We stayed for 8 nights at this wonderful hotel 2 weeks ago. We’ve stayed at several all inclusives and this one is hands down the best one we’ve stayed at. The staff were fantastic, the food at the buffet was excellent, we never had an issue finding something to eat, huge range of salads, meats and fruit oh and the desserts were delicious,. We stayed in a tropical view room and it was huge, well equipped and very clean. We understood that this was an older resort that was opened just a couple of weeks before we arrived, but you wouldn’t know it, it was very well managed. There was plenty of entertainment during the day as well as lots to enjoy in the evenings. The beach was beautiful, the ocean was also lovely. Overall this was a truly wonderful vacation and we wouldn’t hesitate to rebook and go back again, thank you to everyone for making our stay so wonderful

We recently spent a week at Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana with our three kids, and overall, it was a wonderful family vacation. The resort itself is beautiful, with well-kept grounds, spacious rooms, and a great mix of pools, beach access, and dining options. That said, we could sense some of the growing pains from a recent change in management—certain areas seemed to be adjusting and some staff looked like they were still finding their footing. Despite that, the warmth and attentiveness of a few standout individuals made our stay truly memorable and pushed our rating from a four to a full five stars. The resort has all the ingredients for a great vacation, but it's really the people that made the difference. Mariam and her team at the kids camp were phenomenal. Our kids absolutely loved their time there and couldn’t wait to go back each day. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about the kids and went out of their way to keep them engaged, happy, and safe. This allowed us, as parents, to enjoy some much-needed relaxation, knowing our kids were in excellent hands. Kenny, who took care of the beach area, was another standout—his professionalism, friendliness, and seamless service clearly reflected his extensive experience in the industry. He was a pleasure to interact with and always made sure guests were comfortable and well taken care of. Thanks to people like Mariam and Kenny, we left with great memories and would definitely return to Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana in the future.

We had an excellent time! Staff was TRULY wonderful! Food was great. The huge pool and beach area were beautiful. Sucre at Umi restaurant made us feel like family! Such a helpful and friendly waiter! We had a lot of fun with the activities by Pedro from entertainment! Very pleasant and willing to help! We loved our vacation and hope to come back again soon! Thank you so much to all the staff especially Sucre and Pedro! ❣️

Great experience overall. The rooms were pretty, the staff everywhere was attentive (I guess that would be the highlight of our stay), the food was amazing (and the restaurants don't need reservation). Would definitely go back.

This resort is absolutely beautiful, the pool, the layout and the palm trees are spectacular. The food is excellent, from the morning buffet, lunch buffet and the specialty restaurants. There is a wide variety of declious food, beef ribs, ossobuco, rib eye steaks and Asian cuisine, all fabulous. The rooms are spacious and all have been recently renovated. Everything was excellent but what sets this resort apart from others is their staff. From the moment you walk into reception to the time you leave, every staff member was amazingly friendly and courteous. You are litterly treated like royalty. Special shoutout to Sangay in the dining room, Juan at the steak house bar, Stephanie at the pool bar, Fransisco in the dining room and Angela in the specialty restaurants. Even speaking with many managers they were more than helpful. I absolutely, highly recommend the Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana Resort!! We will definitely be back!!!!
