We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of four and overall had a really enjoyable experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for a family trip. The entertainment was a highlight, with plenty of options for both adults and kids to enjoy throughout the day and evening. The scenery around the hotel was stunning — from the beautiful beach to the well-maintained gym and relaxing spa, there’s no shortage of ways to unwind and take in the surroundings. However, the food and service needs improvement. From all of the à la carte restaurants we tried, the Japanese one was by far the best. and the service was outstanding. We were lucky to have Frayia Kerr as our waitress — she was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and made our dining experience truly memorable. The buffets were also a solid option and had a good variety compared to the other à la cartes. If you're planning to visit, I’d recommend focusing on the Japanese restaurant and the buffets for meals. The other ones were nothing special and it took so long to bring you the food. Last I want to mention the coffee shop. The best cocktails and espresso martinis are there. Make sure you get your cocktails there before heading to the other bars. With some improvements to the food quality and service across the other restaurants, this hotel could easily be a five-star experience. Still, it’s a beautiful place with a lot to offer and worth considering for your next family getaway.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable in temperature. We got fresh bathroom towels daily. Staff was very helpful, kinds, calm, and sweet. The beach was AMAZING. It was a long strip and we could walk along it and also go to the other side’s beach (Lady Hamilton) we stayed on the Jamaica side. The entertainment was also very worth while— it was engaging and true to the Jamaican culture. I saw some comments that had mixed reviews on the food but everything my boyfriend and I ate was amazing, from the oxtails, mussels, and red snapper everything was delicious! Definitely make your dinner an A la Carte restaurant and keep the buffet for breakfast. Also the jerk chicken hut was spectacular! We had it everyday. All in all this resort is everything they promoted and we will return.😆 thank you staff!

Shanara was our server and she had a very cheerful uplifting energy. The service was fantastic. We had asked for a surprise meal as a suggestion and she brought us the shrimp fajitas which were amazing. The food was great, the drinks were wonderful. We would definitely recommend coming here for a good Mexican meal.

This hotel has an amazing location and offers spacious rooms with impeccable daily cleaning service. Everything is extremely clean and well-organized. The buffet and restaurant food quality is excellent, but you must book a reservation in advance for the restaurants as they get fully booked during peak hours. Often, you'll need to make a reservation several days in advance for upcoming evenings. The hotel features two beaches, one farther away but significantly better. The beaches come with free access to kayaks, paddleboards, snorkeling gear, and fishing boats. The beaches are very clean, equipped with showers, and have soft sand. The hotel pool is large and spotlessly clean, and the surrounding bars are all great. Overall, the quality, price, cleanliness, and location of this hotel are outstanding.

We LOVED the Japanese restaurant Sumptuori - it was our absolute favorite at the resort. All 6 courses came out hot and the talented chef Jason was even able to work with my onion and garlic allergy. Our server Frayia was a delight! She was friendly, refilled our water multiple times, and brought me a hook for my purse. We will be returning many more times to this restaurant!
