First of all I want to start off by saying that the staff were the rudest and most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered, aside from maybe 4 people . Most of the staff seem unhappy, you would rarely see someone smile at you . We had several instances were they looked at us with such disgust and would get annoyed if we asked a question, we did not feel welcomed in fact it felt like they were bothered that we were there . The rooms are extremely small , and outdated. Making reservations to eat through the app is almost impossible, the jerk hut kept running out of food. Overall would not recommend anyone to stay here you better off going somewhere else where they’ll appreciate your business and will treat you like a human being not like trash

My experience at this resort was nothing short of great . I booked the diamond club experience. I do wanna advise it is a $200 deposit on arrival for incidentals I was not aware of but is refunded once you depart . The rooms have been renovated but need a few updates still. However what made my stay so amazing is the staff and the butlers I had made the trip. The butlers were ( Ricardo and Daniel) they always made sure to assist no matter what the accommodations and were very nice .The staff are all friendly and welcoming . I would advise booking the diamond club to ensure smooth check in and stay . Overall I would book a room here again and enjoyed the 5 days I stayed

Nice hotel ! I would have given the service a 5 . However only 4 people stood out during our stay . Daniel was exceptional ! Very attentive to our needs and would find us just to check in on us .Nikki was amazing ! When she saw us she checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Both were very polished and professional. You could tell they were passionate about their jobs! They connected with everyone but gave Diamond Club members top notch customer service . They should both be trainers . Teena and Keston by the Aquarius also provided amazing service , impressed with them both !Teena always made sure our drinks were full . She was so sweet with a great attitude. Keston helped resolve an issue with our hookah ! Stepped in to make sure our issue was a resolved . The only downfall was that we picked this resort because we thought it was truly Adult Only . It is not . You share entertainment and restaurants Also there was no central air in some restaurants. .Elevators were slow or not working at all. All in all nice trip . Will definitely try one of their chic resorts next time . I would of give. Then a 5 for overall service but because not everyone stood out like the ones mentioned. I put 4 .

Check in- Diamond Club -2* , you have to go through hoops for your $600 resort credits and once you get them it is nothing like explained Never received our welcome drink Was introduced to out butler but this is the only time we saw him besides when he brought our bags to room. Never saw him again, not even at checkout to carry our bags down. Not worth the extra hype Rooms- Diamond Club -2 * 7th floor, beautiful view, very small room. Shower only...and the water sucks. Either freezing cold or scolding hot. It's very hard to take a shower. Food- 3* nothing special at all. Breakfast is always good but be ready to wait in a long line for omelet or if you need anything made. Wait staff is slow and never really seems to excited to be there. Bars- 4* pool side bar took forever to get a order because bartenders where more concerned about the girls. Once you show a few dollars then they want to wait on you. Sherian was our favorite most attentive bar tender. She made great drinks and kept wonderful conversations. Weed smoking- 1***** 👎 my husband and I do not smoke and can't stand the smell. You could be at the main lobby and smell it, pools and outside restaurants. There needs to be a smoking area or have consideration of others. This was horrible!!! I understand it is legal there but not everyone wants it in their smell all the time. Be considerate. Elevator- 1* Come on...1 Elevator working while we was there. You had to wait sometimes for it to come back to you and few times bc it was soo packed. We where on the 7th floor so didn't take the stairs all the time. Overall- 1* We felt it wasn't worth what we paid for this resort. Good money spent and not a care that we where not happy. No one would even make a effort to make you feel more comfortable. We paid top dollar for Diamond Club as well. We made the best out of vacation even with all the hiccups. We love Jamaica and will definitely return yearly, just not to this resort.

This place sucks. Period. We have been here a couple of days and still haven’t met our concierge. At check in, we were not given a tour to get familiar with the grounds, just given wristbands told “Enjoy”. Food is lackluster at best. Anytime you ask staff for anything, it’s like you’re bothering them as if they spent money to be here. We don’t sit on our patio because our view is an industrial park. Don’t spend thousands of dollars to be uncomfortable. If possible spend a little more and go to Excellence Oyster Bay, top shelf experience. This place is trash. I hate it here. I’ve had Jamaican food in America that would run laps around the food here. Pathetic.
