This is our second visit to Lara Barut Collection and as before we were over the moon with our stay.
The groups are impeccable, each of the a la carte restaurants are exceptional in terms of the food quality and presentation.
Customer service and attention to small details is first class.
The beach is a quite gritty, but if you go into the sea from the hotel’s pier, it’s perfectly sandy underfoot.
Some of the cocktails can be a little hit or miss… it seems to depend on who’s making them. Bartenders will make you things that are not on the cocktail menu if you ask.
We particularly enjoyed meals at the Turkish restaurant and the outdoor BBQ where you cook your own food!

I’ll start first by the poor customer service that this place has to offer.
1. Ask anyone for directions or hours of operation and you get an answer such as “that department isn’t mine I don’t know”
2. You ask about reservations to a restaurant in the restaurant they tell you to make it through the app which is either telling you that it’s overbooked already and there aren’t any reservations available or your kid can’t come to certain restaurants.
3. You inquire about certain amenities that the hotel supposedly offers and no one knows how to go about it.
Than the room is at an average $580/night but what justifies the charge is beyond my understanding because it’s not the luxurious room and the all inclusive isn’t really all inclusive since certain restaurants you have to pay in euros just to dine in. The aqua park is supposedly the main attraction for the kids but it literally has only 3 rides. This was the worst waste of money I have ever experienced. I would never want anyone to waste their money on this hotel and I’m sure there are much better options available nearby. The management sucks, the staff has poor customer service, the app sucks and the experience is made 0/10. I wouldn’t even give one star if it was possible.

I had a perfect stay. Lara Barut is without doubt the best hotel in the region. Everything is done perfectly to ensure that you have the best holiday possible. They thought of everyone when they made this hotel (single couple, family, children, people with reduced mobility, pensioners, etc.). I took a Lagoona Swim up room for myself and it was really great to have the pool in front of the room as well as the forest atmosphere. The restaurants are really top notch and of perfect quality. There are also lots of activities on offer at the hotel (both for adults and children). Really well done for offering such great facilities. It's perfect. I totally recommend it. Thank you for this stay and see you soon.

Expensive, yes. Very. But you see the value in almost every corner of this resort. The rooms are well appointed, clean, modern and well maintained. The hotel is clean and welcoming and spacious. The restaurants are mostly excellent, though the Laura pizza restaurant and the Burger Bar had some shortcomings. However the star of the show is undoubtedly the Zestful Bazaar buffet. What an outstanding choice of food and drink of every conceivable type. It really is something special. I would recommend this to anyone, young or old, with or without families. It's great.

My wife and I had an amazing honeymoon here. I can't recommend enough. As a vegan, I was always given so many options. The shows were incredible, I say this as a formal theatre professional so I'm hard to impress.
But I really want to shout out and thank the staff of the spa. Some how, I managed to pass put after my Turkish bath treatment. (Never passed out before..)The amazing women caught me and looked after me. Practically carried me to a sofa to chill put on. And I'm not little!!!!
(Combo of got up too fast, napping in 40 degrees, missing meal....I'm fine)
All the staff went above and beyond at every turn. We never talk about repeat trips but we may make an expecting.
