Beautiful resort with amazing, friendly service. Special mention to JJ on the beach, Kadian (service with a smile) and Natalie who looked after Big Daddy in the dining lounge. Everyone was friendly and willing to help, too many to mention. Our only small issue was, w the lack of towels, no hand towels in the room all week and had to ask a couple times AND wait for bath towels. Very few beach towels, seems they had a supply or laundry issue all week. Based on them just coming out of a hurricane, we are happy to cut them some slack. Overall, great people, wry good food, nice rooms and gorgeous beach!! This was my second time here, I ould come back again!

I had a great time. I was here to relax more than having fun and that I did. The building I stayed in was very quiet which allows me to get the rest I needed. The food was alright because I am not a foodie. The drinks service was amazing. The bartenders were friendly and professional. The ladies at Mahagony restaurant were very warm and friendly as well.

Couldn’t get towels the first few days. We had to request our fridge to get restocked with beer and water, they didn’t do it daily. Favorite bar tenders were Tina and Safarie. Feel scammed by the “free gift” - Jermaine offered us a free couple massage and $100 hotel dollars, then the massage therapist told us it was buy one get one free massage and they would take off discount when we checked out, spent $100 at gift shop and then when we checked out was charged for massage and said we were supposed to use the $100 against massage charge. Many bars close early, would have wished for an outdoor bar after ten at night , night life left some to be desired. Hotel and beach were beautiful

The staff at the front desk was phenomenal…. The customer service team was A+ especially Shyanne Also, the ones who helped us at every restaurant on the property. They were also phenomenal. The food was not up to par if I’m being honest. Location was perfect. I understand that the island had just FaceTime serious hurricane but to open back the property ask for more money, but then get a dirty room upon arrival simple cleaning, simple wiping on a table simple wiping down the soaps come on the showers that has nothing to do with hurricane. simple cleanliness was not uphill now again I should say this the staff Where at the front desk and everyone who is working at the restaurant on the properties

We had a blast in Azul Negril, the personnel was very accommodating and helpful. We appreciate everyone. Dean helped us bring our stuff to our room. Kevon took extreme good care of us and arranged a romantic dinner on the beach with my gf at night. It was superb! In Mahogany, the ladies took extreme good care of us as well, we appreciate the « safe travel » table arrangement this morning. We will never forget this trip ! Thank you all ❤️🌺
