Our stay at Grand Sirens Resort was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with plenty of great food options and relaxing spaces to enjoy. But what truly made this trip special was the entertainment crew. The entertainment team went above and beyond every single day. Their energy, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for what they do created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. From daytime activities by the pool to evening shows, they made sure everyone felt included, engaged, and entertained. They weren’t just doing a job — they were creating unforgettable moments and real connections with guests. The shows were well-organized, creative, and full of talent, and the daily activities were the perfect balance of fun and laughter. You could really feel how much effort and heart the entertainment crew puts into making guests happy, and it made a huge difference in our overall experience. I really enjoy my stay at this resort. Jackson , Omega, James Bond and Halleberry made my entertainment a fantastic experience. This is my second year here and the entertainment team never lets me down. Jackson is just so fun, he makes sure everyone has fun, he also speaks Italian and managed to speak to an Italian family who needed help. Well done team. We spent Jan 24th 2026 to jan 31st 2026. The food was good, not gourmet but good for the value. The highlights really come from the people. Anna was our daily greeter at breakfast and ensured all of our needs were met. Faliciadad who supported all adult and kid daily activities was the real highlight. Being funny, attentive, supportive and someone myself and my kids regularly looked forward to seeing each day. The country and people are beautiful. I find for north American visitors, this place is a great value for kids and adults. I find most negative reviews come from individuals from Europe and especially the UK which in hindsight, really is more of a preference based on different life experiences VS the true nature of what this resort offers. Overall, the rooms were dated but comfortable. Definitely the most comfortable beds I've slept in while on vacation.

Everything about this place was awesome. The customer service was great! There was so much to explore. You and your family’s can go around the resort and look for stuff to do. There is water parks, a theater, and so much more! The food is great and everything is amazing. You should definitely visit this place, trust me it’s worth going here. 🌺🌴🏝️

What an amazing vacation.. the staff there was excellent, professional and so kind. Two in particular are worthy of a special mention: Omega, the best of all entertainers! I never met anyone with such positive energy. He always made us smile and laugh, but most importantly, he made us feel so welcome. From the minute we saw him at the pool in the morning to him hosting the evening show… he was always there for us. We were also assigned a concierge prior to our arrival: Platel, a wonderful and attentive lady who made sure, daily, that all was to our full satisfaction. She gets customer service! We will definitely go back to this resort in the hopes to see both Omega and Platel again ❤️
