We stayed at Royalton Negril and Hideaway Negril in May 2025 & it was an excellent experience right across the board! Great, helpful and friendly team members. The food was tasty and nice variety. Special shout out to the vibe team and especially the gym. It was clean and well equipped. Andre O & Jovie from the gym were the best! Giving great instruction, guidance and advice. Highly recommended resort!

We had a wonderful family holiday over Easter at this resort. The service was brilliant and the hotel looked after us very well indeed. Staying in Diamond club IMO is a must, the added service is certainly worth while. We have already booked a return trip for next year. Value for money, and I’d personally ignore the few over negative reviews from online Karen’s. I’ve stayed in worse and in better, but this ticks a lot of boxes. Yes it’s over an hour from the airport. It states this online and the agent lets you know. This shouldn’t be a negative point on the hotels review. You can get a private transfer or even fly to the private airport opposite from Montego Bay.

Royalton We returned from an excellent vacation at Royalton. To begin with, the resort is beautiful, with its architecture, its continuously maintained green areas, and the wonderful views of the turquoise sea before your eyes! On the other hand, the room is very large, well-decorated, and detailed. While it shows signs of wear, it's nothing serious and is still wonderful. The staff is loving, helpful, and polite, always attentive and smiling. The food is very good and full of options for everyone. During our time there, we toured the other resorts, and the Royalton stands out above the rest, simply because of the lounge chairs, the cabanas, and the beach. Nothing bad to say, I would definitely return! Go easy, relax, and enjoy!

This is not a 5 star hotel. It shouldn’t even be allowed to advertise as such. We have a Diamond Club swim out room. There is an overwhelming smell in the room, possibly mildew can’t really be sure. When we mentioned it to our butler, he said he would ask them to freshen the room up. No change. Last night’s dinner was sub par. Here’s a picture of the plantain I was served. Why would you see fit to serve that to anyone? I’m still here…hoping it gets better but the smell in the room is giving 2 star at best. No cleaning is going to fix that. I must say that the staff has been generally very pleasant.

This place is absolutely amazing! The best hotel I've been to in a very long time. The staff are friendly, room service was swift aswell as laundry and overall the food is 10/10. I would like to say a big thank you to the front desk MICHAEL, NATESHA, DANEISH, KIMBERLY and TINISHA. All the names above I have mentioned deserve much more and a pay rise, great customer service and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. I recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. DAVIEN front desk absolutely great customer service, one of the best in the place I had a small issue with my room and it got changed on the same night. Keisha house keeper very good very friendly and willing to work. Gym: Jovian and the fitness instructor who does the classes absolutely great. Gym is clean and has a decent amount of equipment to use.
