This hotel is amazing...the location, food...OMG the food. And the people/staff are top notch. Everyone cares about you having good time/experience. Even the grounds staff. They all try to make it a friendly family environment. They look after your children and go out of their way to make your experience top quality. Especially my man Jeffrey Campbell...he makes the best margaritas and is full great advice and conversation. A perfect ambassador for the Grand Palladium brand.

I had the most beautiful birthday experience at this Jamaican restaurant, and it was all thanks to our amazing waitress, Shash. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, kind, and full of genuine Caribbean warmth. She truly hooked me up for my birthday and made me feel celebrated in such a special way. The entire staff came together and sang Happy Birthday to me, and it felt authentic, joyful, and full of culture. It wasn’t just a song… it was a vibe. The food was absolutely delicious. Real traditional Jamaican food, flavors, perfectly seasoned, and cooked with love. Every bite felt like culture on a plate. Thank you, Shash, and thank you to all the servers for making my birthday so memorable. You made it special, and I’ll definitely be back.

We ate at portofino and OMG is to say the least. The server Richard was absolutely amazing very attentive and friendly beyond means. Joseph the chef made a point to make my day (it was my birthday) special. All of the staff down to the supervisor Kimberly (queen) were all fantastic. Definitely impressed with this place.

The restaurant was amazing. The food was delicious. Eunice always has a smile as she makes the kiddos crepes. Malcom was so fun and kind. All the servers were great. I highly recommend this resort. Been to Jamaica 5 times and this is my favourite resort by far.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa. The resort itself is beautiful, relaxing, and truly all-inclusive in the best way. The grounds are stunning, the pools are clean and spacious, and there’s always something to do — or the perfect quiet space if you just want to unwind. One of the highlights of our trip was dinner at Portofino, the Italian restaurant on the property. The food was incredible — flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Everything from the pasta to the desserts felt thoughtfully prepared and high quality. It honestly felt like dining at a specialty restaurant, not just a resort add-on. We especially want to shout out Lafaine, who completely saved our evening. There was an issue with our reservation that could have easily turned into a stressful situation, but Lafaine handled it with such professionalism, warmth, and grace. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure we were taken care of. Because of him, what could have been frustrating turned into one of our favorite nights of the trip. Customer service like that makes all the difference. We left feeling valued and cared for — and we’ll absolutely be back.
