We had an incredible experience at the Grand Palladium buffet restaurant thanks to our server, Amanda. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. She was attentive without ever being intrusive, checking in at the perfect moments and making sure we always had everything we needed. Amanda’s professionalism, kindness, and upbeat energy really stood out. She remembered our preferences, offered great suggestions, and made the whole meal feel special. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it truly elevated our dining experience. If you’re visiting the buffet, definitely hope you get Amanda — she’s exceptional!

We had an absolutely incredible experience at Xayamaica. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the service truly made our visit unforgettable. Our host, Damien, was an absolute gem—genuine, kind, and exceptionally attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, well taken care of, and guided us with fantastic recommendations throughout our visit. Our last day at Grand Palladium. 1st visit and it’s been top notch service, location, cleanliness and friendly staff. I’ll miss stepping out each morning to the friendly greeting from Andre in gardening services and the fantastic service from Rashel who served and took care of our family anytime we met her at the resteraunts for our evening meals. Eunice at the pancake crepe station was also amazing. Thanks soo much Grand Palladium. Your hospitality and dedication to service is not reflected in simply giving stars!!! From the whole family, thanks for making our stay memorable.

Today was to be Day 1 of a romantic Anniversary week. We planned for a Lobster dinner at El Dorado. Alas, our Canadian flight alerted us 2:30 am our 8am flight was delayed and we expect to arrive to the hotel at 8pm instead of 2pm. So we cancelled our dinner. We arrived and Crystal in Palladium Travel Club said they held our reservation and our table. Tanese took over as our hostess and server for our surprise meal of the night. Oh my goodness the lobster was amazing! But equal was the attention we received. Tanese made every moment special, from pouring bubbly to the small chit chat, to dubbing this our anniversary week! What an awesome start to a belated arrival to an amazing resort. We haven’t even made it to our room yet and we are still in our “Plane clothes!” This is an amazing start to an awesome week!!! Thank you Crystal and Tanese for setting the bar high. We haven’t lost a day to absurd travel; we gained amazing memories. Thank you.

This evening we dined at Sumptuori at Grande Palladium. We did menu vs habachi but the party coming from the tables is making us wonder… we should be partying with the big kids!!! However, our grown up meals were amazing. My wife had the red Thai fish and I had the soba joma beef. To die for. Tavia our server was amazing. All the service staff are so happy to make our experience the best it can be. Her smile was electrifying! And contagious. We will definitely be back; havachi or not.
