Just returned from my best friend's wedding yesterday from this resort! Beautiful beach and rooms were clean. As we were apart of a wedding party of 44 people, we had an assigned butler, Roxanne, who took extremely good care of us. Our drinks were always full, she accommodated the bride and groom in every way possible, towels were always waiting for us on our beach chairs in the morning, she was absolutely phenomenal. HUGE shoutout to Roxanne for making this one of the best weeks of our lives!

“Amazing Views”
Overall a great experience. The staff was polite. The food was good. The room was clean and we'll kept. It was more of a partial ocean view for our room but the view was still good. Definitely would return. The view from the beach was amazing and the beach was very clean. Clean water. Clean Sand. 10/10

Quiet resort great for couple or new family. The entertainment is not good, close to no activity (most of the time cancelled). Good selection of spot on the beach. You need to wake up early though. If you don't get up before 5 a.m. you'll be able to find a spot, but maybe not where you wanted. Its beautiful, a 4 stars vibe. Cleanliness is good.

We stayed in a deluxe swim up room for a week at the end of May. The resort is beautiful but the service and amenities were horrible. It took almost 4 hours to get checked in. We didn't get there until about 3:30pm which was after check in hours and the room still wasn't ready. Most times the only restaurant that was open was the main buffet on the far end of the resort. The food was horrible and most trays were empty when we would go up to fill a plate. It didn't matter if we came at the beginning, middle or end of the available time. The gourmet restaurant food was OK but the service was slow and we never got the drinks we ordered. We had a swim up room and used our towels frequently. We request fresh towels three times and it took 2.5 days to get them. When the room was cleaned they would take the towels from the floor and rehang them (one towel was rehung with blood on it - minor scrape from shaving). Our mini fridge was never refilled and we had to complain several times to get extra bottles of water and coke. The limited access to open restaurants is unacceptable when going to an all inclusive resort. I would NEVER stay here again and strongly recommend you look at another resort in Negril.

This resort was pretty chill with adult life. Beautiful water and great hosts. Bones was awesome! He appeared to cater to all and was helpful with any questions of the island, excursions and he was just a whole vibe. He made the island fun and lively. He’s also a contortionist!!
