Loved the place, I suffered an injury before my trip and was in a wheelchair for most of my stay. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Most of the resort is very accessible, with even a beach wheelchair. Food was good to great, looking at other reviews, it depends on own taste. Personally, I loved the choice of the buffet and the à la carte restaurants. For us, the preferred to the least favorite of the ones we tried: Cinecitta , El Rancho, Ikebana, Raw. All of which had great quality of food and great service. The room was not fully accessible, but located within reasonable distance for all resort locations. The room worked for me regardless. We are a family of 5 and all could sleep comfortably in the room. The room cleaning was good, but on one occasion we had to contact the concierge 3 times to get our toilet unclogged. Staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay, although sometimes they had trouble understanding French or English, but we managed to have the service we needed and they all put great efforts into ensuring they understood what we were looking for. Overall great experience.

We are very happy to have danced with and had fun with Anyela. She was awesome in the shows we saw and around the resort. Super smile, super dancing... Just super!!! Best bartender here is definitely Francisco! So great and makes great drinks! But mostly a very hard worker. We truly appreciate him 🙏

We visited Grand Sirenis Punta Cana in early April 2025. The room we stayed at was clean and was cleaned very thoroughly daily while we were there. The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking tall coconut trees and neatly kept garden area. The service at the buffet was excellent and the buffet had a wide variety of cold, hot, freshly prepared food items. A wide selection of restaurants for dinner and the entertainment shows every night were amazing. As relaxing as everything was, the spa experience was amazing. I want to give special credit to Arisela for the massage at the wellness centre/spa.

Animation team excellent. Kids club activities awesome. SUGAR is the best! Not 5 star. Rooms are dated and need some TLC. But service was great. You could always find something to eat, you won't go hungry. But it's not Michelin star, but what Dominican resort is? I've been to 4 different resorts in Punta Cana all at different price points generally the food is the same. People complaining about service at bars are going to the wrong bar. There are 2 pool bars and 2 beach bars. The busy ones are by the shallow pool. Staff are nice and very accommodating. The kids had a blast and that's what really mattered to us!

As a family of 5 we have had a fantastic stay here, the entertainment staff work very hard along with restaurant and bar staff! We have an issue with our room which was resolved after a day and was moved! A special thank you to Omega for making our stay extra special!
