Amazing resort on the beach, great kid activities, amazing food, great entertainment and the staff is amazing!!! Everything is clean and cared for like it’s your own home. Amazing place! Tevin in entertainment was awesome too! The kids loved him. The friendliest and most caring staff that treat you like family. Best trip ever!

We are here now and it's amazing. The part of the hotel is under renovation but they managed to make it not affecting the other part. The beach is very clean and you can always find a lot of vacant sunbeds. Rooms are very cleaned and well maintained, we had not even one complaint. We've been surprised in a good way with the service here, even we are pretty experienced. The stuff is just brilliant! We couldn't find words to describe their kindness and professionalism, they are really happy to assist you. They remember all your preferences after the first order, your glass is always full and your plate is always clean:) And it happens regardless tips. Kelisha, Sonia, Kerry, Kerry An, Jimmy and all the others - THANK YOU for your hard work, you made our stay remarkable and unforgettable. Highly recommend, will come back!

I'm writing this because it's a big disappointment in this hotel.
We booked the Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites which is the higher level part of the hotel.
The facilities are ok and the pool is great, but those are only two things I can give positive feedback on.
The service here is really poor. It shows a 5-star resort but is really not, some of the staff are even rude. The only feeling during our stay is we don’t care what you want, you figured out yourself, leave me alone and you are unwelcome!
Kid’s water playgrounds are the worst, it closed for 4 days due to the construction, but during the 4 days, no one worked there. Our room directly faces the playground, and for 4 days no one, literally no one works there. It remains closed until we leave.
The kid's water playground is the biggest reason that I booked here and my kids don't even get a chance to play in it during the whole time.

We had the most amazing week celebrating our son's graduation. We traveled with 3 teenagers and they found so many things to do, from snorkeling to a spa experience. The staff is all incredibly friendly and hospitable. We felt so welcome. We've stayed at another popular resort at Jamaica, the atmosphere and vibe here is so much better, this is now the only resort we'll visit here. We've had the best time with the pool bartenders, Q, and Stretch. We are going to miss Q and Stretch. They're both a lot of fun and are perfect for the entertainment department.

This is what vacation is about! The staff is amazing, attentive and friendly. We stayed for 5 days and they got to know us well, and shared some good laughs. Pool side food truck has amazing burgers and Jamaican patties. Grounds were very clean. Would definitely come back!
