Had our wedding here, that experience was great. The food at the buffets and restaurants is average to below average. You have to walk quite a bit back and forth from your room unless you’re willing to wait 15-20 minutes for a shuttle. The service at the bars and restaurants is OK for the most part. Every so often you’ll come across a bartender that doesn’t feel like serving you for no good reason at all. The property is immaculate. Very well maintained and clean, beautiful. The common area bathrooms were always clean. Our room was cleaned well every time we requested it. Beautiful beaches. We brought 41 people to this resort for our wedding and we weren’t really gifted anything substantial nor was our room upgraded. However, we did really enjoy ourselves and glad we chose the resort. I could write much more about my experience here, good and bad. But that’s the short of it. Not bad, not fantastic either.

The food was excellent. The Mobay Buffet Dinner was amazing and Renee gave us excellent service. I have to say that the food was top class. We got chicken cordon blue, salmon, tuna steak and shrimp. They didn’t skimp. And the room was huge with a lovely jacuzzi. I highly recommend it.

Currently staying here and it’s been wonderful so far. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean, the grounds are maintained spectacularly well and the food has been a highlight for our family, including a fussy 3 year old. The service in the buffet is friendly with many staff members engaging with our daughter and making her feel at home. Amanda in particular was wonderfully helpful. Will definitely come back in the future.

Only vacation I’ve ever been on and it couldn’t have been better rooms were nice and had great ac, cool shower with the big square head from the ceiling, constantly stocked mini fridge, awesome room cleaner (don’t remember her first name but last name was Dickson) everyone was so nice, never ran into a single person who was rude or anything. Beaches are super nice and there’s a couple to choose from, you can buy coconuts in the morning, there’s a million resort cats you can sometimes pet, and there’s so much good food to gain 20 lbs with 💀

This has been one of the best vacations I have taken. The Grand Palladium has a very warm atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help you. They make you feel very welcomed. The food was very good with a lot of variety. I loved that they had several pools where adults could go for a late night swim. The Lady Hamilton is huge and very beautiful resort. I loved my stay here and I cant wait to come back
