5 stars — Amazing family vacation! We had an excellent time at Nickelodeon Punta Cana! The kids absolutely loved it — they couldn’t get enough of the lazy river, water slides, and meeting the characters. A special shout-out to Isabella at the beach — she was fantastic with the kids and made the experience even more fun with great events. She told us she hopes to visit Washington DC — we’d love to welcome her there! Highly recommend this resort for families. We’ll definitely be back!

Family of 3 (2 adults and a 10 year old) stayed for 7 nights and it was amazing. The food was delicious, the accommodation was fit for purpose, housekeeping was on point, minibar was refilled every day. All the staff around the resort were always cheerful and helpful specially our personal concierge (Rafael) was absolutely fantastic, always looked after us from the first day we arrived until the moment we checked out. No task as to small for him. Overall had an amazing time whilst at the resort. Looking forward to coming back again.

We loved the experience! We got the Nest Swim Up. The room had a pool and I got lucky enough to see the sea from my room. Although, my room is not Ocean View, the view is awesome! Restaurants are great! And the pool areas, specially the water park are the best to have fun all week long. In overall, I’m very happy for the amenities and great service! Johan

This is my first full day at the Nickelodeon resort and I can honestly say I am having a great time as a 33 year old woman. Luis the bartender at the swim up bar is such a vibe and makes the most amazing drinks !!! I am very happy to have met him. The staff and the food has not disappointed thus far

Positives - Aqua Nick Water Area – Enjoyable and well-maintained. Good size and shallow, perfect for kids. - Character Breakfast – A fun experience (though charged separately) with different characters - Decent Dining Options– A reasonable number of restaurants. - Staff Helpfulness – Exceptional service, especially from chefs who accommodated our dietary needs well. - Resort Cleanliness – Maintained well in most areas. - Room Quality & Amenities – rooms were spacious, balcony was nice. Provided bottle sterilizer and warmer. Negatives - Additional Charges – Fees for things like character breakfast (almost $90/pp) , cotton candies, in-house video games, etc., feel excessive considering the high all-inclusive price. - Limited Vegetarian Options – not enough choices, although chefs will work with you on your dietary needs. - Limited Fruits – Not enough variety, especially for a tropical destination. - Closed Areas – Some resort sections were unavailable with no clear explanation or reopening timeline. - Dessert Variety– Could benefit from more options, like chocolate bars. - Some Night Show Performances – Certain dancers wore revealing outfits, which seemed out of place for a kids' place. Overall Impression The resort has enjoyable elements, particularly its water park and helpful staff. However, hidden costs, limited food options, and closed areas impact the experience. Overall resort experience does not strongly justify high prices.
