We had an incredible experience at the Grand Palladium buffet restaurant thanks to our server, Amanda. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. She was attentive without ever being intrusive, checking in at the perfect moments and making sure we always had everything we needed. Amanda’s professionalism, kindness, and upbeat energy really stood out. She remembered our preferences, offered great suggestions, and made the whole meal feel special. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it truly elevated our dining experience. If you’re visiting the buffet, definitely hope you get Amanda — she’s exceptional!

I have a great time at this resort. My fiance and I visited for vacation, and everything was exceptional. Especially Craig Merchant he was such a joy and very welcome. He was very helpful, and made our overall stay and experience a 10/10. I would definitely recommend this resort if visiting Jamaica. Just ask for Craig while your there to make the experience even more memorable.

From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this restaurant operates under truly exceptional leadership by Symoy and Kara. The food was nothing short of phenomenal – and the dish was beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. The menu reflects a thoughtful balance of creativity, reflecting a very good dining experience. What stood out just as much as the cuisine was the seamless service. The staff were courteous, professional, and attentive. There was a sense of calm confidence in how the team operated – a reflection of strong, attentive collaboration. My husband and I have been at the resort for the past two days! And this server Annakaye from the Mobay restaurant has outdone her self. All servers were great but Annakay was outstanding. Having a wonderful time at the Grand Palladium. From Mo Bay the ride to the resort was great you will be greated with the Jamaican love I am so used to. Pools are open and when more people come there will be more food options. They don't lack anything except tourist. Once they come all restaurants will be opened once again. Right now they rotate restaurants each day. The Mo Bay buffet is open daily along with the Sports bar. You won't starve and won't die of thirst. My fridge is restocked daily. I took a Sprite out and the next day it was replaced. I am so happy to be spending my birthday here. Its the only place for me to be.
