This is my 2nd time at this resort. Excellent customer service. -Sheryl great butler at the spa. -Sheryl the masseuse gave an excellent massage - very relaxing -Marion provided excellent service every morning at breakfast even remembering my favorite beverages. -Kasia my concierge was absolutely excellent -the lifeguard - absolutely attentive to everyone on the beach. There was a lil hiccup and the staff was very attentive to the problem even providing a room change. Highly recommend if you want a chill, laid back relaxing vacation There will be a review once I checkout

Even though the resort isn’t very busy at the moment, I want to highlight the quality of the service. The staff is always kind and courteous, and my housekeeper is extremely efficient and very attentive. The fridge is well stocked every day, and the room is always clean and welcoming. There aren’t many activities, but I fully understand given the low number of guests. I can see that the staff is making great efforts to entertain us and make our stay enjoyable. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience so far.

The woman who greeted us was the most amazing ever. She upgraded us for celebrating our engagement. Every staff member is incredible. We could not rave about this place more. Perfect adults only area if you want to avoid kids and also perfect for families…maybe we’ll be back with tots!

Our experience at Azul was nothing short of spectacular!!! I have never been to a resort where Everyone is warm and welcoming, even the guests. From Check in to check out was an experience. Our Bellman Calmore, Jahnoi, Namesha, Shaniyah from customer care that were extremely accommodating with a last minute birthday request(which was executed miraculously) Akelia and Marklan who hosted, assisted and served us on the beach.
