The animation team could use a revamp. It’s okay but coming from other all inclusive resorts where the shows are extravagant this was below par. The individuals are great but the program itself could use work. My son is 13 and I found he wasn’t allowed to participate in a lot of activities with the resort. He was too old for the kids club but too young to do the activities outside of kids club, they were only for adults. So that was disappointing. Rooms were fine but nothing fancy. We had no issues with our room. Food was really good at restaurants but hit or miss at buffets. Beach was beautiful. If you like volleyball, bring your own ball. The resort won’t always let you use one. I also find someone is always trying to sell you something whether you’re sitting at the beach or pool someone is always asking you for something which is a little frustrating. I also didn’t like that I was pressured by the resort to make reviews. When I was doing one activity at the beach one staff member took my phone asking if she could look something up and gave the resort 5 stars complimenting the animation team and handed me back my phone. Also when checking out one staff was adamant that I complete a review and she needs to take a picture of it before I left. I told her I wasn’t ready to do it right now and she told me I had to. I ended up walking away. The waterpark feels a little dangerous, it is not a smooth ride you feel every seam on the way down. If the main attraction to this resort is the waterpark I would pick elsewhere but other than that it’s a great spot for younger kids. Lots around. Other than the bizarre interactions with some staff overall it was a good trip. I likely wouldn’t return as my son is older and it feels more for small kids but we did have fun.

The resort itself was lovely, lovely pools and a fantastic water park for the children. Struggled to get loungers as people had thrown towels over them yet not actually using them, when it says in the pool rules it’s forbidden to reserve sun loungers, so some days we had to stand around the pool. Also the main pool with the swim up bar did get quite loud at times with the music they were playing. The beach was beautiful, little play area for the children. Rooms were ok. The lights in one of our rooms didn’t work and the tv didn’t work either. Very handy to have our fridge in the room stocked well up with drinks and replenished everyday. Food not so great. Had a great selection but the taste wasn’t so great. The drinks seemed very watered down. The staff were hit and miss whether they were friendly. Some were friendly and helpful and others not so much. Language barrier proved difficult at times. Evening entertainment (half 9pm) was too late for our children which was a shame. Overall we enjoyed our stay, just wouldn’t say it was 5star.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the facilities were excellent. A special shout-out goes to Isaac at the pool bar — he truly made our stay memorable. Isaac was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always had a great attitude. His service was outstanding, and he made everyone feel welcome with a smile. Whether it was recommending drinks or just having a quick chat, he added a personal touch that really stood out. Thanks to Isaac and the rest of the team for such a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a relaxing stay!

Amazing people and atmosphere! Big thanks to our concierge Wilson for helping out with anything we needed, as well as Pikachu for coming up with the best activities and showing us a very great time. He had great vibes so if you wanna do fun activities, for the young and old, look for my guy Pikachu. Service is also great. All the restaurants, buffets, and staff (including members staff) are incredible. They have great service and are very welcoming. So I would definitely come to Punta Cana Grand Sirenis again if the future.

Just spent a week there. Our experience very consistent w Google AI summary. Food is inconsistent. Worse than other resorts we’ve been to. Rooms were on the small side and run down. ‘Queen beds’ were just larger than twins. Beach is excellent as are the pools. Always a good vibe around the pools. Good staff engagement trying to make things fun for kids. Have to say that our breakfast server, Fanny, was absolutely incredible!! She worked so hard for us every morning to accommodate our big group and arrange our preferred outside table. Always smiling and helped to enhance our start to every day. Huge thank you to Fanny!
