During our 5day stay at Miracle Resort Hotel, everything was simply flawless. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere of the hotel was very impressive. The welcome was warm, check-in was quick, and when we got to our room, everything was ready Our room was modern, comfortable, and spotless The food was really excellent. The buffet was both rich and prepared with high-quality ingredients. We especially loved the fresh products at breakfast and the grilled options at dinner. The beach and pool area were very well designed, especially the clean and shallow sea, which is a big advantage for families with children. Thanks to the animations throughout the day, we had a great time, but there were also quiet spots for those who preferred. So it really caters to everyone’s expectations.

We stayed in the new building so the hotel room was very nice (family suite), modern, elegant and pretty spacious for a family of 5. The pool at the side of the new building more quiet than the rest but the food available is basically fries and pizza , very poor offer. Generally I give 3 stars because the staff is simply unprofessional and unfriendly (of course not all but most employees), problem with communication in English , food at the main restaurant is not self service - I understand saving food , it could be an option for meat and some specialties but I’d like to prepare my salad myself and not have to ask for 3 or 4 olives …. The hotel area is huge and there are not enough bars not people serving drinks , usually 1 or 2 people angry and tired serving you food or drinks For the price quality - the service makes me not recommend this hotel.

Dear Miracle Hotel resort I had an absolute dream stay at the Miracle Resort! The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were luxurious and spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. The food was incredible, with a range of delicious options to suit every taste. The resort's serene atmosphere and stunning surroundings made it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I'd highly recommend the Miracle Resort to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience. And wow 🤩 The Miracle Resort just exceeded my expectations! They upgraded my room to a stunning suite with a PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL ON THE BALCONY... FOR FREE! 🤩 The views were breathtaking, and the pool was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my stay unforgettable. 10/10 would highly recommend! 🌟👏"

Not Ideal for Babies or English-Speaking Guests I stayed at this hotel recently and, while a few things were okay, the overall experience left a lot to be desired—especially as a parent traveling with a baby and as an English-speaking guest. ⸻ Staff Attitude & Service: One of the most disappointing parts of the stay was how differently staff treated Turkish guests compared to foreigners. Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful to their fellow Turkish speakers, but with English-speaking guests, many came across as sarcastic, dismissive, and even rude. Some staff were genuinely kind and professional, but unfortunately, most interactions felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Some staff would get annoyed if you ask for more food as the restaurant is not self serve (which I found kind of nice to reduce food waste) Once we asked for a waiter to clean the table for us and he seemed annoyed . Yet a Turkish family next to us asked for the same and everything was done with a smile on the face, a couple laughs and quick . Some restaurant staff is very nice and welcoming but a lot of staff isn’t too. I had to argue just to use a microwave to sterilize my baby’s bottles—a basic request in any hotel that claims to be family-friendly. I was told to just wash the bottles but my baby isn’t old enough for that so at the end I started using kettle in the room as less hassle. ⸻ Not Baby-Friendly: I would not recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with babies. It may be more suitable for children aged 2 and above, but for infants, it’s far from ideal. The food for babies was extremely limited, with my baby eating the same vegetables every single day, only paired with either meat, chicken, or fish. The staff working there very nice. Breakfast had nothing appropriate for babies, which made mealtimes quite frustrating. The snacks are nice but again not suitable for my infant as he can only have steamed veg and bland (which is only served during lunch and dinner) . I wish there was a variety of steamed veg all the time. ⸻ Entertainment: The entertainment was poorly organized and not engaging at all. There was no clear timetable, and it was never made obvious where or when anything was happening. Most days, the main stage just played some music. I wish it was something more fun and interactive. During the day , I didn’t see the entertainment staff approaching or encouraging guests to join any activities, and there was no variety or energy in the entertainment offering. For a family resort, this was a big disappointment. I always look forward to the shows in the evening but most shows in an arena where you can’t take your buggy as there’s a lot of stairs and after the show there’s music on the big stage … we didn’t go to any shows because of the stairs and it’s very congested. This was unfortunately a disappointing. ⸻ Extra Costs: The à la carte restaurants cost £20 per person, which is frustrating considering they are usually included at other all-inclusive resorts. However it’s free for the guests paying for premium rooms. ⸻ Overall: If you’re Turkish-speaking, you may have a much more enjoyable stay here, as the staff are far more helpful and pleasant toward locals and willing to go an extra mile . However, for English speakers, foreigners, and especially families with babies, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The lack of entertainment, poor food options for young children, unhelpful staff, and unnecessary charges made the experience quite stressful. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with a wide range of activities and mostly very delicious food. I especially want to mention the excellent service from Mahmut, Önder-Gelik, and Ariyadi – all of them were friendly, polite, and made a great impression during my stay. One small downside was the setup in the hotel restaurant, where staff members serve the food directly. For guests who are more introverted or socially reserved, this can feel a bit uncomfortable at times. All in all, a great stay with (mostly) friendly service and a lovely Atmosphäre.
