Love this resort and will definitely be back. It has a really nice spreadout layout and doesn't feel too small but is easy to get around. The food is above average for an all-inclusive. Bonus points for the adult only preferred Club pool make this location great for all ages and large groups. They have entertainment every night and usually some sort of live music in the lobby or outdoors if you don't want to sit inside the theater for the main show. The staff is kind and attentive, always smiling and willing to help you out. Grounds are kept immaculate and our room was clean.

This resort has a lot of great amenities, including excellent food options. Our FAVORITE part of the entire experience was getting Francesco (lobby bar) to make our margaritas. The best in the resort, and probably the best we’ve ever had - anywhere. He will always take care of you. The rooms were ok, with room service a bit spotty on extras (a lot of work to get more pillows, coffee, etc.). The food is excellent. Go to the buffet and order chicken tacos or tortillas, or go to the teppanyaki bar. Omelet station is awesome for breakfast. Every restaurant we tried was very good, with food we definitely would go back for at each. Deanna at Mercure (French restaurant) was Fabulous, and took amazing care of our needs as hostess - always with a smile. The pools are always well taken care of, and the beach is fun to walk. There are a lot of stones and shells in portions of the beach, but otherwise it is fantastic. The view of the gulf is amazing. Overall, we loved our visit!

Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. The level of service was truly fantastic and made us feel welcomed and well cared for at all times. Check-in was a breeze, setting the tone for a smooth and relaxing vacation. The food was excellent, with clearly identified gluten-free options, which we greatly appreciated. It was reassuring to see dietary needs taken seriously and handled so well across the resort. A special thank you to Roberto Rodrigues, Chief Concierge, who truly made our stay extra special. His thoughtful recommendations for food, drinks and local experiences were spot-on. He also went above and beyond by acknowledging our anniversary and being mindful of our dietary restrictions—those personal touches meant a lot to us. We had such a great time at Dreams Jade. The staff was incredible and really went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing experience. There were lots of fun activities, crafts,classes and evening entertainment, plenty to keep both adults and kids happy. I was honestly surprised by how nice the beach was. Usually if the pools are great the beach is just okay, but here both were really nice. The whole place has a fun and relaxed vibe. There were plenty of healthy food options and every server we met was so accommodating. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday there and they made it very special, perfect place to celebrate something like that. Highly recommend this resort if you want a super enjoyable, stress-free vacation in Mexico.

The highlight of our stay was Cin Cin Restaurant and the amazing chef. The food was outstanding—full of flavor, beautifully prepared, and truly the best in the entire resort. The manager even brought the chef to our table so we could thank him personally for his excellent and delicious cooking. Customer service throughout the resort was warm and pleasant. All the employees greeted us with a smile, and the waiters were friendly, helpful, and made us feel like we were among friends. The areas that need improvement are the rooms, which were not cleaned properly, and the beach, which needs more care and regular cleaning. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the incredible staff and the unforgettable dining experience at Cin Cin
