A very cozy and calm place with a nice and beautiful beach ⛱️ to enjoy. With my experience with Club Med, I would prefer Club Med since you have different interesting activities during the day, but if you are looking for a place to spend time with kids this one is very good. It's a bit far from the airport so if you are with kids, it's worth renting a private van. The gym is decent but like other resorts in Punta Cana, it is not a brand new hotel. For the price you pay, you might have better options! There is no adults only pool in this resort.

We had an amazing trip, made even better by the friendly and incredibly helpful staff throughout the resort. Several team members truly went above and beyond and made our stay unforgettable. - Joel at the buffet grill went out of his way to make sure I had an enjoyable and delicious meal. - Ramona, our server at Aqua Nick, was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. - Zeleika (hope I’m spelling that right!), the main pool server, kept the drinks flowing nonstop — always with a smile. - Rosanna at the sweetery made sure we never ran out of treats and kept our sugar levels happily topped up. Lastly, a very special thank you to the person who made my stay the most memorable — Francisco, the chef at Fresco. I ran into him daily during my morning walks, always smiling as early as 7:30 a.m. while making sure everything was perfectly prepped for the lunch rush. The shrimp ceviche is an absolute must-try, and he made sure my family and I were always well taken care of. This resort truly shines because of its people. Thank you all for an unforgettable experience!

This was a very disappointing stay overall. The biggest issue by far was the food. It was consistently bad and almost always cold. This happened at every single meal: breakfast, lunch, snacks, bar food (including burgers), and dinner. No matter where or when we ate, the food was cold and poorly prepared. The only decent meal we had was at the Italian restaurant, but even that experience was frustrating because we were given incorrect information on how to make the reservation, which caused unnecessary confusion. Another major issue was the service. The staff was not friendly, which was surprising considering how warm and welcoming people usually are in the Dominican Republic. Even after tipping, service did not improve. Orders were constantly late, incorrect, or never arrived at all. Many times we ordered items that simply never showed up. At the buffet and self-serve areas, basic items were always missing. There were no plates, no forks, no cups, and no mugs for coffee. This happened repeatedly and made every meal frustrating. Our room also had problems. The air conditioning barely worked, the fridge did not cool properly, and housekeeping was unreliable. Our room had not been cleaned by 4 p.m., and we had to call to request service. Even then, it was not handled promptly. The only positive things about this resort were the ice cream shop, which was nice, and the water park area, which the kids enjoyed. Unfortunately, those positives do not make up for the poor food quality and lack of service. For a resort at this price point and with the Nickelodeon name, the experience was far below expectations. We would not return or recommend this hotel.

Beautiful Resort, but Serious Service and Food Problems This resort looks beautiful, but the service and food quality were extremely disappointing and far below expectations. The most concerning issue was staff pressuring guests to leave reviews and physically grabbing my phone to take selfies and edit my review without permission. This happened with Alexis at the infinity pool and Rudevania at Nick Place. This was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Food quality was the worst I’ve experienced at any resort. The buffet and Wok Wok were terrible, and nothing tasted fresh. Paid experiences like the $200 character breakfast and $150 Ninja Turtles pizza were also overpriced and not worth it. Service was inconsistent. Check-in and check-out were very slow, and some staff appeared disengaged and unhappy. Concierge made reservation errors and failed to follow through on a birthday decoration request. The room was spacious but had a dead roach, and the shower did not drain properly. I want to recognize a few excellent employees who stood out positively: Alexandra at the Nick Store, Ramon and Franklin at Verdello, Jean at Aqua Nick, Eduardo the golf cart driver, Hector in the lobby, and Fernando from concierge. They provided the level of service expected at a resort like this. This resort has great facilities and potential, but management needs to urgently improve staff professionalism, food quality, and overall guest experience. Until then, it does not meet the standards of a luxury family resort.

I came to this resort to celebrate my daughter’s 2nd birthday and I must say I absolutely loved it. It has so many activities to do for kids.. from the waterpark, kids club, theaters, spas for you and your little one, character pajama breakfast & more. Thank you Junior for being a great host!
