Loved the pool side bars. Staff was very friendly, Camille was always so friendly and made us great drinks. Marvin was great to work with as well. Very friendly and always willing to help us when we had questions. Khrysanne, such a beautiful soul was also amazing and always responded to us in a timely matter when we had questions. Only improvement I would say is housekeeping could do better and replacing washcloths when they are low and beach towels are almost always out when you are looking for one. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Azul.

We just returned from a week at Azul and had the best time! Our room had a beautiful ocean view from the balcony and we loved to rest out there on the lounger pod. Whether you love the local flavors or are looking for something a bit more common like cheeseburgers, pizza and pasta, there’s always lots to enjoy. If we tried something and didn’t care for it, we tried something else and kept our vacation moving. 7 mile beach is the best beach we’ve found in all our travels and those sunsets bring us back time and time again! What really makes this place though is the staff. KerryAnn and Indera made the best drinks. Marion, Kerriann, Rita and so many others made us feel welcome and cared for at meals times. Cheryl provided one of the best massages I’ve ever had at the spa (this is my second visit to Azul and second massage with her - HIGHLY recommend). Jermaine, our concierge, checked in on us every day and was a wonderful host and guide. This was a return trip for us so we were excited to reconnect with so many amazing people, including the warm smile and kind heart of Roxanne. If you’re hesitant based on others feedback, I encourage you to give this place a try, we have grown to love the people of Jamaica and this resort will give you the feel of the heart of this great place.

We had a great stay at azul Beach Resort. The food was plentiful, the beach was beautiful, and the sunsets were amazing. Overall, the staff worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. Our butler Tamara was exceptional. She was kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. She worked well as part of a team and made our experience memorable. Roxanne was capable in her role; however, we felt she often worked independently and overstepped rather than functioning as part of a team. This affected our experience. We strongly feel that management should address this and provide guidance or additional training on teamwork for Roxanne and coordination, so guests can clearly see a united butler team.

Overall, considering they just had a hurricane three months prior, it was a fantastic experience. The rooms and facilities were setup perfectly for a beachside resort. Overall the staff is amazing. They need to be very careful with the pool side bar staff, they had two with poor attitudes, those kinds of employees can be a cancer. The shining star for me was Hycinth in the breakfast restaurant. She is a wizard with eggs. I have had so many poor over easy eggs in my life...hers were perfection every time, prepared with care and served up with genuine appreciation and grace.

Great location! Great people! Tio was awesome! He spent some great time with my kids chatting and playing volleyball. Ayana and Kaydene at the Mahogany restaurant were amazing. Shout out to Dean, Fantasia, Sparkles and Mr. Beat for their friendliness.
