Overall we enjoyed our stay. For the perseption, you have to separate between adult and kids. For adults the hotel is ok. The food is good and the service good. We wished some activities like driving little cars would have been included - but ok There is nothing really bad or excellent about the place. However, for kids (especially 3.5 - 4 and older) the place is awesome. Meeting all their heroes, plenty of activities and the pool area is pure joy. That's the purpose of the hotel and they meet that expectation.

A phenomenal stay at the Nickelodeon Punta Cana! My kids (8 and 6) , my husband and myself all thoroughly enjoyed the food, activities, water park and ambiance. Our room was clean and in excellent condition - the swim up room was great! A special shout-out to Luis at the Jazmin swim up bar for fantastic service and charisma. He was wonderful with the kids and a memorable part of our trip.

Such a wonderful place! Luis was amazing at the swim up bar by the beach. He remembered our drinks everyday and made them perfectly! There’s lots to do at the resort. Everyone was nice and the food was delicious. Highly recommend! They made my god daughter’s 13th birthday special and she will remember it forever.

My week here was so short! I loved staying at this resort. The staff are very kind and helpful. Very easy to talk to anyone here. The rooms are big and spacious, perfect for a family. This resort has everything anyone is looking for. There is an activity for everyone. The entertainment staff were especially the best. The best of all of them was Junior. He was always kind and making sure I was enjoying my stay.

The weather was perfect, the food and drinks were delicious, and every staff member I encountered was kind and welcoming. A special shoutout to Rogelio, the bartender—he is truly amazing! Not only does he craft fantastic drinks, but he has such a kind soul and a great personality. His customer service is outstanding; you can tell he genuinely cares about every guest and truly enjoys what he does.
