I had a great time here, 4 nights was a perfect amount of time to experience everything the hotel and area had to offer. The preferred room & benefits were worth it for a quieter, adults only experience. The beach was nice for swimming and relaxing. The food was mediocre but the service was great. I liked how the hotel wasn't surrounded by other resorts but still an easy drive to the airport. We did one cenote day trip that the concierge recommended and had a great time on it.

The gem of this resort is their lovely staff. They're so kind and thoughtful. They anticipate needs and fulfill them before you even ask. From the time you get there and are greeted, you're made to feel like family and completely at ease. The restaurants, the spa, the pools and bars are all incredible. Love it so much that we went there twice last year and are going every November for my wife's birthday. You need to go there!

Beautiful resort! Was there for my daughter's wedding and it could not have been any better. The view is beautiful, the service is impeccable, and the decor is first class! The food at the various restaurants was fantastic. The portions were small, but you can have as many as you want, so it didn't matter!

The resort was very pretty and staff kept the grounds very clean. Not too far from the airport. Small beach area but it was nice and they cleaned it often. Drinks were just ok. The Mexican and Japanese restaurants were very good. Buffet and other spots could have been better. Room was nice and cleaned daily. Preferred pool was nice and had a swim up bar. Staff were really nice. The lady got upset we didn't buy a vacation share and was pushy after we said no multiple times. The spa was the best part, very relaxing. Overall, it was average in my opinion.

Dreams Jade is our absolute favorite resort to go to! We have been back multiple times and have had the best time, each time. From the moment you arrive until you leave, every staff member is kind, helpful and has such a positive attitude. Everyone we interact with has a smile on their face. Check in process is very organized and easy. We stay on the preferred side and love having access to the adults only pool. The main infinity pool is absolutely beautiful and so close to the ocean. Everything is an easy walk. Super easy to navigate around the resort. We love it here and can’t wait until our next trip back!
