Our stay at Jewel Grande Resort in Jamaica was absolutely incredible — even during a category five hurricane! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was safe, comfortable, and well-fed. When the hurricane struck hard during lunchtime, they still managed to bring fresh, warm food to everyone, which was so impressive and comforting in such a scary moment. Before the storm, the resort was already amazing — great food at several restaurants, a clear, beautiful ocean, and tons of fun activities to do. There’s a spa, gym, pools, and even a kids arcade where parents can drop off their children to play. Every single staff member was friendly, caring, and professional from start to finish. Even through a hurricane, Jewel Grande made us feel safe and cared for. Would definitely recommend!

The food and drink at the hotel was incredible! Staff were super friendly and kind - especially Ralston was the best! Kerrol made the best drinks at the bar and Nikki’s entertainment was second to none! Tracey Anne in the kids club was an absolute gem and our kids adored her. HUGE thank you to Tracey Anne she is wonderful. We would love to come back!

MUST READ: Where do I START!!!! There should be a 10 Star button. I have been to many all inclusive but THIS BROKE THE RECORD!!! Let’s just start from the beginning security service was exceptional u know communication isn’t a problem because I had no problem Vernon trained Shevon those are Bell Services and I rate them 20/10 they made your beginning beautiful then front desk I met Kadian!!! Theeeeee sweetest When we went to the restaurants every was sooooo nice the bar AND THE FOOD was exceptional so delicious and taste like real Jamaican food the Thai restaurant on the Pier my favorite food was so so Good! ANDREW HALL AND BAGGIO raise their pay plz! OMG best service the Chubby guy The beach Jerk chicken was AMAZING RORY SHEPARD met him amazing Navado from the Strata team everyone in the coffee shop Laci from Gift omggg I couldn’t go on and on!!! Nahson from the Steak house remarkable! Nickeisha from Entertainment they were all so friendly and nice and when I thought it couldn’t get better Ralston he does towel and life guard he should be promoted he put the cherry on top… JEWEL GRAND IS THE BEST RESORT AND YOU WILL GET ALL MY MONEY GOING FORWARD…

On our vacation we enjoyed the atmosphere, the food and the staff. The kids wanted to play at the beach. The also had a nurse on site when we visited. Which was great because our little one had a fever but the nurse was able to swiftly assist. We would go again to the Jewel Grande

I had the displeasure of staying in this hotel, and it's a complete rip off. I came with my family and we stayed in two of the grand suites on the same level so we can be near each other. Every day we had issues with the cooling and got a lot of false promises. The bed sheets upon arrival were dusty and had stains on the foot side of the bed in the master suite. I made a complaint to the butler service we had and they took almost a full day before we had new sheets ready. One of the biggest points I'd like to make is their cleaning services are a bunch of thieves. They stole my cologne on the very last day of my trip. I left a tip every day after the room was cleaned just to thank them for their services since we were quite a large group. Andrew McFarline and Calvine Suckan were the managers our butlers had us contact and they were the worse to work with. They gave us a very small portion of a refund back for our stay which does not even equate to a one night's stay. They said they will also look into the matter of the theft and gave us their e-mails to reach back out to them for a more promising solution when we got back home. I've been reaching out to them for over a month and they have done nothing to rectify this or find my cologne. I really wish I could leave more of a negative review on how bad the service is here. The food was OK at the most, I've stayed at better resorts in Montego Bay, and I would definitely go back to them. Giving this place a shot was the worse, they don't restock room fridge, the cooling is bad as I stated, and you will have to wait around the night time to get your sheets changed if you're lucky. On top of that the butlers are only interested in giving you quality service depending on how great you tip them every night. We tipped everyone pretty good, we were a large group and just wanted to have fun, overall we had fun out of the resort, coming back to it there was always an issue. They need a overhaul on their current staff. I would recommend folks to try a different resort and save yourself the peace of mind. Giving this hotel your money will only cause you trouble going into your stay.
