Our stay was truly enjoyable. The service was second to none and staff were attentive, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety to please everyone. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable, though they haven’t been updated in some time. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning in the common areas such as elevators and restaurants, which made them feel a bit warm at times. Overall, a wonderful experience and one I’d gladly recommend.

Every meal was a delight, with food that was not only great but also incredibly tasty and fresh. We had the pleasure of dining at all the on-site restaurants, and each one was a unique and awesome experience, offering a fantastic variety of flavors and impeccable service. Our premium oceanfront room was a perfect sanctuary. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed, offering breathtaking views of the ocean that we simply couldn't get enough of. The care and attention to detail in the upkeep of the room was very apparent and made us feel comfortable and pampered throughout our stay. A visit to the resort's spa was an absolute must, and it did not disappoint. The experience was truly awesome, leaving our entire mind, body, and spirit completely rejuvenated. It was a serene and peaceful retreat that added an extra layer of relaxation to our vacation. What truly sets the Jewel Grande apart, however, is its outstanding staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Their genuine warmth and hospitality were the heart of the resort, making the entire Jamaican experience feel so welcoming and authentic. We are already planning our next trip and can't wait to bring our family back to this incredible resort. We will definitely be recommending it to everyone we know!

Visited the jewel grand from 7/13/25 to 7/19/25 sadly I had to leave. I am what's considered an expat and this was my first time back. Wow! I was welcomed with open arms. The service was outstanding from start to finish. We tried every restaurant and the food was outstanding. The jerk hut guy was a little rude, but it was hot and he was working his butt off. Everyone in our group has vowed to return and they are all seasoned travelers who have visited many resorts There's just something special about this place. Go see for yourself! It's also very close to the airport. Also be sure to tip your servers, they deserve it for the attentive and friendly service. I'm going back soon!

This place is truly amazing. It gave a special touch to the entire vacation. Trevor I Believe was his name who catered to me and my wife on our special dinner on the boardwalk since the ocean bungalow cannot be used made our dinner very special and we appreciate the effort it took for him to travel back and forth to get our dinner to us in a timely fashion and the food was still hot. Arlene and the other masseuse gave us great massages for me and my wife. Though week staff at all the restaurants are super, the food was excellent everywhere except for the grill. The burgers weren't that great. But outside of that all the rest of the food was top-notch.

We had our wedding here and we couldn't have picked a better location...from our arrival to our departure this place was immaculate. They had a wide variety of food you're more than likely to find something you like. The staff was pleasant all around. After a couple nights and wedding employees start to recognize you and make you feel more at home. I cant wait to return on one of our anniversaries, hopefully sooner than later. I'm talking sun sets to sun rises and plenty of beautiful areas to catch them. You can tell the employees are hand picked they're pleasant and cater to you to the best of their ability. The beach areas, pools were well maintained and available 24/7. This place is great for a family stay or even a romantic couples stay. 10 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
