⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are having an amazing experience at this resort! I want to give a special highlight to Nicole from the kids’ area she has been absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly attentive, caring, and truly great with children. My son loved spending time with her at the Kids Club, and seeing how happy and safe he felt made our stay even more special. Because of the fantastic service especially thanks to Nicole we are already thinking about coming back on our next vacation. Highly recommended! 🌴✨

The room was spacious and comfortable, nice and cool after a hot day at the beach. Pools and beach are clean and tidy, well maintained. They offer coconut 🥥 what they harvest from the trees. Bars are great, plenty of drinks to choose from. Food was alright, we were always able to choose something although the coffee machines were always switched off at the bars so the only option was to go outside the pool area and walk a fair distance to the coffee shop to get some coffee which is not ideal if you want to enjoy an ice coffee by the pool. Service was chaotic at the restaurant every time, staff seemed as they had not much knowledge of what they're doing. Running around to set up tables, not fully setting up them such as cutlery and glass missing which then we needed to hunt for. No plates by the food station at the pool restaurant, no glasses by the water cooler/ juice station. Great lack of English speaking, even the reception was struggling to understand me. Not very friendly staff, they seemed as guests being a burden to them. I have raised this issue with multiple staff but seems to be ignored and some staff just even walked away from me. They're expecting to get a tip every time we order something and I'm all for tipping but only if deserved. Themed restaurants are average, at the Mediterranean one we needed to wait 30 minutes before someone told us we need to order from the website which wasn't working, very slow service. I don't find the standard being equal to a 5 star hotel. We came here as we had an excellent experience at Grand Sirenis Mexico but this definitely wasn't up to our expectations.

This resort is very clean and well maintained. The food is okay, but the coffee bar was definitely the highlight,we really loved it! The Brazilian and Japanese restaurants were also quite good. The Kids Club was a big plus, as they have staff who take great care of the kids. The shows at the theatre were very entertaining and fun for the whole family. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this resort.

We were quite leery about our reservation here seeing some of the reviews made about this resort. Needless to say- you can’t always believe what you read and hear much like anywhere else. We seen first hand the beauty of this resort. We really have enjoyed our time here and will certainly be returning. I think a lot of it comes from privilege but I could be wrong. If you enjoy relaxing in the sun, with delicious drinks, great entertainment and all around a good atmosphere. Then you should enjoy this place. The staff was amazing, and everyone works really hard to make and keep this place amazing and beautiful as it is. Before you complain- look how hard the cleaning ladies, land keepers, entertainers, maintenance, chefs, wait staff and bar tenders are physically working to keep this place beautiful. Props to them, they’re all amazing. Everything has been clean, rooms, pool areas and restaurants. We have also had no complaints about the food. It’s all been very good. We are also vip members for ULC, and still try our best to do things for ourselves and keep our areas clean. We don’t treat people here differently or the spaces any different than we would our own family or our own homes. That makes a difference. Be respectful and be respected. But if you want to be miserable and picking at everything, then your vacation will likely be just that. Like I said, if you’re looking for a fun filled, relaxing vacation. Don’t hesitate to book here. It’s a beautiful resort, pool areas are fun filled and the ocean is stunning. We’re not gone yet, we booked 10 days here. No complaints from us, we can’t wait to bring our family with us next time. Muchas gracias Grand Sirenis Punta Cana 💕

We have had an amazing 2 weeks stay at this hotel as a family of 5. Rooms cleaned everyday. Food good. The best part of our stay was Johanna megia, she looked after us every morning and afternoon at the buffet restaurants. She was amazing and never left us without a drink. She was fabulous!! All of our family will miss seeing you for sure.
