Absolutely perfect. A beautiful hotel set in amazing grounds. Pools to die for . The infinity pool was fantastic. Sunbeds were plentiful and not too close to each other. Food in the main dining was exceptionally good. The restaurants were very good expecially the French ..Mercure. steak and the pear salad starter very special. Waiter service was very good especially Manuel. The bar areas were good with good choices and super cocktails. Bar staff were pleasent and accommodating. All staff friendly and helpful. One top for using taxis, down load the user app!! 2 pounds into Morelos town as opposed to 8/12 pounds for hotel taxis . An over all super holiday in a gorgeous place .

Just visited this resort for a week and had an amazing time! The staff, food and location was beautiful. We were a large group and had no issues. Louis from the Spice restaurant went above and beyond for us as he was interactive and the energy was amazing. Angel from the bar was amazing with his customer service skills and treated everyone extra special. All the staff we met were wonderful and always around when you needed any kind of assistance.The resort is beyond clean and well maintained. Will definitely be back in the future!

I travel to this resort often for work, I would not say it is a five star resort. I would rate it more around 3 1/2 to 4. What brings it down? Is the location and the beach. Also, the overall cleanliness of the common areas and the rooms are not that great. On a positive note, the service is fabulous. Staff are always so friendly. Especially in the sit down restaurants. The Coco Cafe does an excellent espresso. Restaurant food meets expectations for an all inclusive resort of this size. Not the healthiest options but well presented in the sit down restaurants. They like their seed oils in Mexico! Most items are cooked heavily in oil. I would stay away from anything labeled “steak” as it’s always well done and rubbery. Cheaper cuts of beef are used. Chicken and fish are good bets. Lots of fruit options too! Sushi is strange as there is cream cheese used in and on every piece and the “fresh” salmon is smoked salmon. As for the rooms, a simple wipe down would have fixed many problems. quite often I go, and the headboards have been covered with make up or blood or have rips and tears in them, exposing the foam which is filled with dirt and germs . There is always sunscreen, oil or dust on all the wood furniture, including the doors and lamps. I always wipe everything down with the sanitizing cloth when I get there. Beds are comfy and linens are good. The problem with the beach is it’s almost like a man-made beach. There is a very small section you can swim at it section off. The rest of the beach is filled with rocks and near impossible to wander into. It’s quite windy and there are big waves even in the safe area . The safe swimming area is filled with seaweed and if you’re trying to just relax on the beach and listen to the wave that is difficult too, as there’s always tractors, moving seaweed around and one particular vendor likes to use an airhorn while he walks up and down the beach. The resort is far from town so there’s not much to walk to, but they do offer bike tours, which is a neat way to check out some local places in the area The gym is well equipped for a hotel gym and has good air conditioning plus a water bottle refill station that comes in handy since I don’t like drinking water out of those plastic ones they provide there’s also somebody in there always cleaning and wiping .

a great time we had at this resort. 12 of us went together and that is a large group of ppl to accommodate but they did a great job. They sat us together or very close together at all of the restaurants, especially the French restaurant which had amazing food and amazing service. The hostess at the front was incredibly accommodating. The chef I can’t remember his name, cooked great food and we went back again for a second night there because of it. The beach is ok, nothing to knock your socks off, but the pool and the entertainment crew Dylan and Saul were the best part of the day, we all couldn’t wait for 3:10 for crazy game, definitely the highlight of the trip. Chairs around the pool are hard to Get because the guests try to save so many so early but the towel guy makes sure to keep an eye out for that and will take Towels that are left unattended too long off and free up space. The resort is small which we all loved, it is beautiful and always very clean especially the bathrooms. I would go back again for sure, the food and service were both A+.

We booked this resort for a 5 day family vacation through Apple Vacations. From check-in to check-out everything went really smoothly. It is a well running resort with good food options, clean rooms, and super helpful, friendly, yet respectful staff. There is something to do all day long for different age groups from arcade to mini golf, tennis, basketball, and bike riding. Lots of activities in the pool as well as the beach, like silly competition games, volleyball, Zumba, water aerobics, etc. This was our 2nd time in this resort and compared to last year, it was a better experience with better food. Hope to go back next year too.
