The highlight of our stay was Cin Cin Restaurant and the amazing chef. The food was outstanding—full of flavor, beautifully prepared, and truly the best in the entire resort. The manager even brought the chef to our table so we could thank him personally for his excellent and delicious cooking. Customer service throughout the resort was warm and pleasant. All the employees greeted us with a smile, and the waiters were friendly, helpful, and made us feel like we were among friends. The areas that need improvement are the rooms, which were not cleaned properly, and the beach, which needs more care and regular cleaning. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the incredible staff and the unforgettable dining experience at Cin Cin

5/5 Stars: World-Class Service and Exceptional Recovery - The Best All-Inclusive Experience! We recently completed a family anniversary trip to Dreams Jade and left with the highest possible praise for the staff and management. This is, without a doubt, the best all-inclusive experience we have ever had in terms of food, accommodations, and service. While we had a small service discrepancy upon arrival, the way the team handled the situation was nothing short of world-class, proving what true hospitality looks like. The Chief Concierge, Roberto, and his team immediately stepped in to ensure the remainder of our stay was flawless and truly memorable. We were upgraded to the Preferred Club, which included a beautiful suite with a stunning pool and beach view, access to the exclusive Preferred Lounge with premium liquor, and the dedicated adult-only pool area. The attention to detail was incredible, from the complimentary bottle of champagne in our room to the spectacular dining arrangements. The food quality here surpassed any other all-inclusive we have visited. To accommodate our large group of 10 on Thanksgiving, Roberto and his team arranged a special, highly-sought-after Teppanyaki dinner for our whole family, which was a highlight of the trip. On our final night, the dining staff brought out a beautiful, special anniversary dessert just for us, demonstrating their commitment to making our celebration perfect, even days after the initial hiccup. We cannot thank Roberto and the entire Dreams Jade team enough for their proactive service, professionalism, and dedication to their guests. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for premium food, beautiful accommodations, and truly personalized care. We look forward to returning soon!

The rooms are on the older side for a resort so there’s some small issues here and there. It’s just general wear and tear but it’s not perfect. Other than that, the resort is great and the staff are EXCEPTIONAL!!! Every. Single. Member. of the staff greeted us when we passed them. The guys at the front are a well oiled machine and Fernando provided us incredible service. He even drove us to our rooms with our bags when we asked if we could just take our bags ourselves. Paola at the front desk was quick, efficient and so kind. Bruno helped us all week with whatever we needed. The excursions offered through Cancun Adventures are a little pricey but worth it for the service. Not to worry though, if you want to hang out at the resort there are SO MANY activities and the activity staff is fantastic! They always have some sort of games or shows for all ages. Overall, we LOVED our experience here and had a perfect week! :)

We had such a great time at Dreams Jade. The staff was incredible and really went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing experience. There were lots of fun activities, crafts,classes and evening entertainment, plenty to keep both adults and kids happy. I was honestly surprised by how nice the beach was. Usually if the pools are great the beach is just okay, but here both were really nice. The whole place has a fun and relaxed vibe. There were plenty of healthy food options and every server we met was so accommodating. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday there and they made it very special, perfect place to celebrate something like that. Highly recommend this resort if you want a super enjoyable, stress-free vacation in Mexico.

Update…. Within 10 hours of making this original post someone from management called and asked about my concerns. That really impressed me and they wanted to make us happy. Reality is some things are out of their control. Staff is great, resort a little out dated. Very loud throughout night and hard to sleep. Not sure if that was staff or other rude guest. Was hot every night until 3-4 in the morning. This is our third day here. Grounds are nice but lots of work going on so a little annoying but also understand upgrades and maintenance has to happened. Reserved and paid for a family suite and told there were no family suites in the preferred club area so we took what they had. That being said all the family suite is is joint rooms. So if you have little ones do not get a family suites. It’s joining with access to hallways in both rooms. Doors lock from the inside so when your kids door shuts you’re locked out. I am a crown drinker and do not consider crown top shelf and they don’t have that here. Had to bring my own. Temperature in room is limited to a range you cannot adjust so its set to about 73 in the room and takes a bit to actually cool down at night. Even on the preferred club they don’t really offer stop shelf. Entertainment and night is fun. Kids can join in till 10pm. Staff is super accommodating.
