Despite reading mixed reviews before arriving here, the hotel was good. The rooms were fine, the resort was clean, the food was good and all a la carte restaurants also good. The beach is lovely as is the pool area and many of the staff so friendly. So, bar service slow at times and lack of cutlery sometimes at lunchtime buffet but hey if that’s the worst thing I can write then they are doing ok. Tips: we bought our own cups to fill for water, they are small from the bar. Bring an umbrella, downpours likely though gladly don’t last long

My husband and I arrived Thursday afternoon and we were greeted by David with the most incredible smile and respectful gesture. He humbled took our bags to our rooms and welcomed us to the resort. We had an amazing time so much to do on and off the resort! Food was great, I like the fact that they had a food truck opened till 3 am. Most importantly the staff made my trip one for the books . One staff named sandy went above and beyond with her hospitality , she was extremely helpful and made sure our 3 day stay was comfortable and relaxed. So if you are considering staying here please don’t hesitate to book here

I really recommend this hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. The meals are different every day, and there is always something to choose from. Even though the hotel is also for kids, everywhere is quite only with nice music in a backgrounds. What I would highlight is a staff. The people here are absolutely wonderful—kind, friendly, and always willing to help with everything. They have unique animation programs here, which spontaneously fill up with people. The hotel tries to be as eco-friendly as possible. The beach is sandy, clean, and free of litter. We were here during the Independence Day on February 27th. They prepared an amazing carnival with masks and live music. This hotel truly created a great atmosphere for a wonderful vacation.

The animation team was very good :) everything went well, the destination is perfect, the area of the whole hotel is huge, so you’ve got plenty of space to walk around. The amount of bars and restaurants is amazing, there’s something on nearly every corner. The sea is clean, coast with the softest sand I’ve ever walked on. Perfect holidays. Definitely would recommend and come back again. Child friendly, programme is full of family activities.

BEWARE! Summary: NO AC, terrible service, nasty food, dirty plates at buffet, dirty rooms, fake 5 star reviews! I am only giving this place 2 stars because of assistant manager Luz, who tried to make things right. When checking in we noticed our AC wasn’t working. We reported it and told it would be fixed. We reported 1 more time before dinner and when came back in evening it still wasn’t fixed. Staff, Angel was his name, downstairs told us tomorrow morning it would be fixed and refused to move our room. It was HOT and smelled like mildew. After spending 3 hours on phone with 3rd party I booked through, hotel staff lied to them and told them ac was fixed when no one even came to our room. Finally around 2am after arguing for hours, me and another guest who had same issue were moved room. They tried to put us in a room that smelled like sewage, wasn’t clean and had roaches!!! They moved us again after arguing AGAIN! The new room was great but had dirty sheet on bed which we had to wait 45 mins for new sheet that was no where to be found. This was at 3:30am. Manager Yenry told us to talk to manager in morning for refund. Next morning no manager to be found and no one knows what we’re talking about. After waiting 2 HOURS in lobby to talk to manager, I found one myself! No one even told her we needed to speak to a manager! Front desk staff was lazy and just didn’t care.. Luz tried her best to make things right but we already wasted the first day and a half with this issue. Service was TERRIBLE throughout the entire resort , except the night bar staff and Italian restaurant. We didn’t like any of the food, but that’s usually hit or miss with all inclusive They didn’t clean our room once until the second to last day, even after calling in to request it to be cleaned and even telling staff in person Overall, this resort is far from a 5 star resort. I would maybe give it 3 at most if you’re looking for something bare minimum for a family vibe. Would never go back
