While the location was fabulous. The accommodation and service was below the expected standard for a 4 star hotel (I say this because you pay the price and expect it to align of course). The food quality wasn’t good at all. Staff were friendly but it doesn’t make up for all things that weren’t working. Our room had a few faulty bits. We raised it and it wasn’t fixed. Cleaning was not very good. We wouldn’t return to this hotel. But we will return to the area.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly. Room was fairly basic. Food warm but not hot. Clearing tables in the restaurant not as quick as we have experienced elsewhere. Would say this was closer to 3 star rather than the reported 4 star.

This was my first time travelling abroad. Myself & partner couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless and cleaned on a daily basis. We’ve already booked to go back next year. Would definitely recommend 100%
