super good service. What truly made the experience memorable was the waitress who served us and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment we were seated, her positive attitude and professionalism stood out and set the tone for the entire meal. The waitress greeted us with a warm smile and spoke politely, making us feel welcome right away. She took the time to explain the menu and gave helpful recommendations, especially for anyone who was unsure what to order. Her knowledge of the dishes showed that she cared about her job and wanted customers to enjoy their meals. She also made sure to check if we had any questions before taking our order. Throughout the meal, the waitress consistently checked on us without being disruptive. She refilled drinks on time, cleared empty plates, and made sure everything tasted good. When a small issue came up, she handled it quickly and calmly, showing responsibility and attention to detail. Overall, the waitress’s super good service greatly improved our visit to the Jamaican restaurant. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa. The resort itself is beautiful, relaxing, and truly all-inclusive in the best way. The grounds are stunning, the pools are clean and spacious, and there’s always something to do — or the perfect quiet space if you just want to unwind. One of the highlights of our trip was dinner at Portofino, the Italian restaurant on the property. The food was incredible — flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Everything from the pasta to the desserts felt thoughtfully prepared and high quality. It honestly felt like dining at a specialty restaurant, not just a resort add-on. We especially want to shout out Lafaine, who completely saved our evening. There was an issue with our reservation that could have easily turned into a stressful situation, but Lafaine handled it with such professionalism, warmth, and grace. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure we were taken care of. Because of him, what could have been frustrating turned into one of our favorite nights of the trip. Customer service like that makes all the difference. We left feeling valued and cared for — and we’ll absolutely be back.

One highlight was breakfast at Mobay — the buffet-style spread was delicious, fresh, and had plenty of variety to start the day right. Our server, Felicia, truly elevated the experience. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed every morning. Her friendly energy and excellent service stood out and made breakfast even more enjoyable. Today we ate at Sumptuori. The food was amazing. I had the vegetable spring rolls, the hot roll, miso soup and the fried shrimp entree. It was all tasted amazing! Our waitress was Frayia. She was so nice and an amazing waitress. She made sure we liked our food and we had enough to drink and eat. I 100% recommend this restaurant! It will not disappoint!!
