I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel and had an amazing experience. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from a beautiful beach, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, adding a personal touch to our stay.
The hotel offered excellent entertainment options, keeping us entertained throughout our visit. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes.
One of the highlights was the four great pools, which were well-maintained and provided a refreshing escape from the heat. Whether you're looking to unwind by the beach or enjoy some poolside fun, this hotel has it all. Highly recommend!

Good hotel overall, great food except a few aspects.
Bed sheets had marks of blood and they were never changed during our stay.
Some staff at the bar did not not know what was included in the all inclusive package and refused to offer us some drinks that other staff has done in the previous nights.
Water bottles were supposed to be available daily in the rooms for the preferred club but only the first night there was a water bottle on the table.
Also the room was supposed to be frontal sea view but it was a first floor balcony on the side of the hotel that was mostly a pool view as the sea was blocked by the trees.
Overall a decent stay but they certainly could do better.

The location of the hotel is a bit far out from anything, besides two supermarkets just below the hotel. The staff were nice enough, and we never had any issues besides the following:
When we first arrived at the hotel at around 1pm, the hotel reception said our room was not ready and said if we wanted to get into a room we had to pay €50 to have access to our room before 4pm as the specific allocated room was not ready and the room would have to be changed. We’d been up early so decided to just pay it. The exact same room we just got told was NOT clean or ready for us to use, was suddenly ready. The hotel staff were polite about it, but why were we made to pay even though the room was ready? Seems pretty pointless. We let it slide. Every single day when we returned to our room, we would have 1 towel to share between the two of us, and our bedsheets were not changed once in our entire week’s stay. We even requested half way during our stay for them to be changed, and the hotel reception said that was no issue and took our room number. Still days later not being changed. Besides all this, the hotels cleaning service is to a very minimal standard for a “4 star”, our air con broke twice during our stay, and the cleaners would turn it off and we would return to a very stuffy room. The corridors of the hotel smell foisty also. I probably wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel for the sake of the price versus what you receive. There is definitely nicer hotels to stay in for a cheaper price.

Just returned from a short break at this hotel, its in a nice location far enough away from the noise of the strip but close enough to walk to all the restaurants, clubs, bars and just across the road from the beach.
Rooms are spacious and modern with air con, and quiet, breakfast was varied and plentiful and the reception and pool areas are well kept and clean, toiletries are provided in the rooms and towels for the pool which you pay a returnable deposit for. Getting loungers by the pool is not possible if you get up late but after breakfast it was fine. There is a pool bar with plenty of tables, a slight sea view and a good selection of drinks. Overall had a great stay here and would recommend.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Magaluf. We booked a 3 night stay with friends. Lovely modern junior suite with large queen bed and double pull put sofa bed. Lovely modern bathroom with double sinks with bathrobes and slippers. Minibar stocked on arrival and two large balconies. We booked premium all inclusive which was a nice extra with premium drinks, and selected areas to chill out with snacks and drinks along with adults only pool again with drinks and snacks available. Lovely food and drinks and staff especially in the restaurant very friendly. The pools were clean and tidy and air conditioning was spot on in hotel and rooms. Short walk down opposite the hotel down to the lovely beach which was 28 euros for 3 beds and a sun shade. We had a great time and would like to return one day with my family.
