A great overall experience! From the appetizers to the curry goat, they were cooked to perfection! The dessert options were also unmatched. Howard and Ortega did amazing work. Would recommend 5/5. Troy H from MoBay gave great service as well!

We stayed in a fabulous room with a private pool and loved it! Service was good- anytime I asked for something it was taken care of. But trying to get shuttle service around the resort was difficult for us; we wound up walking a lot, which was fine, but I know might be difficult for older folks. While staying at the Grand Palladium, my husband and I got a couple’s massage, participated in a friend’s wedding, went swimming in the pool and at the beach, paddle boarded, and purchased a romantic dinner. The wedding and the romantic dinner got rained out… the wedding was still able to happen outdoors about an hour later than originally planned but our romantic dinner was moved to a restaurant which was kind of a bummer since we were really paying more for the beach experience than the food. The food everywhere was OK, but nothing terribly special (we never ate at an a la carte restaurant, though). One thing I did not appreciate was how the concierge who welcomed us kind of tricked us into a breakfast the next morning with a rep from the palladium travel club. I’ve never been to a resort and wasn’t prepared to try and be sold a travel package like this my first morning there. It was a little irritating but once we figured out what was going on, my husband and I kindly declined and got a coupon for a couples massage that was much less than we would have spent otherwise and was really excellent. So if you visit, I recommend trying the a la carte restaurants, visiting the spa, and setting up an excursion. We went to Dunn’s Falls and on a catamaran/snorkeling trip at Ocho Rios. It was wonderful but a FAR drive from the resort. I wish we would have been able to go swimming with dolphins and parasailing, but I guess I’ll just have to try that next time!

I had a great time at Poseidon Restaurant. Celebrated my cousin’s birthday. Roberta was a great waiter. Special K and Steven provided great entertainment. Food was delicious. Beautiful view of the sunset. Highly recommended.

I don't normally write this kind of review but I need it this time to let people know NOT TO VISIT Grand Palladium Jamaica. It's only my second day of my trip and we are seriously thinking about cutting short our trip because we are having such a terrible experience in here already. Staffs are super rude and unapproachable, service is slow, I can understand this part, maybe its part of Jamaican culture. But there was an incident that totally ruined our vacation. I was hanging around the beach with my daughter and all of a sudden, a captain from water activity site came up to me and asked me if I have seen any money. He left some money on the dock and he thinks I TOOK THAT MONEY! Ever since, he started giving me a dirty look and keep talking about me with his staff. I came up to him and told him to search my body to make sure, but he said "Don't talk to me" and ignored me ever since. I was going to rent some snorkeling gears but they told me the site is closed at 3:30pm?? What a terrible experience on first day of the trip. After the incident, I felt very unsafe because staffs are keep giving us the look. We had to leave the beach for our own safety. I came here 14 years ago and came back to remember the good memory, but I don't think I am coming back to this country ever again.

Myself and 19 family members came to celebrate my 60th birthday. The staff at the Italian restaurant went above and beyond to ensure my birthday dinner was the best. All the staff at the Grand Palladium were very polite and helpful, the rooms were kept clean. We were in Villas 23 and the cleaner was excellent. The buffet dinners were also very good again the servers were excellent well done Keaayne. The poolside was also clean and the bar staff again were very polite. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back.
