We had such a great time at Dreams Jade. The staff was incredible and really went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing experience. There were lots of fun activities, crafts,classes and evening entertainment, plenty to keep both adults and kids happy. I was honestly surprised by how nice the beach was. Usually if the pools are great the beach is just okay, but here both were really nice. The whole place has a fun and relaxed vibe. There were plenty of healthy food options and every server we met was so accommodating. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday there and they made it very special, perfect place to celebrate something like that. Highly recommend this resort if you want a super enjoyable, stress-free vacation in Mexico.

Overall a big enough resort to offer something for everyone at every age. I only got to dine at the Italian (CAPERS), med (CIN CIN) CASTAWAYS, and hibachi (SPICE). Everything was marvelous and visually appealing. The worst thing I can report is sometimes timing on courses was too long in between but it was excruciating. Our room was in preferred building (never went into the lounge but heard it was efficient with snacks and ‘pour your own liquor’ bar. Room was spacious, clean and modern. If you’re travelling with someone you’re not wishing to share a bed with, I suggest getting the room type that’s one below the king suite primary due to the shower not having appropriate privacy. I suggest also to bring a can of bathroom spray or utilize the incense provided because our toilet and bidet would occasionally have a sewage scent (something reported by neighbors as well). Staff was outgoing, always with a smile, never saw one frown or employee who wouldn’t greet you as you walk by or offer to assist with anything. Kids had plenty of things to do, we went for Halloween and día de los muertos, and did they provide amazing entertainment between the haunted house, the ofrendas were touching and live shows were engaging. The resort is a small hike from the beat and track as Cancun airport is 35min ride. We were next to a dolphin excursion and walked right over and all who partook loved it. Have someone snap photos from the ‘viewing’ area covertly as they dont let you so you buy their photographs. One major thing I personally had an issue was finding eats at noon. Your options were poolside grille, buffet restaurant or (discovered this later) castwways which was the best meal of the entire trip. I wish there was restaurant that did lunch as well as dinner giving those an alternative option and get to experience all venues (wish I could have tried the sushi/dining at SPICE, the Mexican stop TAMARINDO, and MERCULE, the French place but had their breakfast and it was superb too.

First and foremost the main entrance has no WOW! factor compared to the other five star resorts. There are lots of complaints with this resort, well the room I got had few lizards and spiders which was scary. Room lighting was bad, the bathroom was dirty and had lots of stains. The showers were too weak not a lot of pressure, they surely need new ones to get the five star reputation. The room service was very slow had to wait more than a hour for food to arrive. One of the days the elevator was not working and had the climb up and down 4 floors. I was ok with climbing the stairs but felt sad for the seniors. The pool was very boring not much activity. The resturants were not that great, the beach had lot of stones in the beach, cannot go more than 3 feet inside the water. Their front desk system is very old, I was there for a wedding and brides family had booked me for 3 days as they did for most guests and we wanted to stay for 1 extra day after the wedding so few of our families had booked one extra day when we checked in we confirmed that we have booked one extra day in spite of confirming the key card worked only for 3 days and all the family members who had booked 1 extra day had to go back to the front desk from building 3, and 4 which takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get there to make the key card work again. Overall the wedding was great but the resort experience was not that great. If you want to experience how we experienced, you should go a check this place out. I am ok with it. I am sure I will not come back here even if they give me free stay. Good luck you'll.

We had such a wonderful time at the bar right outside the lobby at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa in Puerto Morelos, thanks to Pinto and Rafael! They were both absolutely amazing — always welcoming with big smiles, quick service, and fun conversation that made us feel right at home. Their attention to detail and upbeat energy kept the atmosphere lively all day and night. Whether it was remembering our favorite drinks or checking in to make sure everything was perfect, Pinto and Rafael went above and beyond. Sergio is new to this property and he offered excellent customer service with any questions we had. Attention to details, joking and having fun and just making us feel at home. All the staff at this resort were accommodating and over the top with efforts to meet the need or just be courteous at all times to make you feel appreciated. They truly made our time there unforgettable — two of the best bartenders we’ve ever met! If you’re visiting Dreams Jade, be sure to stop by the Lobby Bar and ask for Pinto and Rafael — they’ll make your stay enjoyable!

Great resort . Very friendly and efficient service. Unfortunately due to the time of year ( August) the beach was not great. Food was excellent. We enjoyed all the a la carte restaurants. Our favorites were the Asian and Italian. The night shows were excellent. The cage is open 24 hours, which was a plus if you had earlier excursions. We had opted for the preferred club, hot excellent service on the lounge and the poolside ( adults only).
