⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are having an amazing experience at this resort! I want to give a special highlight to Nicole from the kids’ area she has been absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly attentive, caring, and truly great with children. My son loved spending time with her at the Kids Club, and seeing how happy and safe he felt made our stay even more special. Because of the fantastic service especially thanks to Nicole we are already thinking about coming back on our next vacation. Highly recommended! 🌴✨

There are much better resorts than this one. Poor customer service, no one answers calls at reception/ concierge desk. Same food at buffet every single day. We were sick of the food after 3rd day there. Long wait times at omelet station every day. Even after making reservations at restaurant, they didn't have some items listed on the menu, basically we were forced to eat what they wanted us to eat. We have been to few others resorts in punta cana and this was worst one so far. Beach was very dirty, full of sea weed. We walked on the beach to next resort and beach and water both were very clean and well maintained there. Resort next door were cleaning the beach everyday, not this one, we didn't see any cleanup effort in 7 days we were there. My recommendation is spend your hard earned money elsewhere. This resort was not worth the price we paid.

This resort is very clean and well maintained. The food is okay, but the coffee bar was definitely the highlight,we really loved it! The Brazilian and Japanese restaurants were also quite good. The Kids Club was a big plus, as they have staff who take great care of the kids. The shows at the theatre were very entertaining and fun for the whole family. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this resort.

We are a group of 31 guests who stayed at your resort from November 26 to December 2. Unfortunately, our experience fell well below expectations, and we would like to formally share the issues we encountered. 1. Towel Card Issue At check-in, several members of our group were not provided with towel cards, nor were we informed that they were required. We only learned about this when we arrived at the water area. When we contacted the lobby, we were told no towel cards were available. Later that evening, staff apologized and finally provided them. 2. Severe Odour in Rooms and Hallway Our room and the entire floor had a very strong, unpleasant smell. The elevator smelled like garbage, making it difficult to use. Despite multiple complaints, the issue was never resolved. Even our request for a room freshener was ignored. On the night before checkout, we called again and were told someone would come, but no one arrived even after an hour. 3. Injuries from Water Rides Six members of our group suffered cuts from the water slides, and one developed an infection requiring clinic treatment. The doctor mentioned that many guests have reported similar injuries. Because of these cuts, one of our friends had to completely limit her access to the pools and beaches for the rest of the trip—she was unable to enjoy the vacation the way she had planned. Given how many people are getting injured, including our group, we are genuinely concerned about why these rides are still being operated under the claim that they are safe. 4. Missing Diamond Earring On the day of checkout, one guest discovered her diamond earring was missing from the room. Despite multiple calls, it took around 30 minutes for staff to come. Once they arrived, they were polite and filed a report, and we hope the item will be found soon. 5. Food Poisoning Two members of our group experienced food poisoning. One case was severe, and the guest had to stay in the room for two full days, unable to enjoy the trip at all. He required hospital treatment due to dehydration. 6. Buffet and A la Carte Food Quality & Ambience The buffet food was consistently below expectations, with many dishes being overly salty. The à la carte restaurants were also disappointing—not only was the food below average, but the ambience, cleanliness, and overall professionalism did not match what was advertised as “fine dining.” Positive Feedback We would like to acknowledge the excellent activities such as the magic show, circus performance, and the foam party, which was truly mind-blowing. The café and the sports bar were some of the best spots in the resort, offering great ambience and food. We also want to highlight the fantastic service from several bartenders—especially Jose at the lobby bar during the 5–11 pm shift—who made exceptional drinks. Follow-up We reported all of these issues to the supervisor before checking out. He informed us that he would get back to us by the end of this week with the resolutions and corrective actions the resort plans to take.

We were quite leery about our reservation here seeing some of the reviews made about this resort. Needless to say- you can’t always believe what you read and hear much like anywhere else. We seen first hand the beauty of this resort. We really have enjoyed our time here and will certainly be returning. I think a lot of it comes from privilege but I could be wrong. If you enjoy relaxing in the sun, with delicious drinks, great entertainment and all around a good atmosphere. Then you should enjoy this place. The staff was amazing, and everyone works really hard to make and keep this place amazing and beautiful as it is. Before you complain- look how hard the cleaning ladies, land keepers, entertainers, maintenance, chefs, wait staff and bar tenders are physically working to keep this place beautiful. Props to them, they’re all amazing. Everything has been clean, rooms, pool areas and restaurants. We have also had no complaints about the food. It’s all been very good. We are also vip members for ULC, and still try our best to do things for ourselves and keep our areas clean. We don’t treat people here differently or the spaces any different than we would our own family or our own homes. That makes a difference. Be respectful and be respected. But if you want to be miserable and picking at everything, then your vacation will likely be just that. Like I said, if you’re looking for a fun filled, relaxing vacation. Don’t hesitate to book here. It’s a beautiful resort, pool areas are fun filled and the ocean is stunning. We’re not gone yet, we booked 10 days here.
