So let me start out by letting you know -FOOD POISONING IS VERY COMMON HERE. As someone actively at the resort writing this review, I want everyone to know that the hotel was not accommodating at all. When asked for chicken broth , crackers and Gingerale we were told they don’t have it. It’s currently 9:13 am and I’m told to wait to MAYBE 10:30/11 when some kind of soup is available. THE COMMON SENSE THING IS DO NOT DRINK THE WATER. But this is food related. The food is not properly cleaned/prepared or handled between being served. Most of our food was under cooked/ raw. Other guests have decided to check out and file complaints. Other thing to note; tomorrow is a common reply when it comes to everything that does not work. I’m beyond disappointed with what I expected to be a great time with my kids. Instead I’m wondering if there’s enough toilet paper for myself and kids. On top of being sad about not having a portable toilet to enjoy the remainder of the trip OUTSIDE of the resort.
UPDATE: i have convinced a manager to get us chicken broth. He said 20 min. That was at 9:20. It arrived at 9:44.

I recently stayed here with family and friends for vacation. We really enjoyed ourselves! The atmosphere is relaxing. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a bit of a language barrier, so try to brush up on your Spanish. The food is tasty. The landscaping is attractive. The star of the resort, though, is the water park. Amazing! It's fun and vibrant with something for everyone!

Leonardo is amazing he was so hospitable and helped us with what ever we need. He definitely made our experience one to remember. Anthony at concierge also provided exemplary service he set us up with all our reservations and a dinner with a Ninja Turtle for my son’s birthday. A few things in the room needed to be serviced and maintained better but the hospitality made up for all of this. Love the workers I will be back!!

Our stay at the Nickelodeon Hotel in Punta Cana was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful facilities and warm welcome from the staff.
Traveling with three kids can be challenging, but the hotel's all-inclusive offerings made it an effortless and enjoyable experience for the entire family.
The range of activities for kids is truly remarkable. Our children were entertained from morning to night with the engaging and well-organized programs. The themed activities and character interactions were a highlight, making each day an adventure they will never forget.
The service at the hotel was exceptional. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.
A special shoutout to Ms. Maria, the manager, whose kindness and professionalism made a significant difference. She was always available to assist us with a smile, and her attention to detail truly enhanced our experience.
And a special thanks to Ms. Olga from housekeeping.
We cannot wait to return to this amazing hotel. It provided us with wonderful memories and a relaxing, fun-filled vacation. Highly recommended for families looking for a perfect getaway!

Just returned from a wonderful family vacation at Nickelodeon Punta Cana. Very clean resort, the staff was very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your vacation. We had an issue on the first night with our room, building had no elevator and was a long walk. Spoke to the front desk and they changed our room with no issue.
Water park is well maintained lots of fun and a great way to beat the heat.
Entertainment team is very creative in planning events and fun for the kids.
Food was good for the most part, they had a Dominican food night/bbq, that meal was our favorite.
Severs at the restaurants were great, Luis in the Italian restaurant did a great job!! Treated our son great!!
Would highly recommend this resort for a family trip, more catered to younger children.
