This stay has been nice. The hotel is pretty well located even if it takes a little while to go to Palma and other locations. But luckily the bus stop is close by! The staff members are very nice and professionals and I’d like to give a special thanks to Paola from the reception and the chefs! I also want to congratulate one of them (I forgot his name I’m very sorry) who could speak French English Spanish etc and always had a big smile on his face, and has been welcoming every guests with passion and kindness! You deserve the best ! The hotel itself is pretty basic, the rooms and balconies are all the same so if you’re looking for a very unique and charming room where no one can see you sunbathe it might not be the best option but it’s ok overall! The buffet has some options but some choices are missing like fruits, drinks for breakfast or veggies! Overall our stay has been pretty good!

Location is a little bit out of the way(bus is about 4euros ish to Palma and is roughly every half hour. The airport is only 30 minutes away and by taxi is about 27 euros. We wanted a more authentic view of mallorca, less Anglicised and more Spanish people, local amenities are supermarket(mercadona) literally 5 minute walk up the road. The other way is a little shop, a chemist and a few places to eat if you don't fancy the buffet inside. A great local park nearby for kids and plenty of dog walking. The beach is only 15 minute walk but you have to walk the right way as straight there leads to a dead end and a long detour.

We spent 4 days there with all inclusive service. We really enjoyed it, it was a pleasant experience. The room was big and clean, with quite a big balcony with a view to an inner yard with palm and pine trees everywhere. the staff was very nice and helpful, they prepared nice cocktails for us in the evenings. The restaurant's menu changed thematically every day, the food was fresh and of excellent quality. The poolside was spacey, with enough sunbeds for the guests. It was exactly the experience we wanted for these few days. We came home well rested and relaxed and are already planning a trip to the same place next summer. :)

It’s conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport. We only stayed for 1 night as we were passing through to our final destination. The hotel is tidy although some parts, such as hallways, are in need of a revamp. Breakfast was satisfactory although it’s a lot of the same options. The room was more than suitable for a family of 4 to share and the storage hallway inside the room and the balcony were an added bonus. The room was tidy and fairly clean but could do with a bit of refreshing. No immediate attractions nearby but a large supermarket and some restaurants within walking distance.

We had a great experience in the hotel. We spent 5 day in half-board basis and it was so relaxing. The cocktail bar and evening music were amazing. The pool is so clean and it is big enough to activate some muscles. One of most admired things is the huge so tasty buffet they offer and you can’t miss the sea food verities there. Compared to the hotel vibe, the room is not up-to the standard and it feels little old. Specially the pillow is so short and metres is moving. But it wasn’t a huge problem for us as we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room and when we were arriving the room, we were already tired and sleepy.
