This resort was ABSOLUTELY AMAING!!! We had the most amazing time. I heard so many things. And was so excited to come see. The food was absolutely amazing, staff exceptional (Josue was amazing). Room service was on spot on perfect! Our room was a true home away from home for the five days we stayed. We just truly had a great time!!!! Would love to come back again once my kids get older.

Beautiful hotel, we chose this one for the kids to have the experience. Excellent customer service. For the price, I’d suggest the buffet to add more options of meat, steaks, seafood, and traditional Dominican food. The concierge staff must improve their approach on selling services and provide support regardless of a family buying their products or not. We asked for a QR code to jean (a concierge) to make a reservation and he said he did not have it. We asked one of his subs, and he provided it to us immediately (felt like retaliation). My child also asked for a burger and the kitchen lady said that was only in the noon and no burgers allowed for dinner. She said she’d ask someone asked and returned to check if we gave up and left. I asked another gentlemen and he kindly prepared the burger to my child. The staff making eggs was super cool and patient to families with children (which are the protagonist of this adventure). The resort is very nice, but I would not recommend reserving more than 3 nights. The pool activities lack creativity and the slime for $59 is quite expensive for a 3 seconds experience. I enjoyed the stay with my family but beware of lack of options in the restaurant and remember to reserve restaurants as soon as you check in (this is available only at 9am after you check in). I love and appreciate the transportation service on the golf carts as the staff were so friendly and professional. I love it and the bartenders were Amazing too!

My family of 3 is currently here, and we have had an amazing time. The flat swim out suite is perfect for my daughter, who can wake up bright and early and jump right into the pool while we sip our coffee. Club Nick gets full early; so make sure you are there right when they open at 10. The food has been great, and we especially enjoyed the Dominican buffet they hosted outdoors on Wednesday. I want to give special recognition to Orlando, who took care of us daily at the pool area and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He made this experience a 10/10 and we would return just for him!

5 stars — Amazing family vacation! We had an excellent time at Nickelodeon Punta Cana! The kids absolutely loved it — they couldn’t get enough of the lazy river, water slides, and meeting the characters. A special shout-out to Isabella at the beach — she was fantastic with the kids and made the experience even more fun with great events. She told us she hopes to visit Washington DC — we’d love to welcome her there! Highly recommend this resort for families. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly, and the service is excellent. Orlando in the infinity pool and Carmen. Ramon at the Nick place were exceptional. The hotel offers a variety of activities that we thoroughly enjoyed make sure to keep track of all the activities, their locations, and times. The Slime experience is a must do, but it requires an extra fee and an appointment. The buffet options for breakfast and lunch were disappointing. However, we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant Fresco. The ceviche was amazing. The rooms could benefit from some maintenance everything appears to be in poor condition. Overall, we had a great vacation and enjoyed the service.
