From start to finish, this was such an amazing experience! Yoe, our host, had such great energy and set the tone for the entire trip. The service was absolutely outstanding Abraham, Sergio, and Fernando were incredibly attentive, careful with every detail, and made sure we were well taken care of. Michele, the manager, went above and beyond to be helpful and ensure everything was perfect. The whole team worked together seamlessly, and it really made our first girls trip unforgettable. Highly recommend! Amazing food, safe area and relaxing.

I was here for My wedding on July 12. Myself and entire wedding party stayed here so we booked out 42 of the rooms they had. Just say the least we took over the hotel. I arrived on the Thursday with my wedding bridesmaid and grooming, and the check-in was very smooth. They knew our group was coming so the entire staff was wonderful from start to finish. They accommodated Us to the max capacity. Myself and husband was upgraded to the presidential suite, which was so nice of them to upgrade us to. A lot of my family got upgraded rooms as well. They booked out private dinners for us since we had a large group with us. We booked out a welcome party on the beach and had a blast. We played same volleyball. We were in the pool. They got us our own personal bartender and food cookout so all the wedding guests wouldn’t have to go into the normal restaurants. It would just be a faster access to food and drinks! I have visited this hotel Four times now And with this trip being my wedding trip, they did an incredible job. I worked with Ivan Who got my number and WhatsApp and we communicated the entire time. With all my wants and needs. All my guests said they loved their rooms and the food and the drinks and just thought the whole hotel was beautiful. A lot of of them went to the town and they said they love that as well! Everyone who worked my wedding was so accommodating and the set up was beautiful. We had an incredible time and I highly recommend anyone wanting. Intimate destination, wedding to come here. Everything was top-notch and I really appreciate all the help the staff gave us. I’m really happy that we were able to provide some entertainment as well. We had a young vibrant, College reunion basically and everyone told me how happy they were to be at the venue at the same time as us because we brought a lot of energy and good vibes. I’m looking forward to one day coming back for my anniversary. Please do yourself a favor and book this hotel for yourself, you will love it!

I spent a week at the Fives Oceanfront hotel and it was the best experience ever. The staff are so welcoming and kind it really makes the experience awesome. The hostess with the mostest, Yoe is such a wonderful person. Very kind, and enthusiastic and she really made our experience very welcoming. She recommended some meals and even places to go. She really is the best! For dinner, we were kindly served by Abraham basically the entire trip. He was very patient and attentive. Thank you as well! Sergio, Fernando, Hair and Michele were awesome as well. Always checked on us and made sure we had the best time here. With this being my first time in Mexico, this resort has definitely made me want to come back and has given me the most memorable experience. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness. See you again!!

Stayed here 4 nights with another couple in a two bedroom oceanfront suite. The rooms and service are great . We are Emerald prestige members but you won't receive the same benefits as other prestige locations unless you upgrade to an Epic package which we did not . The walk to town is easy walk down the beach and the people in the town are very friendly. The food is pretty good but be aware the restaurants are pretty hot and with the seaweed smell eating can be a challenge if your sensitive to the pungent odor. One night we decided to order room service as we couldn't go outside . The problem is not the beach directly in front of the hotel which is pretty clean it is the massive amount of rotting seaweed just up the beach. I know this is out of their control as a staff but it still affects your trip negatively. The last day here on a Saturday the only real place you can kind of escape the smell is the rooftop pool and they closed it for a wedding. I can see it being closed for a few hours or half a day but the whole day closed....it's one of two pools and it is unusable to other paying guests and we had no notice so we could plan something else. . All in all we probably won't come back due to the sargassum smell and the lack of communication.

Our group of 10 had an amazing experience. Eli Perez, Front Desk, was especially helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond. Maria was also exceptionally supportive. We needed dietary considerations and reservations to maintain our full schedule. The restaurant service teams were wonderful. We felt so special. I highly recommend this property.
