My experience was very bad. I spent lots of money to bring my kids to this resort.The resort is not that pretty. The staff is not as nice as they are supposed to be. Sugar Cane, the buffet, does not have a lot of food. I was very disappointed.The restaurants seemed super pretty in pictures and they are not. The are other family resorts which are not as expensive and offer better customer service. I hope this review helps other parents who may want to visit this resort and have higher expectations. I was trying to bring my daughter to this resort for many years until I was finally able to do it. This resort is very pricey for what they offer. This is not a luxury kid friendly resort. They do not make a good job for the kids.

Gladys at Sugarcane took special care of us at every meal. Ramon at Aqua Nick and the beach was a pleasure to see every day.

Great family-friendly resort. Awesome for little kids. They make everything super easy.
Club Nick is awesome
. My kids (4 and 7) loved it. We were able to drop them off for a couple of hours a few times and they had a blast.
Staff is amazing - Our concierge Josmy was lovely and super helpful. Josue stopped by our Cabana at Aqua Nick and made sure we were aware of all the activities that were happening that day.

First time here and read many reviews. The water park is the main attraction which is amazing for my kids Deborah helped me with the character times for my little ones. The rooms were probably very nice years back but now there are some wear and tears. The closets and walls and the caulking in the shower. I was in building 7 it was a perfect spot close to the town Centre and beach and pretty close to walk to the water park. Some mornings we didn’t have water pressure but once we called they would fix it. We called to get a step stool for the kids. The little bed was perfect for the kids. The food was alright first come first serve to the restaurants if you ate around 5 you didn’t need to wait. The food was alright you can always find something to eat. The arcade is fun for the kids a lot of games. The employees are super nice however some didn’t know English it was hard to ask if some items had peanuts.

Went on a trip with my 3 and a half year old daughter. We enjoyed every moment here. She enjoys it so much. Everyone is very welcoming. Would recommend for sure. Try the Brgrsph, the burgers restaurant, food and service are great!
