Amazing people and atmosphere! Big thanks to our concierge Wilson for helping out with anything we needed, as well as Pikachu for coming up with the best activities and showing us a very great time. He had great vibes so if you wanna do fun activities, for the young and old, look for my guy Pikachu. Service is also great. All the restaurants, buffets, and staff (including members staff) are incredible. They have great service and are very welcoming. So I would definitely come to Punta Cana Grand Sirenis again if the future.

From the moment we arrived, Spicy brought energy, fun, and genuine warmth to every activity. He has a fantastic personality—friendly, charismatic, and always ready to make guests smile. Whether it was daytime games, evening shows, or simply chatting with guests, Spicy made sure everyone felt included and comfortable. His enthusiasm is contagious, and you can tell he truly loves what he does. The atmosphere wouldn’t have been the same without him! If you’re staying at this hotel, make sure you catch one of Spicy’s events—you won’t regret it. He truly made our holiday special. Highly recommended!

We live it here, the people are awesome. The food was on par. So much to do would need another week here. The spa was my highlight, my message was heavenly, 2hrs of bliss, thank you Aris. She is incredibly attentive, caring, and truly great with children. My son loved spending time with her at the Kids Club, and seeing how happy and safe he felt made our stay even more special. Because of the fantastic service especially thanks to Nicole we are already thinking about coming back on our next vacation. Highly recommended! 🌴✨
