Absolutely Incredible Stay! The Entertainment Team & Staff Made It Unforgettable! I visited back in June and loved it so much that I had to come back this month and somehow, this trip was even better than the first! My expectations were blown away yet again from the amazing food to the top-tier entertainment. Chef Marcus over at Dutchies is an absolute legend his food is beyond delicious every single time! And I can’t forget to shout out Errol the bartender, who kept the drinks flowing and the vibes high all day long. He’s the best friendly, fast, and always smiling! And then there’s the entertainment crew truly the heart of the resort. V6, Redbull, Too Short, and Sparkles, you four are incredible! The energy, the fun, the way you connect with everyone you make each day feel like a celebration. The resort wouldn’t be the same without you! Can’t wait to come back again soon! This place just gets better and better every time!

Beautiful resort. Asani our ambassador took great care of us with a bottle of champagne, checking on us each day and getting us a last minute driver so we didn’t miss our haunted Rose Hall tour. Our massage ladies were awesome , Jean Pierre was a pleasure at breakfast really all Staff was great, the pool entertainment staff kept us entertained and made sure that we had a great time. Kudos to sparkle skittle Concrete and the 2 others. We truly loved it

From the beginning of my trip to the end it was a great experience. Sha'Fae in the Prestige Lounge service was great as was her whole team. Butler service was incredible with Christhoper/Omar and the team. Drinks were delicious and well made from Mellissa and Shelly at the Prestige Cabana's and Trishone service pool side was amazing as was Cassandra as always. D'Ontae in the lobby drink suggestions and cocktails was great and she is a pleasure to speak too. Traceyann in the Spa massage work was incredible and deserves a shout out as well. Ghorgie from Membership sales was professional and informative throughout the week as well. Bubbles and Smiley in the entertainment crew also always do a great job. Sean at the front is always friendly and provides great service. I will be back!

Really lovely location with a great pool, facilities and beach. In October a bit quieter so lots of space in sun or shade without being crowded. Staff are very helpful. Food is plentiful and varied, although would like to see all vegetarian options in one place to avoid cross-contamination with serving spoons, especially at the pizza station. Good to have the options of themed buffet styles and have non-buffet restaurants too. Uncle Tony's Smokehouse was really good. The vegan platter was superb. The bedrooms are spacious although starting to show their age with a crack here and there. Took a while for water to run away in the shower but sure that can easily be rectified. Drinks were good, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Breakfasts were really good. Be aware that the chain does try to sell an advantages type of scheme, for which you will be offered breakfast at the next door sister hotel with a presentation. It takes 2 hours and was not a scheme for us. So be aware and make a sensible choice for you. Have loved the very relaxed lifestyle in Jamaica.

I had such an incredible experience at this resort! There was always something fun to do. The entertainment team truly made the stay unforgettable. They were friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy, constantly keeping guests engaged and smiling. A special shoutout goes to V6 from the entertainment team — he went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt included. His energy was absolutely infectious and really set the tone for an amazing atmosphere every day. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and cares about guests having a great time.
