My recent stay at Sandals South Coast Resort was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable experience.
First and foremost, I must commend the impeccable service provided by the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were not only met but exceeded. Whether it was the friendly greetings from the concierge, the attentive service at the restaurants, or the prompt response from housekeeping, every interaction left me feeling valued and cared for.
The property itself was a paradise unlike any other. The resort offered breathtaking views at every turn. From the lush tropical gardens to the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea, every aspect of the property was meticulously maintained, creating a serene and tranquil environment that was perfect for relaxation.
The accommodations were equally impressive. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the design, from the luxurious bedding to the state-of-the-art technology.
Overall, my time at Sandals South Coast Resort was nothing short of magical. From the amazing service to the stunning property and unforgettable dining experiences, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough and cannot wait to return for another fantastic getaway.

The resort and the rooms were in great condition and well manicured. The service was satisfactory, and while the majority of the team went above and beyond to extend great service, there were exceptions to that and these team members were not the best example (reason for 4 stars rather than 5). The 3 stars on location were due to distance from airport to resort. The drive to South coast was a little further than would want to travel to again. All in all, for the price point, along with the beauty of the site, highly recommend.

Just visited April 4th 24. Trip was exciting and fun. Just a few things didn’t hit 5 stars. They had us stay in the new building which had a great room/view. Down side was that buildings pool wasn’t finished yet and we had no TV remote for 3 days. Service was ok, took longer to get a drink than it should have at dinners. Biggest problem was that the entertainment crew at the main pool lies to everyone that joins the daily activities. They told everyone that “if you play volleyball and win against them that you get 3 free nights stay at sandals”. Well we played and won all 3 games. Other than getting a sunburn for no reason. We didn’t get the 3 free nights we got 40 points which won’t get you a candy bar. It was a lot of fun playing volleyball and the trip was great. Just don’t like the bait and switch that I noticed they did all day long

The grounds are stunning, food was great, and staff is amazing.
If you like swimming in the ocean, this isn’t a good place for that. The water wasn’t clear and the sectioned off area is full of weed beds and only goes up to your waist at high tide.
Negril is much better for ocean swimming.

7 night stay in the swim up rooms in the Dutch village was fantastic. You can’t beat the service or beauty at South Coast. The only downside is the 1.5 hr drive through winding mountain roads full of massive potholes. If the roads were fixed, this would be a great scenic drive to add to a wonderful place to stay.
