The food and drink at the hotel was incredible! Staff were super friendly and kind - especially Ralston was the best! Kerrol made the best drinks at the bar and Nikki’s entertainment was second to none! Tracey Anne in the kids club was an absolute gem and our kids adored her. HUGE thank you to Tracey Anne she is wonderful. We would love to come back!

MUST READ: Where do I START!!!! There should be a 10 Star button. I have been to many all inclusive but THIS BROKE THE RECORD!!! Let’s just start from the beginning security service was exceptional u know communication isn’t a problem because I had no problem Vernon trained Shevon those are Bell Services and I rate them 20/10 they made your beginning beautiful then front desk I met Kadian!!! Theeeeee sweetest When we went to the restaurants every was sooooo nice the bar AND THE FOOD was exceptional so delicious and taste like real Jamaican food the Thai restaurant on the Pier my favorite food was so so Good! ANDREW HALL AND BAGGIO raise their pay plz! OMG best service the Chubby guy The beach Jerk chicken was AMAZING RORY SHEPARD met him amazing Navado from the Strata team everyone in the coffee shop Laci from Gift omggg I couldn’t go on and on!!! Nahson from the Steak house remarkable! Nickeisha from Entertainment they were all so friendly and nice and when I thought it couldn’t get better Ralston he does towel and life guard he should be promoted he put the cherry on top… JEWEL GRAND IS THE BEST RESORT AND YOU WILL GET ALL MY MONEY GOING FORWARD…

The view of the place is extremely nice and the rooms are beautiful but the food at the restaurants are disgusting . I just came back from Jamaica yesterday and stayed at this resort for 5 days and was extremely disappointed with the food and drinks . The bars never have anything sufficient to make a nice cocktail ! The restaurant Waves need to permanently close because the menu is horrible and the food does not taste good . This is a resort in Jamaica and to my surprise the menu is not balanced with some Jamaican cuisine. Some people actually fly to another country to enjoy the country dishes . The bartender and the staff are so nice but the food is not good at all . The burger and fries station served some oily fries and chicken tenders on 10/6/25 because of course they were out of wings at 12:45pm when they had just opened at 12:30 lml! What a joke for a resort . You pay so much money and you can’t enjoy the food . The juices they serve at the buffet tasted like it came from a juice box ( how you can’t get fresh juice from a Caribbean country that grow their crop naturally ) . If you want a nice room to stay at , this is the place but if you want good authentic Jamaica food and beverages this is definitely not the resort to book with . I give them a 2.5 stars and will be rating them on every social media, google , Expedia ..,. Everywhere because they need to do way better !!!

Our stay was truly enjoyable. The service was second to none and staff were attentive, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety to please everyone. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable, though they haven’t been updated in some time. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning in the common areas such as elevators and restaurants, which made them feel a bit warm at times. Overall, a wonderful experience and one I’d gladly recommend.

This resort is spectacular! The sea view from our balcony was gorgeous. The staff were extremely warm, welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious. I loved the coffee bar in the Sentry Palm building - fancy coffees paired with fresh cakes, daily. The Pier Side restaurant sits right over the sea, it is beautiful. Most of the restaurants look right over the sea. The nightly entertainment is excellent; and, takes place overlooking the sea. A special shout out to the following staff: Giovanni, the Chef at Waves restaurant whose creative dishes never ceased to surprise and delight; Aubrey our friendly server at the Waves restaurant; Simone the helpful tour desk operator; Shanneil the friendly Concierge in the Sentry Palm building; Shelley, the SPA Manager; Calvin the excellent Jamaican Chef at the Orchid restaurant; Rhaymone, Gawayne and Davian, the Jerk Chicken Beach Chefs; Stephanie, our pleasant server at the Orchid restaurant; Cleon the grounds keeper who so obligingly climbed a tree to pick coconuts for us; Devron our server at Le Bouchon restaurant who always seemed to know exactly what we wanted.
