The resort is overall nice.. it is looking a little aged, it needs a update for sure . The staff is amazing. Everyone knows your name. Marion in the buffet restaurant was absolutely amazing 😍😍. I could not ask for better service.. We enjoyed Rashane and Sheri if we wanted something they found a way to get it to us.. I would definitely return to the resort just for the staff alone .

We've traveled to numerous five-star resorts throughout the world, but the level of service here was hands-down the best we have ever experienced. ​From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like true VIPs. The difference-maker for our family was our personal butler, Davita. She was an absolute gem—attentive, proactive, and genuinely warm. She anticipated our needs before we even knew them, handling all dinner reservations, ensuring our favorite snacks were stocked in the room, and even planning a surprise birthday decoration that made the celebration unforgettable. Davita made the entire vacation effortless. ​Beyond the impeccable service, the grounds and amenities were spectacular. Everything is meticulously maintained, and there is something for every member of the family to enjoy. Whether we were relaxing by the stunning pool, enjoying the pristine beach, or taking advantage of the dining options, we were constantly impressed. ​I have been to Jamaica several times, but this resort is on another level. Our stay was absolutely unforgettable! The vibe, the views, and the service were all top-notch. Big shoutout to DJ Lando and TT from the entertainment team for keeping the energy high and the fun nonstop — they made every day a blast! We have been to this resort multiple times, the staff is wonderful as always! They are always willing to help with whatever needs you may have. The issues that are really upsetting are the cut of staff, causing many events and resturants to be closed. This resort boasts its many restaurants and we end up in a buffet line.......I'm expecting a certain level of vacation for the money payed. When I walk over to the buffet.. I almost loose a toe due to the decking literally disintegrating. Wich is another issue, I mainly point blame to the hotel not spending money to upkeep the facilities. I say this because the shrubbery, the beach, the grass everything that the workers "can" maintain looks excellent. Large items like the decking, fixing rot areas on the hotel room exteriors. Another issue is fresh fruit is scarce, alcohol items and mixers are limited. On top of all of this I used this vacation to show my mother Jamaica for the fist time. Overall the staff is amazing but the decline of the all of the other things make me rethink where we will spend our next vacation. I wasn't sure on posting this but Shyaine from the resort asked that we would write an honest review.

We had an exceptional stay, my wife and I had a great time onsite , short and sweet trip! The service was exemplary, top notch and this stay was amplified personally by both Jahoya at concierge and Petrina with onsite leadership. No joke, if you need assistance, directions, a warming conversation or just a helpful smile, these two ladies are best in class. Their service levels should be exemplified at the highest levels within Azul and are the primary reason a return visit is in the books for us. Jamaicans are known for their hospitality, services and clout. I experienced all of these in a manner that only should be suited for celebrities. Very grateful for the Azul team, again, spotlighting Jahoya and Petrina!!! Aces..
