Sandals Ochi was my first Sandals experience and my first time in Jamaica, and can definitely tell you that I will be back! The resort is beautiful, but the people are even more beautiful! Every person that I encountered was happy, friendly, and made it a point to speak to me! They are always willing to help and do whatever they can to make your time as wonderful as possible, even if it’s just with a smile! Every drink and every bite of food I had was delicious. The restaurants and bars are incredible and have the most beautiful settings and views! My room was private and secluded but was also just steps away from the main building and the hop stop, which made getting around the resort a breeze! I highly recommend booking yourself a treatment at the spa as well. I had a massage and it was over the top! I can’t say enough good things about this resort! Thank you to everyone in the Sandals family for making me feel at home away from home!

We stayed at Sandals Ochi from March 29 to April 5, 2025. We booked a club level room as we find it’s the best option for us for check in, booking restaurant reservations, activities, and more. We spent most of our time on the beach and in the ocean. The water sports team is amazing! We did a snorkeling trip, glass bottom boat trip, and went out several times on the hobie cat. We booked an excursion through sandals and did the Dunns River Falls experience. Highly recommend if you are staying at Ochi as it was a worthwhile experience. The entertainment staff were 10/10 we got to know them playing beach volleyball and then during the evening events/performances. Highly recommend attending the evening performances they were fantastic. The food on site was amazing our favorite spot for lunch was tapas for the fish tacos and dinner was Soy. Andrew at Soy was amazing and made the experience even better. We made sure to try all of the specialty drinks wherever we went. The room was great for the little time we spent there! It was always cool and the mini fridge was always stocked. Everyone we met was so friendly we could go on and on with how good the customer service was. To finish off, our stay at Sandals Ochi was an unforgettable one and we hope to visit Sandals again soon!

The staff welcomed us with a song and cool towels. The staff at Sandals Ochi showed great hospitality. They are so friendly and they wanted me to have a great time. The food was great and room service was fast. My room was cleaned daily and my bed was turned down in the evening. I really enjoyed my stay. The only reason I took a star off for location was because the resort is 1.5 hours from the Montego Bay airport; however, the buses are comfortable and the drivers are very friendly.

We had a fabulous 10 night stay at Sandals Ochi. This was our second visit to this resort 5th to Sandals. The food and service was excellent. We were there the year prior and had a great experience but this year we felt the staff and food were even better. Pros - quality and variety of food Staff is excellent always willing to help. Variety of pools and vibes. If you want a party scene you can find if you want quiet that is also easily found. Evening entertainment is also great at this location. You don’t want to miss the Silver Birds Steel drum show if they are playing during your stay. Included snorkeling and snorkeling right off beach is decent. Golf near site ( while greens fees are included note there is a mandatory caddie and cart fee of $55 per person + tip for caddie)

The best customer service we have found in all the locations. The Seaseme Street character stuff is so well done. The food was good, and the slides were awesome fun. The childcare staff had the best attitude to handle different situations such as Autism. The were so caring. We loved this place!
