Just spent a week's at this hotel. Paid a little bit extra for All Inclusive + which gives you a mini bar restocked with drinks every day, two free large water bottles daily, access to private lounge which has snacks and sandwiches and drinks during the day. Towels changed daily, room cleaned daily, room was modern and well maintained. Shower was excellent and all toiletries included. Room over looked one of the pools. Hotel in good location 3 minute walk from beach down a hill and 30 steps. Hotel staff very friendly and work hard. Entertainment every night near one of pools. Lots of French and English residents mainly. Food choice OK. Best food cooked fresh at Ocean pool during the day.

Wow what a fantastic holiday and made by the staff at this fab hotel. The food was excellent with a fab range across different restaurants made sure we had so much choice at every meal. The food was hot and a great selections and well cooked. Everything was regularly replenished and the staff were friendly and polite at all stages. Our room was bright, impeccably clean and had all amenities we could have needed including hairdryer and steamer. We had a fab view and to be honest the quietest stay in a hotel we have ever had. The pools and bar were all clean and tidy with plenty of sun loungers and space. Above all though the entertainment team were fantastic!! They worked tirelessly throughout the day to ensure there was a range of games activities and and entertainment on all day to suit all ages and stages. They were bright, bubbly and enthusiastic without ever feeling intrusive. Alexa and Ruddi (apologies if I have misspelt) were amazing and got our 8 year old fully engaged. (Our daughter suffers from contamination OCD and Anxiety and they made her feel so comfortable and got her engaging and even giggling along) If I am honest they worked so so hard and deserve much more recognition than they get. Thank you so much guys!

Stayed here for a few days and had a really good experience. The front desk staff was super helpful and handled a couple of unexpected issues with great professionalism. Everything was sorted quickly and with a smile. You can really tell when someone knows how to keep things running smoothly. Thank you, and specially to Maria and Lucia!

Loved our stay here Great area, very quiet and beautiful. Right beside the beach. Food was great 90% of the time, the paella was beautiful. Good options for fussy eaters. Staff were all lovely and very helpful when we needed them However, during the meal times I noticed the chef using the same utensils for raw meat and the cooked meat. They also used the same utensil for the red meat and chicken, so I had to leave the queue as I do not eat red meat. Thankfully this only happened 1 lunch time. My boyfriend had food poisoning one day which we believe was from the chicken as we had not eaten anywhere except from the hotel and he noticed his chicken was not fully cooked. Also wish the tea/coffee machine was available at lunch and not only for breakfast Bit of a hassle having to pay for deposit for pool towels, on our first day they were given to us for free with no token but the next time we asked we were told we need €10pp deposit? Strange how the rules changed so we just used our own towels

A little disappointed overall. A decent hotel with some friendly hard working staff. Let down by small details. Not enough staff at busy times in the bar, so queues were the norm. Confusion over the pool towel deposit system led to some people really not understanding at all. Rooms were clean but at best, they are "compact". Flat batteries in the room safe when we arrived. Clearly not checked before handover. The only way to find out what entertainment was arranged was by using the app. This was what we were told by reception, therefore if you have no smartphone or are not tech savvy you are discriminated against. My main concern is the fact that there are no hot plates in the restaurants at meal times so cooked food which is kept warm on the buffet, is placed on cold plates which by the time you have gone back to your table and sat down, the food is lukewarm at best. On one morning, the fried eggs and bacon were actually COLD before they could be eaten. Such a shame as the quality of the food is good. It is only a short downhill (not steep) walk to the beach and a supermarket is right outside
