I really enjoyed my recent stay. I experienced mainly positives and a few notable negatives. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Positives: The hotel boasts plenty of sun loungers. The pool bar is fairly priced. The food quality at the hotel's poolside bar is impressive. The location of the hotel is great, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. The staff are very friendly and attentive, with someone available to assist guests 24/7. The rooms are modern, featuring plenty of storage and a fridge, which is convenient. Moreover, the hotel offers great facilities for late check-outs, making it easier for guests with late flights or travel plans. Negatives: Unfortunately, there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, which would have been a welcome addition. The hotel's location on a hill might be challenging for those with mobility issues. During my stay, I noticed some ants in the room, which was not a major concern but still notable. this, I believe is a big concern as it happened on 2 separate occasions during our stay. Despite displaying the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, the cleaning staff still entered our room This invasion of privacy is highly problematic, especially considering previous reviews that mention theft by cleaning staff. Such actions not only violate guests' privacy but also compromise the sense of security that guests expect when staying at a hotel. I believe it is crucial for hotel management to address and resolve this issue as a matter of urgency. Ensuring that staff strictly adhere to the "Do Not Disturb" signs and reinforcing the importance of respecting guests' privacy. In conclusion, the hotel offers a pleasant stay with many amenities and a friendly atmosphere. However, addressing the issues mentioned would enhance the overall guest experience.

The hotel itself was nice rooms clean and nice pool. However I’m disgusted with how rude the staff were towards us when we showed them nothing but respect and will not be returning for this reason. Very disappointed with how we were spoken to and treated especially by staff member Armourella who was very nasty to us for no reason which ruined our stay. As well as, in the room there is hanging metal lights very low down which we kept on constantly hitting our heads on. Very Bad design! Very let down will not be returning ever. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Very disappointed with they way the staff was . Don't leave anything in room as the cleaners like to take things without asking, also had the cheek to leave a note saying they have taken an item and left something in its place. This was reported staff didn't care ,so they came back and stole more items from the room. Reported this also . I emailed them and they ignored me . Reported again when leaving they wasn't interested at all. Even gave them the cleaners cloth with the cleaners name on that she left behind and still wasn't interested. Room was full of ants they did sort that out . Very disappointing knowing you can't leave your things in the room as cleaners are taking them . They stole full expensive tan lotion ,bottle of perfume and €80 .my daughter shouldn't of left money out . I'm writing a review on behalf of my daughter as I'm so annoyed

Do not stay here. Unless you’re looking for a room to purely sleep. There is no kettle, water or shampoo in the room. Although the beds are comfortable and spacious, the walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbour flushing the toilet. The cleaners are extremely loud from 7am onwards. We asked for water at about 2am and the hotel said they ‘don’t have any’. Despite an electrician coming to look at the TV, it does not work and didn’t work in the other two rooms my family was staying in. The wifi also doesn’t work and disconnects you within 5 minutes.

Haveing stayed here for the week it was the worst experience of my life the manager demanded money and was saying I went across to next door to balcony find me a 100 or getting the police I didn’t do that he was makeing this up the next day we got back to the room to find fessis in the bed as soon as we walked thru the room the door knocked and he told me I pay 200 or we getting kicked out of hotel so I paid he knew it was him who did it worst experience of my life please don’t go there it’s like a prison day three he said we made a mess in the room charged 100 again we went out on the night came back to find a dog in room we had a few drinks he knocked on door within 5 mins and said he wanted 200 for takeing his dog you carnt make it up day 4 we booked flights home and ended holiday early don’t fancy going abroad again it was scary please don’t go here if your young 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
