We had an amazing time at Grand Sirenis Punta Cana! The animation team is absolutely incredible — especially Bellota! They’re always full of energy and bring the fun wherever we are. The hotel honestly wouldn’t be the same without them — their vibes make the whole experience unforgettable. The service was really nice, the beach is beautiful, and the food was good too. Overall, a great place to relax, have fun, and enjoy the Caribbean!

We had a great time….Picachu with the entertainment team was great and always full of energy from sunrise to sunset…. Literally non stop. Ray( Rey) at the restaurant was also outstanding… big smile, big laughs really made us feel welcomed!….. and plenty of others I just cant remember their names… (ULC MEMBERS) Rooms and facilities were great. Nice setup for my daughters birthday….staff always made her feel special…great time at the water park also! Looking forward for the new ULC development in the property. As always there are some small things to improve ….like towel availability at the ULC pool, flies in the ULC buffet area (on the food)and golf cart wait times… Overall great experience, great time and great use of our ULC membership.

This resort is very clean and well maintained. The food is okay, but the coffee bar was definitely the highlight,we really loved it! The Brazilian and Japanese restaurants were also quite good. The Kids Club was a big plus, as they have staff who take great care of the kids. The shows at the theatre were very entertaining and fun for the whole family. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this resort.

We were really disappointed with our stay at this hotel, especially considering it’s advertised as a five star resort. For the amount we paid several thousand pounds the service and overall experience felt far below expectations. It often seemed like only “members” received proper attention or better treatment. Many staff members appeared untrained or unsure of their responsibilities, and a few had quite poor attitudes, which made us feel unwelcome at times. On the day we left, we gave our check out ticket to the porter, but it was later misplaced by the staff. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to let us board the transfer bus and asked us to go back to the reception to get a new ticket. This was both inconvenient and frustrating, especially since the mistake wasn’t ours. The food was mediocre, much of it overcooked and repetitive, and there was no air conditioning in the reception area, which made both check in and check out uncomfortable in the heat. Overall, it didn’t feel like a true five star experience. I had read some mixed reviews before coming, but since TUI’s rating online was quite high, we decided to try it anyway. Unfortunately, our actual stay was very disappointing.

I had an amazing stay at the Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort! The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun. The service was outstanding – staff were always friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. The location is unbeatable, with beautiful beaches right on the doorstep and plenty of amenities close by. The entertainment was a highlight of the trip! There were great shows, live music, and fun daily activities that kept the atmosphere lively. A special mention to O.M.G, the entertainer, who made every event so much more enjoyable with his energy, humor, and charisma – he really made the experience unforgettable. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this place enough – I’ll definitely be coming back!
