This was by far the best all inclusive I have stayed at. The food was always average to phenomenal which is hard to find at resorts like this. There was always entertainment whether it was pool activities, beach games, karaoke, music, and shows. Saul and Tony were just the coolest and brought the energy everyday to the pool parties. All the waiters and waitresses were polite and very hard workers. My fiancée and I will absolutely be back again!

We were already staying in Puerto Morelos for a few weeks and we wanted to visit a resort with a great Super Bowl to spend the weekend. Dreams Jade did an amazing job on game day! We only stayed 2 nights and only ate one dinner (Mercure) and it was very good. My favorite thing about this resort is that there's a separate 'Adults Only" pool and beach area for Preferred Guests, for those of us who prefer not to be around other people's children. There's also a section in the buffet where they don't seat families. It's a great option. Jose, our server on the terrace in the buffet (not adults only) was enthusiastic, fun and spirited. We spent most of our time at the Preferred pool, as you might have guessed. This pool is heated, by the way, which was very welcome, as Puerto Morelos had some day on the chillier side this week! Francisco, the pool conceirge, did a great job making sure everyone was happy, comfortable and had a dry towel when we needed one. We got a nice upgrade from UVC to an oceanfront suite, and the view was as fabulous as the room as spacious. This is a great resort, top to bottom!

We stayed at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa with my family from 01/19/26-01/23/26. This is a very beautiful quiet Resort. Service we received was above and beyond. Staff were very friendly and humble including at all the restaurants. Rooms were very spacious, very elegant set up with nice balcony over looking beautiful view from each room. We had three rooms. All had very beautiful view. Food was beyond excellent. Buffet at carnival ( breakfast and lunch) was amazing. Variety of selections at Breakfast and lunch buffet. You can try all the tropical fruits. We enjoyed the fresh passion fruits and Guava. Lunch buffet was fantastic. There was a grilled station and Tapanyaki station. This was stunning . Very flavorful delicious. All the food stations were amazing and great. Staff was very friendly. Service was excellent. We enjoyed the dinners at all the different restaurants. Italian. Asian, Mediterranean and Mexican food. All the food at these restaurants were very delicious and flavorful. Asian restaurant was located at very nice spot. We sat out door by the water. Very beautiful night view. Food was very delicious. Live music was great. One day we watched the circus show. Magnificent. We enjoyed the spa. Well relaxing. All my pain went away. Pool area and the beach was very beautiful. Bar and the grill station by the pool area was great. Easy access to beach from the pool area. Beautiful clean beach with white sand nice and quiet. You can relax nicely. 24 hour cafe was great. You can get anything. By the cafe area is very relaxing at night. We love this beautiful resort. I call this Resort Tropical Paradise. Food and service above and beyond. I would recommend this Resort to anyone and I would definitely stay here again.

Five-Star Experience. Our stay at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The staff treated us incredibly well throughout our entire stay. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. The level of service was truly fantastic and made us feel welcomed and well cared for at all times. Check-in was a breeze, setting the tone for a smooth and relaxing vacation. The food was excellent, with clearly identified gluten-free options, which we greatly appreciated. It was reassuring to see dietary needs taken seriously and handled so well across the resort. A special thank you to Roberto Rodrigues, Chief Concierge, who truly made our stay extra special. His thoughtful recommendations for food, drinks and local experiences were spot-on. He also went above and beyond by acknowledging our anniversary and being mindful of our dietary restrictions—those personal touches meant a lot to us. We had such a great time at Dreams Jade. The staff was incredible and really went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing experience. There were lots of fun activities, crafts,classes and evening entertainment, plenty to keep both adults and kids happy. I was honestly surprised by how nice the beach was. Usually if the pools are great the beach is just okay, but here both were really nice. The whole place has a fun and relaxed vibe. There were plenty of healthy food options and every server we met was so accommodating. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday there and they made it very special, perfect place to celebrate something like that. Highly recommend this resort if you want a super enjoyable, stress-free vacation in Mexico.
