We had a great experience in the hotel. We spent 5 day in half-board basis and it was so relaxing. The cocktail bar and evening music were amazing. The pool is so clean and it is big enough to activate some muscles. One of most admired things is the huge so tasty buffet they offer and you can’t miss the sea food verities there.
Compared to the hotel vibe, the room is not up-to the standard and it feels little old. Specially the pillow is so short and metres is moving. But it wasn’t a huge problem for us as we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room and when we were arriving the room, we were already tired and sleepy.

The rooms were lovely and spacious and were cleaned very often. Massive stress on how amazing the animation team are! Our holiday would have never been as good as it was without them they were very polite and always made us get up and have the most fun, I will always remember them. We have made friends for life and I am sad to leave. The location of the hotel is a very pretty landscape area however the distance from everything and anything else is quite far so if you plan to stay here know that you will be traveling for everything. Overall very impressed.

I bought a day pass and spend one day in the hotel, it was amazing experience. All staff was helpful especially Yolanda, food was amazing, aquafitness with 3 entertainers really nice. I can’t say much about rooms but hotel facilities were great! Highly recommend

The reason for the low star rating is because of the food. Every single meal was horrible, and both my husband and I became very ill. You advertise for English guests yet do not cater for them. You cater for Germany and french, there's almost nothing for Spanish people either. Waiting 20 minutes for an undercooked fried egg is beyond ridiculous. The evening salad bar never changed, every single day was exactly the same. For the last 2 days we actually went for breakfast we didn't actually eat anything because there wasn't any bacon and only spiced sausages. We walked out and had to go somewhere else for our breakfast and evening meal for 6 days and nights.
All staff were fantastic (especially Mustafa on night reception) The rooms were clean and quite spacious. The location of the hotel was wonderful. The nighttime thump, thump German music/entertainment was to much.
This and the food ruined our holiday and cost us extra for meals we'd already paid for.
Yes, we would come back to the hotel but room only and we would request a room away from the stage.

The hotel is very close to a bus stop with links to palma and other places in the area. Rooms were bigger than anticipated and were clean. Seated service for drinks could at times be slow. However, they were very helpful and friendly. A variety of food options on the buffet, which were all very nice, could benefit from being labelled a little more clearly. The pool was shallow and quiet, which would be perfect for children.
