All-inclusive
The Sens Cancun is an all-inclusive hotel. The programme consists of meals and beverages service 24 hours a day, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks served at a wide variety of restaurants and bars. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

This is a good resort! They weren't super expensive. The property was having some renovations happening while we were there. But it wasn't too bad. The beach is excellent! We had two minor complaints; the food could be better at the buffet but the other restaurants are great! Not all the bars have blenders so if you want a fruity blended drink you might have to wait in a long line.
As for the food, we wish they would embrace the Mexican culture and serve some typical Mexican food like they do on the streets. Everything was an attempt to make other types of dishes.

My family and I stayed and the room was great but we had already stayed there 3 years ago and the food was better and everything the food was good but you guys tried to make the food all gourmet me personally I went there for the seafood which only 2 of the restaurant had and the food was more like entry’s than food. The hotel says it comes with everything included but that’s not really true. The service was great except this one time my family asked for 4 drinks and 4 cups of water and 4 cups of ice the ice is so u can put the juice in it (drink) because in Cancun the ice melts before it gets to ur table and the water who doesn’t drink water one of the waiters in one of the buffets complained but we are paying for it he shouldn’t complain about it. The shows are cool kid friendly. There was this one time where someone called our room and said we would get a complementary breakfast but what they meant is someone sitting with us while we eat asking u questions which to me is not a complementary breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel.

This is a great resort for all ages. I went to celebrate my spouse birthday and it was nothing short of amazing. Several different fine dining restaurants as well as 2 different buffets that was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not to mention the coffee bar that was open daily that had several different coffees, teas and ice cream options. This was a great all inclusive experience and I would highly recommend this resort.

Overall this place was a good experience. I had a good time and most of the staff I encountered were welcoming. That being said the areas of improvement would be either bigger or more elevators. There was always a line to get up to our room and then down to the main floor. Another issue to address would be the lack of sitting areas in the main pool, no chairs or tables to put anything down.

Horrible!!!! I have been coming to Mexico with my family for past 8 years, and this is the worst Resort I have ever been too. First they change my booking and booked me in The sense instead of Grand Oasis Palm were I originally booked. Than when I saw how small the room was, it's 5 of us and they only had 2 queen beds!!!! I went downstairs and I was trying to tell them that the room was to small they did not want to hear. Also the food lines to get to the restaurant was long every time you try to eat. I was so upset my vacation was ruined. Then we lost power then! Than the WFII was horrible. I mean the whole experience. If you want to have a good time DO NOT go to this resort!
