Best service we have had at the many resorts we have stayed at. Concierge was awesome. Our butler, Roxanne genuinely tried and did everything for us. The kids club was amazing - the 2 women there were absolutely awesome as they loved our 3 kiddos. The sunsets were breathtaking. The staff remembered our kids names at restaurants. We went back in November 2022. Currently staying at the Atlantis in the Bahamas and talking to my wife about the vast difference in service provided. We will definitely be coming back to this resort soon!

Not a 4 or 5 star resort - very mixed bag. Room was spacious which is great for a family of 4. Beach is nice. Well kept grounds. Spa experience was phenomenal. Food is merely okay unless you can get into the restaurants which were all booked up for the whole week. We could only get one reservation. Towels are hard to come by which is the easiest possible problem to fix. Water randomly shuts off in room throughout week. Ants in room. Frequent interruptions by staff asking, practically pleading, to have breakfast with them for their timeshare pitch. Service is very hit or miss depending on staff person. Some people were super friendly, others were incredibly annoyed.

Excellent place to visit - we will be back later this year for sure! To add extra to our trip, Passion was a tremendous bonus to our vacation. From all her workshops, fitness classes and personal guidance to the resort and local excursion suggestion she made our stay above level. She is a sweet soul with a huge personality. Very important addition to your resort.

A great location but not a 5 star. Rooms were adequate but in need of a make over. The location is fantastic. Three standout staff Correy, Saleesha and Damian. They are a great asset to the Resort. Sadly the food lets it down. Its not bad but it's just not authentic Jamaica food. Even in the Jamaican restaurant the food was the same as elsewhere. The restaurant booking just doesn't work. We couldn't book 2 out of 3 restaurants in our weeks stay. The restaurants were not full to look at just not available to book. The spa was not able to be used unless you paid for a treatment. The prices are in in US dollars and are really expensive compared to the UK. All in all a great place, let down by poor food. The drinks were food and plentiful. One more thing, we booked Adults only but the adult only areas were not controlled and kids were in the bars and in all the adult areas. Waste of money bookings Adults.

This is definitely not a 5 star resort like they claim to be first room we were put in had black mold growing on the lamp shade and smelt
Like moldy mildew we asked to be moved and they said we could pay to upgrade or stay in the mold room i refused to pay and hours later they finally moved us . Food is sub par and that’s if they even had it most of the time they were out of chicken or burgers and springs rolls lasagna list could go on and on . Bartender at our pool didn’t have anyone to help re stock or get ice or collect cups most days I’d say he had maybe 30 cups he was chasing down so he was gone quite a bit throughout the day . We did enjoy having a swim out pool with a swim up bar also enjoyed the beautiful beach and getting to walk up and down and enjoy some local shops and food but I would not go back to this resort . It needs some major work ! The main pool is soo small and the pump wasn’t even working the whole 7 days we were there it was green and couldn’t even see the bottom . Entertainment is minimal and when there was is wasn’t anything to exciting
