was in the room next to me planted an empty purse on the side and took a picture to see if it was tampered with; when we returned it was also moved with the zip in a different position. I was told from the hotel that “i spent the money in the hotel” it’s all inclusive? why would i need to spend it! The whole situation was treated unprofessionally and i ended up going the rest of the holiday with my room not being cleaned due to the fear of more stuff being nicked. If you’re a family of 4 / a couple with two kids , you’re going to struggle with the family room.. my poor family were expected to stay a week all in the same room which consisted of a small double bed , one single and a crappy fold up bed which we had to beg for. They paid for 4 people and had to sleep like dogs next to eachother! Main resturant is chaos. My younger brother has special needs and it was impossible for him to be able to get food with the lack of systems meaning the hall was just rammed of people all trying to get served at once. As a brit, the hotel was not catered for us at all. no english music , all kids entertainment was german . In conclusion, we will not be returning.
