What an incredible experience! The hotel itself was beautiful, with great service and everything you could need, but the real highlight was the entertainment. Nuno is simply fantastic – full of energy, fun, and always making sure everyone has a great time. He made every show and activity so enjoyable and really brought something special to the holiday. I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would recommend it to anyone looking not just for relaxation, but also unforgettable entertainment. Can’t wait to return!

We’re very disappointed with this hotel, don’t think I’ll be back here again. Even though they always respond to the lower rating reviews saying that they’re going to improve in the points mentioned I don’t think they treat the customer seriously as they still having the same issues. I had a promise of a sea view room by on the beach, arriving at the hotel I was assigned to a completely different room with a neighbouring view instead, after complaining about this issue one of the staff said that they couldn’t do anything about it. It is ridiculous to say this hotel is 4 stars it should be classified correctly as 2 stars as the infrastructure doesn’t reflect on it’s 4 stars rating, room very small, telephone not working, air conditioning very week I felt that I was in a hospice. Other point I want to mention is the awful buffet, they do the same food every day with raw meat I feel bad for those who buys the all inclusive to be eating warmed food from day before every day, even though the staff is friendly the food is blend you can’t fell any flavour on it. Although the owners doesn’t really care about their customers they just want to treat us as “another one”, the staff do their best but without the support from the owners they can’t do much, fell sorry for them. The hotel infrastructure and the food itself are awful but they have nice staff members such as Joan from the bar and Thiago at the reception to make the public to fell welcome a big shout for them. EDIT: if you get half board you’re not allowed to have any drinks apart of water in the dinner. Not iron in the room. Flush not working properly. Main shower not working. Not shampoo or conditioner from hotel.

Definitely not a 4* the air conditioning in our room kept us awake all night due to the loud noise it made, we couldn't keep the door open as there is no privacy screen on the balcony separating the adjoining room who could look straight into our room. They definitely do not cater for the English as there was 1 channel in English on the TV. They cater more for the Germans and the Spanish. The same people would put their towels on the sunbeds and not giving anyone else the chance to use them. We Would not stay here again. The area and the beach is very nice but we will stay at a different hotel.

Absolutely beautiful and super clean hotel. All staff were really friendly. Food was average for an all inclusive buffet. Only negative would be communication on what you get will all inclusive. Another guest told us we could hire beach towel which would have been handy to know at the start of the holiday. No tea and coffee facilities in the rooms but you do get a fridge. A few cocktails on the all inclusive menu too which was nice. Overall a great hotel and location.

Hello! We would like to tell you about our stay with you! First of all, we want to thank the kind staff who were a 10, especially Mrs. Arlen at the reception who always had a smile on her face for us! The cleanliness was acceptable, although it could have been better (especially in the bathroom) And now we come to the food part! (which is why I gave it a 7) The food was tasteless, almost the same assortment of food every day! Not to mention the cakes because we didn't have anything to eat from the buffet.. Also, the cockroaches in the dining room that were walking on the walls and floor, kind of blocked our appetite! I'm sorry to say it, but that's the truth! Another dissatisfaction we had was the disappointment of not having everything included as we knew we had booked.. Many of the drinks, or ice cream, had to be paid extra..which didn't seem normal for all inclusive (it's not the first time we've been to an all inclusive, so we kind of know what should be included and what not) I'm sorry I didn't have more words of praise for the hotel.. But again I repeat myself, a 10 for all the staff at the hotel! We wish you all the best!
