This Turkish hotel deserves the highest five-star rating and has definitely exceeded our wildest expectations. Meals served in restaurants are a real treat for the palate - the variety, freshness and authentic taste of Turkish and international dishes stand at an outstanding level. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean and luxuriously furnished, offering ideal conditions for relaxation and comfortable rest. The animation team and entertainment organization is a world championship; the program was rich, creative and engaging for both adults and children. I highly recommend this property to anyone who dreams of a holiday full of luxury, excellent cuisine and great fun!

Even though a very nice and beautiful resort, can’t say too much about it or praise it for something special. Yes, the service is good, rooms spacious, clean and comfortable, territory big and well maintained, nonetheless, general impressions after 10 days - “not great, not terrible”. Indeed, it is unfortunately true - food is very disappointing and yes, you can get food poisoning. Our kid barely could eat anything as the child’s choice is only: rice, sausages, fries and corn. Yes, she could and ate some other things available, but didn’t enjoy any - just had it to “chase” the hunger away. Worst happened the 8th day - both my wife (32nd week of pregnancy) as well as our kid got food poisoning (and quiet an “ugly” one), still recovering today (3rd day after the first signs). It skipped just because I didn’t taste the fish they had. And even more unpleasant, it was not the first case we heard during the days of someone feeling bad after one or other kind of fish. I can also confirm the poor variety of activities for kids, especially for a resort which pretends to be high class and very kid friendly. Thanks god they have an indoor as well as outdoor heated pools, But the main attractions, kids pools with the slides and entertainment were freezingly cold (even for me as an adult). Yes, i get it, we decided to travel by the mid-end of October. Still, I find it quite disappointing being unable to use most of the resorts areas and activities. Back to conclusion, as I previously stated, cannot complain besides the food, but definitely won’t return at this hotel. This is why I don’t give it a 1* review, but i barely pull it to a 3* - “not great, not terrible”

Miracle Resort Hotel looks very attractive at first sight, but my personal experience was mixed and, in my opinion, did not match the level of a 5★ hotel as advertised. 🧹 Cleanliness The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room. Throughout our stay, only the towels were changed; no proper cleaning was done. Upon arrival, the carpet had clearly not been vacuumed – there were peanut crumbs and other dirt scattered on it. The bed linen was changed only once during our 14-day stay, and that happened only after we requested it. 🍽️ Dining I would describe the dining experience as average. The variety of meals was more modest than expected from a 5★ hotel, and the quality was inconsistent. The system where guests cannot serve themselves was not convenient. It would certainly be easier and more pleasant if guests could take their own food instead of walking around the dining hall and repeatedly asking staff to serve them. This often caused delays. 🧼 Common Areas Some common areas – including restrooms and the surroundings of the hotel – appeared less maintained than what one would expect from a hotel of this category. 👥 Staff The reception staff did not seem very welcoming, and the communication was more formal than professional. Overall service felt inconsistent. The hotel has beautiful architecture and good potential, but based on my experience, the quality of services did not match the declared 5★ standard. I would probably not return.

We had such a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, but what really stood out for us was the entertainment team. They were so friendly, energetic, and genuinely made every guest feel welcome. The activities were fun for all ages, and the evening shows were full of life and laughter. You can tell they really love what they do, and it makes such a difference to the atmosphere of the whole holiday. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable — we’ll definitely be back!

During our stay at Miracle Resort Hotel, the animation team’s energy and hospitality made our holiday even more enjoyable. The morning activities were both fun and motivating, and the night shows were truly professional and wonderful.
