We family of 4 checked in on 20 th april 2025. Room no 2102 was allocated. Considering it's a 4 star hotel, room was substandard. We booked a self catering apartment, a very small kitchenette with not enough equipments. A knife which you cant cut anything. You can't survive happily 7 days on such a facility if you consider self catering. Poor Welcoming to room as there was not even a tea bag, small milk sachets or any thing for a family who travel that far. Thats would have shown atleast they care the guests. No ironing option, no washing option. The toaster is a cheap quality one. The kettle also substandard and will take ever to boil water and your hands will be scalded as handle also get boiled. Very cheap set up for a 4 star hotel. 3 pool are there good standard size. Size of bed is very good as emperor. Gym is there but equipments are out of order..not sure for how long. The hotel didn't meet our expectations at all... we have been to gran Canaria, and malaga in past on 3 star facility apartments. The quality was very satisfying. May be mallorca is different..will never consider this again...

I chose this hotel mainly for its access to the spa and indoor pool, especially given the unpredictable weather in April. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a poor choice. The hammam and sauna are out of order, and even though you're supposed to request heating at the front desk before use, nothing happens despite several follow-ups — and no explanation is given. I'm extremely disappointed. The indoor pool is tiny and dirty, the showers, water jets, and whirlpool are not working, and the jacuzzi is completely empty. The other services are fine, but nothing beyond what any decent 4-star hotel would offer. Such a shame!

The hotel has already seen its best days but it makes up for it with very good food and good service. A big plus is that the beach restaurant is of a high standard. The dishes are served from the menu. The hotel is very family-friendly. There are many attractions. I highly recommend it for a family vacation with children.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel at the end of June/beginning of July. We had an amazing first two nights but unfortunately my partner took a nasty fall which ended in him being in hospital for most of our holiday. The staff were amazing! I was going back and forth between the hotel and hospital for 5 days and they always asked how things were going and constantly checking in. The reception team were so great and I couldn’t thank them enough. We ended up having to stay an extra night due to the insurance. And the staff accommodated us perfectly. They were kind enough to let us stay in the room we were already in. I really hope I can come back next year for a redo on our holiday and enjoy the hotel even more ❤️ thank you so much honestly!!!

I recommend this beautiful place. The pools are great, the hotel buildings are so nice. The food is absolutely the best, a lot of different things to choose every day. The people working there are so polite and nice. Together with my family we would like to thank Kasia (the Manager of the restaurant)- she is great and we really appreciate the fact that she let us come into the restaurant in the evening, after we arrived late, due to the flight delay and she let us eat the dinner. We wish you all the best!
