Dining at Sumptuori Restaurant at the Grand Palladium in Hanover was an excellent experience. From the moment we were seated, the atmosphere was welcoming and well presented, creating the perfect setting for an enjoyable meal. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Each dish was thoughtfully seasoned and expertly cooked, reflecting both quality ingredients and attention to detail. Every bite was satisfying, making it clear that great care goes into the menu and its execution. Overall, the Sumptuori Restaurant delivered a memorable dining experience. Exceptional food combined with a pleasant ambiance and excellent service from Jahnoy and chef Jason makes it a must-visit for anyone staying at or visiting the Grand Palladium in Hanover, Jamaica. Highly recommended.

We dined at the Xaymaica tonight and the food was the best amongst all of the restaurants at the Grand Palladium. We eat vegetarian food. Britannia made sure the chef was aware of our diet restriction and chef made excellent food - Red Pea soup and Dasheen Fritters. To top it off, service provided by Sansaria and Ortaga were unparalleled. They always made sure we were well taken care of. Keep it up everyone!!

This was our second stay at this location, and, even following so soon after the hurricane, we haven't noticed much of a differnece. Staff are still friendly and helpful, and views can't be beat. Two special shout-outs: Taj at Portofino gave us the best service of our stay, and Marcia at Zentropia gave us the best deep-tissue massage ever. Honorable mention (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) but our sushi chef at Sumptuori was also phenomenal.

Our waiter Odane in the Asian restaurant was absolutely amazing! From the accuracy of our order to be prompt with fulfilling our requests… He truly gave us five star service and this is our second night dining in the Asian. That should tell you that the food is fantastic! From the taste, the presentation, the combination of spices tothe freshness of the food spices, Our dining experience in the Asian restaurant was top-tier!

HAD A BRILLANT STAY We were a family of 5 and had 2 different suites. The service we had was great. Food we had at the various restaurants was lovely. Special mention to Rochelle who was a server at a few of the places we had a meal she went out of her way to ensure we had a good experience. Also massive thanks to Eunice and Daneil in Mo' bay restaurant who were always friendly and helpful. The housekeeping who I didn't even see kept our room clean everyday and the staff would stock up our fridge everyday. The whole experience was great and I would happily stay at this resort again. Almost forgot to mention Andre a Gardner who would say Hi and check on us making sure we were enjoying our stay.
