Firstly I want to send special thank you to butler TOBY and TYRONE for my beautiful room decor. My dining experience at the steakhouse was excellent with our waiter EVON top notch. The food was good, steaks were amazing, temperature on Point with a beautiful presentation.The drinks were made with love 10/10.The property was very clean and tidy. House keeping was quick and reliable with our request. The staff were friendly and helpful.Just need more entertainment options after dinner there wasn’t much to do just the club. Overall experience 100/10. Definitely will be back.

Really enjoyed our time in Jamaica. Our butlers Toby and Lennox were great! They checked in on us and kept us informed on what was going on and they managed to get us a difficult reservation. They were friendly and fantastic! The hotel was in process of stuff being worked on and is in need of some upkeep. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was really good! The beach was wonderful and I loved the water stuff they have! Super fun!

I literally love this resort!! I had the best time and didn't want to leave. There were a few reasons why I gave 5 stars.. Marvin, the server was AMAZING! HE LITERALLY MADE EVERYONE FEEL SO WELCOMED! He made everyone laugh and his work ethic was fire and on point! As he picked up all the dirty dishes, he made sure every guest was attended to. I dont think I ever seen him slow down . He worked everyday except one and I noticed he wasn't there by the change in Atmosphere and cleanliness of the place. He really needs to be cloned lol! Secondly, the activities ladies are so awesome as well! They are so bubbly, full of smiles, and try so hard to get people to come play the games, which are fun! The dancing was my favorite!! The hotel amenities were on point for me but I wished the dj played more because music is life!! I had no issues there and was so sad when I couldn't stay past my week stay.. I will come back!! So beautiful!

This resort is spectacular! The sea view from our balcony was gorgeous. The staff were extremely warm, welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious. I loved the coffee bar in the Sentry Palm building - fancy coffees paired with fresh cakes, daily. The Pier Side restaurant sits right over the sea, it is beautiful. Most of the restaurants look right over the sea. The nightly entertainment is excellent; and, takes place overlooking the sea. A special shout out to the following staff: Giovanni, the Chef at Waves restaurant whose creative dishes never ceased to surprise and delight; Aubrey our friendly server at the Waves restaurant; Simone the helpful tour desk operator; Shanneil the friendly Concierge in the Sentry Palm building; Shelley, the SPA Manager; Calvin the excellent Jamaican Chef at the Orchid restaurant; Rhaymone, Gawayne and Davian, the Jerk Chicken Beach Chefs; Stephanie, our pleasant server at the Orchid restaurant; Cleon the grounds keeper who so obligingly climbed a tree to pick coconuts for us; Devron our server at Le Bouchon restaurant who always seemed to know exactly what we wanted.

Absolutely beautiful, secure, secluded, and to top it off - the service was the very best experience we've had. One draw back (being a Jamaican) - the Jamaica dishes were not always authentic. Seemed to be somewhat catered to non-Jamaican guests. The beach could be more manicured, but it so lovely and not over crowded at all. The best time to go to Jewel Grande is mid September when it's not as busy. The staff where hands-down great! And the service was excellent!!! This was our first time we've actually stayed in a hotel in Jamaica (as we typically stay with family). Overall - we had a great experience. We will be back, but hoping the food will be authentic - unfortunately, including the Jerk pit.
