I would not stay here if you care about room quality, if you are booked to stay here and have the option to change I would. The rooms are without a doubt 2/3 star absolutely no more! The conditions are worse than the photos on the website and having been closed for the winter season no improvements have been made to the rooms. In general the common areas are very nice, the children’s area is very nice with friendly staff. There is a good breakfast and mostly staff are friendly. The service quality is lacking and staff often don’t know what or how to deal with situations. The level experience is good but the chef who places the food out at 17.00 can be rather rude. Overall I can’t give it more than 3 out of 5. We stayed in April and experienced some bad weather, this is no one’s fault but when rain started coming in the windows I think it’s a pretty bad experience. After much discussion and pushing we were upgraded for the last night we had there, the room were upgraded to was better but even being a suite I didn’t think it was that great on quality. In addition to the upgrade for the last night we were invited to join the dinner buffet this was good but they were sure to inform me that only water was included. During my stay I was inside 3 rooms, different categories but all not great and definitely not above 3 stars. I have attached photos.

We had an extremely enjoyable time during our stay and absolutely loved the view from our room. I can say it's one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Both breakfast and dinner were very good, with a wide variety of food options. There were unlimited snacks and drinks available with Level access. Between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM, there were also unlimited tapas with alcohol, everything was great, but since the tapas hour was very close to dinner time, we usually went to dinner feeling full. Other than that, everything was fantastic. It's a hotel worth every penny, we will definitely come back.
PS: Tatiana, one of the hotel staff members, was extremely attentive to us and answered all our questions. Whenever there was an issue, she always resolved it promptly. We really appreciate her help.

I don't know where to start... everything was so beautiful. On the day we arrived at the hotel, the staff at the reception welcomed us with smiling faces, our room was magnificent, and the hotel's location was excellent, right by the sea. The breakfast buffet was very diverse; in the afternoon, between 5 and 6, there were complimentary snacks and drinks for those with level access. I found the timing a bit late, to be honest, because dinner usually started at 7, and by then we were already full from the evening meal. Dinner was also buffet-style but not bad at all. In short, we had an incredible time.
I would like to specifically express my thanks to Tatiana at the reception. She was so cheerful and professional; if there was any issue, she resolved it immediately. Our wristbands weren't working, and she fixed them right away. Our room was a bit cold due to the weather, and she promptly addressed that too. She truly is amazing, thanks Tatiana for making our holiday even more enjoyable.

I had a great time! The receptionists are very professionals and friendly. The place is gorgeous in every direction you look. Family oriented the town itself, great to see families enjoying good time with the kids. Hate to mention in this review of such a beautiful place, but young adults drinking be aware of thieves. Meliá Calviá beach is awesome. I enthusiastically recommend... and the breakfast buffet, out of the park. Cheers.

My stay at the Melia Clavia beach was delightful, thanks to the exceptional service and amenities.
The staff, especially Titania at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and courteous. Additionally, the club activities for children, overseen by Rumi and the attentive staff, were a highlight for my child. Their dedication and enthusiasm made each day fun and memorable. Moreover, our sea-facing room provided breathtaking views, adding to the overall experience.
The facilities at the level lounge were amazing. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service, the engaging activities, and the luxurious accommodations.
We can't wait to return for another wonderful experience!
