The programme consists of meals and beverages service 24 hours a day, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks served at a wide variety of restaurants and bars. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

If you want a worry free, easy happy holliday just go away from this hotel. It’s was so a waste of time and money. It’s incredible to be forced to managed and shorten our beach, family time, to do line up for food or restaurant. The resort was overcrowded, lots of issues about restaurants, BIG line-up, HOURS of waiting time wasted. During the day you pass more time making line up, and time in restaurant than enjoy your family on the beach! What a mess! Reservation system was off because too much people in the resort and not enough restaurant for everybody. Sure the réservation system was back on the 29 december, with less people in the resort, after the rush. By the way most of the restaurant are located in the other section, sister hotel Grand Oasis Palm… Also like a bunch of people, the 26-27 december we had, all 4 food poisoning, not usual tourist issue you can have sometime… big hard time for us. The whole hotel/resort need a deep refresh, kids pool not working, pools need to be refurbished also concrete is peeling off. Ventilation and A/C not properly working in our room, elevator was out of order on our last day..fantastic with 2 young kids and a bunch of baggage to check out! Just stay away from this hotel, don’t wasted your money, and your holidays there.

Pros - • Night entertainment was well done and quite enjoyable. • Rooms are clean and resort itself was well maintained. Unfortunately, those are the only pros for this resort. Cons- • Food was way below average! All the A La carte restaurants have mostly the same food throughout. Very bland flavors, meat tasted old, and just plain not enjoyable at all. On the 4th day, my family got diarrhea to the point of my kids begging us not to eat anymore inside the resort and just go to the town and eat outside restaurants! We have been to Mexico for years and other tropical countries and this resort is by far the worst food we ever had. • Drinks were not premium considering the amount of money you paid for the resort and staying it to be "5 star". The rooms only had colas and beer. When my husband requested to have a bottle of wine in our room, they refused until he physically went to the front desk and argued. • Service was EXTREMELY SLOW. Waiting for our food took at least 30-40mins. They even ran out of food/ingredients! We went to Coco grill for lunch and my son ordered fish and chips with fish being 1 tiny slice and fries not even half of the fries container was filled! My daughter ordered calamari and she got a whopping total of 3 small calamaris on her plate! • Beach chairs - considering the amount of people that this resort and its sister resort have, please put appropriate amount of chairs on the beach and even by the pools. Overall, we do NOT recommend this resort to anyone. No more Oasis resorts. To all the people coming from other countries, PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS RESORT CATER MORE TO LOCALS. MOST OF THEIR SERVERS CANT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.

I would rate 0 if I could. Do NOT stay at this hotel, my family all 4 of us got sick because of food poisoning during several days which was more than half of our stay. Such waste of time and money! Ventilation in the room was not working and A/C was very loud. No sound proofing, we could hear people passing by and talking, which woke us up at night. Food was not good, the buffet was only open in the morning and we had to go to the other sister hotel oasis palm to eat at restaurants. We were shocked to find there were line ups everywhere just to go in the restaurants every single day even before they open. Our beach time was significantly shortened in order to arrive early to get a table, so ridiculous! There were not enough transat chairs on the beach, people put their towels on the chairs very early in the morning and leave. The two hotels were clearly overbooked and the restaurants were too small to accommodate. There were only 2 elevators for 10 floors, one elevator not working on the day we checked out, not ideal with luggage and kids! And beware of sales people giving free gift certificate, they are selling club membership in exchange for your time, not worth it! We will NOT be returning, this hotel is not properly managed and should be down rated.

Overall Pleasant Stay – Special Mention to the Staff (Alexis & young lady at the front desk whose name I unfortunately did not catch) Upon arrival, you may be asked to pay approximately USD 100 in municipal taxes/fees to the municipality of Cancún for the beach, even though my travel agency in Canada did not inform me of this payment in advance. I also encountered an issue with my reserved suite. I had paid an additional fee for a suite with a jacuzzi and an ocean view, but I was informed that no such suite was available at that time. As a result, I spent the first night in a suite without an ocean view, which was disappointing given the extra amount paid. That said, I would like to highlight that the staff was responsive, took my concern seriously, and the situation was resolved the following day, which I truly appreciated. I especially want to emphasize the excellence of the staff, who genuinely made a difference throughout my stay. A special thank you to Alexis, as well as to a young lady at the front desk whose name I unfortunately did not catch, but who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. Their attentiveness, positive attitude, and sincere willingness to find solutions left a very strong impression on me. This level of service truly deserves recognition. (If I am able to retrieve her name, I will gladly update this review.) Regarding dining, the food is acceptable overall, but I highly recommend choosing the à la carte restaurants rather than the buffets. The à la carte options offer better quality, more attentive service, and a much more enjoyable experience. There are more than seven à la carte restaurants, allowing guests to choose different cuisines and enjoy variety throughout their stay. In my opinion, these restaurants are one of the hotel’s strongest points, and I would recommend avoiding the buffets as much as possible. I also appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The setting is pleasant and truly ideal for relaxation. The team, in general, is friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which greatly enhances the quality of the stay. For guests who prefer to spend an evening at the hotel rather than going to downtown Cancún or nightclubs, the hotel regularly offers on-site evening entertainment. Personally, I really enjoyed the traditional Mexican music night and the pirate boat show, both of which were fun and well organized. A special mention goes to a tattooed young female performer during the pirate boat show she was excellent and truly made my night with her energy and performance. (If I am able to retrieve her name, I will gladly update this review.) One final point worth mentioning: although my departure was scheduled for December 11, 2025, I was informed on December 10 that my suite would not be cleaned that day because I was leaving “the next day.” I raised this issue with the front desk staff lady, and it was quickly resolved, which I appreciated. In summary, despite a few organizational issues, my overall experience was positive, largely thanks to the quality of service and the professionalism of the staff. I would recommend this hotel, and once again, thank you to Alexis and the lady at the front desk for their valuable assistance.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The food was excellent with plenty of variety every day, and our room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The staff were always friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The beach nearby was absolutely beautiful, and we also had access to the hotel next door, which was a nice bonus. The only downsides were that the hotel could use some renovation, and there wasn’t much evening entertainment by the pool. Apart from that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay!
