Great experience, amazing people. Room service was amazing! Concierge was absolutely fantastic! Activities are awesome! Restaurants were great! Buffets were OK.. The room is the only thing that would keep me from coming back. Family Suite that we were in was outdated and the air conditioning in the main room seemed to stop working at night. As a result we did not have good night rests. The staff did do their best to accommodate us but no real resolve. We were also told that we had a private breakfast that was included in our package but this turned out to be a 190 minute sales pitch to become Club Members. We were shown amazing rooms that only club members had access too. If you want to keep me coming back, put me in one of those rooms. Overall, my family had a wonderful time.

Absolutely fantastic place! The staff are incredibly friendly and cheerful. Every restaurant and buffet is excellent, especially the Brazilian restaurant—don't miss it! The entertainment team is top-notch, with the short bald MC being particularly hilarious. My only complaint is that the pools close too early at 6 PM.

Check in was horrendous, took nearly an hour to check in. The bar man (with the lips tattoo on his neck) at the beach bar is fantastic Tobias and La vanilla on the entertainment team are great, they are really friendly and welcoming and try to get people involved in activities, The location is stunning, right by the beach, and they try really hard to keep it clean and tidy. They could do with some microwaves in the buffet area so you can heat the food up as its cold, unless you get something straight off the grill, the staff in buffet are not very attentive, and you have to ask a number of times before you get a coffee,. Overall we're having a lovely relaxing holiday,

The resort itself is lovely and there is a lot of space. Never had a problem getting a sun bed even late in the day. The pool is fairly big and the sea is very close and lovely to swim in. The beach is also great and never overcrowded. The staff have been welcoming and friendly and always check you are enjoying your stay. We booked for 14 days and had an issue with insects in our room. The staff were very helpful and fumigated a few times and moved us as soon as we asked to change rooms. The evening shows and nightclub were not for us but they did always have a crowd there. We have booked excursions which have been brilliant so far.

Had a terrible experience. Check in was delayed for HOURS. staff wasn’t helpful. Separated my party scattered around the resort. Didn’t give me towel cards. Food wasn’t anything out of this world. WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN. worst experience of my life. Every night and every encounter with staff was the worst. Upon check out the guy asked if I had Expedia app and left reviews on my app without my permission. AC didn’t work. I guess it’s how they lower their light bill. Shutting down people’s light for hours. rooms were gross. Even had roaches in our tub. Spiders in our room. Tub faucet was coming off and releasing mold into our tub. Extremely disappointed. Should’ve kept my money and gone elsewhere. had the worst experience ever. Never again.
