Loved our stay here Great area, very quiet and beautiful. Right beside the beach. Food was great 90% of the time, the paella was beautiful. Good options for fussy eaters. Staff were all lovely and very helpful when we needed them However, during the meal times I noticed the chef using the same utensils for raw meat and the cooked meat. They also used the same utensil for the red meat and chicken, so I had to leave the queue as I do not eat red meat. Thankfully this only happened 1 lunch time. My boyfriend had food poisoning one day which we believe was from the chicken as we had not eaten anywhere except from the hotel and he noticed his chicken was not fully cooked. Also wish the tea/coffee machine was available at lunch and not only for breakfast Bit of a hassle having to pay for deposit for pool towels, on our first day they were given to us for free with no token but the next time we asked we were told we need €10pp deposit? Strange how the rules changed so we just used our own towels

World of Hyatt members beware! There’s absolutely no benefit of having status here. No mention of status and I was even told I could sign up for Hyatt to get points on our stay (we booked everything through the WOH app). Do they even link your reservation with your Hyatt account here? They should lose their Hyatt affiliation. Otherwise, everything is just difficult at this hotel. The pools: Hours are limited (10am-6pm). No service to order food/drink and subsequently long lines to order a drink since there’s only one bartender. There’s no towels in the pool area. You have to go to reception and give them a 20€ deposit to rent one. They only have two small elevators that are sluggish and only fit about 4-5 people with no luggage. The gym is decent, but every time there were little kids running around and playing (probably because it’s easy for a kid to get bored here). No warmness from staff, they always had the typical Spanish attitude of being in a bad mood because they have to work (we are a Spanish-speaking couple, so no language barriers). There was one pleasant (Colombian?) woman, however. We came here in April, so I can only imagine how collapsed everything gets during the summer. All in all, if you’re expecting a Hyatt-level experience, go somewhere else. Don’t support these businesses that just water down the Hyatt brand.

Awesome food... nicely out of the way of the noise... great staff... housekeeping was tremendous.... if I was visiting magaluf again then I would definitely look to go back to this hotel.

Hotel was amazing, we had a room with my family at the front of the hotel on the top floor, not a bad view of the city and well clean beds, comfortable for those with an aching back. Food was delicious with breakfast, lunch and dinner served in many different restaurants - including two buffets and smaller bars with more options to choose from. Location was also good since it is not far from town but also has a nearby convenience store to grab snacks. There are some problems when the pools are very cold, unable to warm up the water which I decided to sun bathe in the deck chairs instead, quite overcrowded with the amount of people in a single hotel. Another problem was with the conditioner that I used was not effective at all, my hair was still greasy after a day from a shower. Hotel staff were also very polite and helpful in a friendly manner which my family bought a necklace from the jewellery stand in the lobby. Mostly recommend this hotel for travellers to stay in during the holidays for a week or two!

We paid for preferred, our rooms didn't get cleaned and we had to ring and ask for towels and for the mini bar to be filled up everyday.. The reception aren't bothered, our neighbour was treated the same. The hotel is lovely. The evening food is not very good, its all the same and very busy. Sun loungers are gone by 8am, there are definitely not enough sun loungers for the amount of people. Such a shame because the hotel is lovely! The hotel definitely cater more for French which is a shame.
