There is something going on at this hotel. Day 6 and there’s never been a pool/beach towel at the towel hut. At breakfast they run out of plates. At night they run out of wine/bar glasses. The food is mediocre at best. A few highlights, but I think we’ve just lowered our expectations. The staff is doing their best (and everyone we’ve encountered or needed assistance from has been lovely), but it’s sort of a farce (for staff and for guests). Beach is great, our rooms is clean and comfortable. Our shower drains into the bathroom floor (poor design, not maintenance issue). Furniture on balcony is somewhat worn/dirty, but just sit on a towel (if you can find one). Not sure who is taking them up on their vacation club presentations but they aren’t helping themselves at all with all the service hiccups. When “it isn’t horrible” comes to mind more often than “it’s great”, there is a problem.

I love this place! It was my first time in Jamaica, and I couldn’t ask for a better first experience! Tamera and Dwayne were lovely and made this trip memorable and comfortable. Everyone working here is hilarious and welcoming. I definitely recommend this resort to anyone wanting to visit Jamaica. I especially love our bartender Demaine for the awesome drinks and awesome conversation. Jamaica is easily my new favorite place to visit!

This is a beautiful location! The resort is well laid out so there doesn’t seem like any one area of pool or beach is too crowded throughout the day. It is clean, well-maintained and the staff/team are attentive and friendly. Will definitely be coming back again and again.
