Orlando provided top notch service at the beach and the pool! He was so kind to our children. Always bringing them some kinda cool drink or mac and cheese, hamburger or fish and chips to the pool for them to snack on. These types of people make your vacation so much more enjoyable and relaxing for the parents. YENI our personal concierge!! What can I say about YENI the sweetest most thoughtful! Made sure we had everything we needed for our room! Booked our restaurants for us and was so sweet with the kids! Top notch h service and attentiveness!

Very hospitable group of individuals! Polanco personality is unmatched, great guy! Jorgito took care of me the whole stay. Anything I asked, he made sure it happened. Guillermo was wonderful as well! Made the food experience great! Winyer as well, I told him “Déjame manejar esta cosa” shit I was tryna whip the cart 😂 idk if I said it right but he laughed so I was close at least!! Luis made the best drinks, 10/10! S/o to them, great people! JUAN IS THE GOAT!

Rated the room a 4 because we killed 3 roaches in the room. Also the air wasn’t to my liking and when I called they said somebody went and lowered it but it felt the same.. We encountered a couple workers who were great and very welcoming. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the buffet/restaurants. It took a little long getting our drinks and when we did it took long for refills vs us being able to walk in (all inclusive) and getting our drinks ourselves. Also you have to be on point with reserving other restaurants, I was a hour late because my phone died and everything was booked. They did accommodate us so I was very thankful! You’ll also have to pay extra for the cool stuff, ninja turtles, character breakfast and personal slime. The gift shop with the characters were a little expensive especially for people who have multiple kids. But overall it was a good experience, my son enjoyed himself and I would go back. Well I just came from this hotel,I was expecting something muchhhh better. In my checking They asked me for $400 dollars extra to get a room with a pool so we said no and they said just give me $100 cash so we did, so we get a room with the pool but the ac wasn’t working, Don’t know is that legal . but dont get me wrong the hotel is nice, the food was good but the staff was HORRIBLE.From the moment we arrived, the service was inattentive and unprofessional. Staff seemed disinterested, and any requests we made were either delayed or ignored altogether. There was no sense of genuine hospitality or care. We were assigned a concierge his name was POLANCO, well he supposed to do what we need right? So my air conditioner wasn’t working so he said to go to enjoy the hotel that he will take care of it and do the reservations in the restaurants too, so we came to our room the AC wasn’t working still we needed to switched room at 4 am with our kid, the reservation that I want wasn’t made and I haven’t heard from him ever since.so it is better that you do everything for yourself, yes I did complaint and they didn’t care . The manager from the buffet don’t care about anything I never got coffee with my breakfast because it is a lot of people and not enough waiters. If you late you won’t get cheese for your omelette. I asked for chips for my snacks bar and they told me that they didn’t have it anymore. I went to the Italian restaurant and ordered calamari and they didn’t have it.if you want to get pizza with the ninja turtles it is $70 more and for breakfast with the characters same, if you go to the shop and want a bag after you buy stuff there it is $1 dollar,so it is not all inclusive hotel, Sooo what did we pay for?. We went to saona island with BRX and I paid $180 for one adult one child, which if you buy out of the hotel is $50 per person ( just found out after ) so after we went in the bus driving for 35 minutes already, the driver got a call that he had to go back to picked someone that just bought a ticket,are you really? so i complained to the company like other ppl and they didn’t even answer back ., so after you pay or buy something over there they don’t care anymore about you like the hotel, in my checked out the asked how was everything I said not that good so the guy said “ok”,didn’t even bother asking why., Luis from the bar was great. And special thank you to Johangel the concierge in the front great guy he did the reservation for us in the restaurants and others things too. Beautiful hotel but horrible management.,

Laila and Jose were absolutely amazing with the kids during the pool games! They brought so much energy and excitement to every activity, keeping all the children engaged and having fun the entire time. Both were extremely kind, patient, and respectful not just to the kids, but to the parents as well. It was clear how much they genuinely cared about making sure everyone was included and having a great time. Their positive attitudes made the pool area feel welcoming, and my kids looked forward to seeing them every day. They truly went above and beyond to create memorable experiences for families. Our dining experience with Guillermo and Jose was exceptional. From the moment we were seated, they were warm, attentive, and professional. They anticipated our needs without us even having to ask and made excellent recommendations that really enhanced our meal. Their service was seamless yet personable—they took the time to check in on us, making sure everything was perfect, while also creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The combination of their professionalism and friendly personalities made our meals at the resort feel extra special. We left every dining experience feeling cared for and well taken care of.
