Spend a nice vacation in this hotel late April. Excellent hotel for an all-inclusive vacation. I enjoyed the variety of food in the restaurants, the relaxed atmosphere and the great staff (very friendly). Exellent location near the airport (easy transfer, but far away though). I loved the swimming pools, beach and entertainment. It's also easy to book sightseeing or adventure trips via your tour operator in the hotel.

Had an amazing holiday with our 3 year old!! Hotel complex is very big, we didn’t feel the need to leave the resort in our 10 days. Even if you have a late breakfast you can still find sun beds around the pool and at the beach. The towel service is perfect. Food is amazing so much choice and very good standard. The entertainment staff around the pool are so welcoming with fun and energy. Our daughter loves seeing them every day and evening, they work so hard. All inclusive drinks are also very good quality using all famous brands. We will return :)

We have been in this resort for 6 days and since the first day we have not been treated properly. The servers were ignoring us all the time and we got dirty looks from the staff and Turkish people in the hotel. The Turkish costumers in the hotel get special treatment from the staff just because they speak the language and we don’t. They expect us to give tips and if we don’t they walk away swearing in the Turkish language. I do not recommend this hotel because kindness and respect is the base to everything. And we did not experience that here.

Alright, so heres my review on this hotel. first day we came in, I was absolutley amazed, everything looked very bougie and fancy. Now first Im gonna start off with the cons and then I’ll do the pro’s some stuff in the rooms were either broken or hanging on by a thread, the light near my bed wouldnt turn on and there was a weird red stain on the carpet, might be wine but I don’t know. The food was okay to say the least, it wasnt that good or atleast it wasnt 5 star worthy, it was either cold (wich I totally understand since you have to get everything ready before the resteraunt opens wich is totally okay) but the food either had no taste or didnt taste that good, the desserts were also prwtty bland, I expected to see a bit more cake but it was moslty just mousse. I do recommend trying the baklava with vanilla ice cream though that combo was super good. the market next to the resteraunt was SUPER overpriced, a pool float costed 40€ in the hotel market but if you go out of the hotel to a bazaar you can find one for 10-20€! So dont buy anything at the market. now the pro’s the employees were SO NICE! You can also tell that they really try their best at their job heres some employees that I gotta say that you have to give them a raise! mustafa, merve (especially her) and muhammed at the beach in the drink bar! They were always glad to start conversation and made the drinks really well! then for the entertainment employees there were bugra and another girl that I couldnt get her name, she had a medusa tattoo on her leg I think but they were very funny and super nice! and one of the waiters, I think his name was Yusuf but he was super awesome and kind to us during our stay! Hes also a very positive person and of course house keeping, very hard workers, we gave them 20€ because my mom used to work as a housekeeper herself so she knows how hard it is, the woman was very thankful! the beach was nice and everything in general too, just try not to slip at the pool, the tiles are very slippery so small children should keep an eye out. But this hotel did keep up to my expectations so 4 stars!! I do recommend coming here :)

I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and had a great stay. This was actually my second time at this hotel and to be honest everything was really good from the food to the service the view from the room and the staff were really good always smiling and happy to help. My son loved the mini club. One thing they can improve is more activities for kids. My son loved the games room and had so much fun there they had many arcades for the kids entertainment and Jan and his father took good care of us, Thank you.
