We had the absolute pleasure of having the most incredible butler (Davita) during our stay, and the level of service truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, she was attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead of anything we might need. Every detail was handled with such care and professionalism, yet she made it all feel warm and personal at the same time. Whether it was arranging last-minute requests, checking in to make sure we were comfortable, or simply greeting us with a genuine smile each day, she made our entire vacation feel effortless and special. Her dedication, kindness, and pride in what he does did not go unnoticed. Service like this is rare, and she was a huge part of what made our trip so memorable. We’re incredibly grateful and hope to return again because of the experience Davita helped create.

What a fantastic resort. Not overly busy but lively nevertheless. The staff were brilliant. I wish they had a better tip system only because I wanted the back room people to benefit too e.g. the cooks, kitchen staff etc. They deserve it. Chandreka who cleaned our room (I hope I got spelling right), was very friendly and helpful. Such a gorgeous smile as well. Also Mark, who ensured the mini fridge was stocked up, was really friendly and helpful too. I really wish that staff got paid better generally...not just mimimum wage. Thanks to everyone.

An amazing experience with caring and passionate staff. Shantal gave excellent service above and beyond while serving meals. I will miss her the most. Jason was friendly and helpful and caring.JJ was a friendly helpful lifeguard. Jehnoy gave us excellent service at our candlelight dinner. Shequana was friendly and helpful. Shaidian was a joy. Mamma C sold beautiful quality jewelry on the beach and was friendly and filled with joy.

We just returned from a week at Azul and had the best time! Our room had a beautiful ocean view from the balcony and we loved to rest out there on the lounger pod. Whether you love the local flavors or are looking for something a bit more common like cheeseburgers, pizza and pasta, there’s always lots to enjoy. If we tried something and didn’t care for it, we tried something else and kept our vacation moving. 7 mile beach is the best beach we’ve found in all our travels and those sunsets bring us back time and time again! What really makes this place though is the staff. KerryAnn and Indera made the best drinks. Marion, Kerriann, Rita and so many others made us feel welcome and cared for at meals times. Cheryl provided one of the best massages I’ve ever had at the spa (this is my second visit to Azul and second massage with her - HIGHLY recommend). Jermaine, our concierge, checked in on us every day and was a wonderful host and guide. This was a return trip for us so we were excited to reconnect with so many amazing people, including the warm smile and kind heart of Roxanne. If you’re hesitant based on others feedback, I encourage you to give this place a try, we have grown to love the people of Jamaica and this resort will give you the feel of the heart of this great place.

Loved the pool side bars. Staff was very friendly, Camille was always so friendly and made us great drinks. Marvin was great to work with as well. Very friendly and always willing to help us when we had questions. Khrysanne, such a beautiful soul was also amazing and always responded to us in a timely matter when we had questions. Only improvement I would say is housekeeping could do better and replacing washcloths when they are low and beach towels are almost always out when you are looking for one. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Azul.
