Honestly this is a great hotel, fully equipped for all activities, suitable for family and people. Every night the hotel offers live music performances, I appreciate this, in addition to the hotel has a swimming pool and sauna inside, helping people with musculoskeletal diseases to be able to swim and recover, which is absolutely great. I have some suggestions for the hotel, the first is about the reception style of the male staff, not very friendly, the second is the most important is cleaning the room, need to be more meticulous. Another thing is that the room is exposed to outside light at night, it is really quite uncomfortable. I highly appreciate the attentive service of the hotel receptionist, her name is Dagmar, she is wonderful, she knows many languages ​​and can communicate well in German, she also helped us with a few things. We are completely satisfied and appreciate the hotel, I can only continue to recommend it to everyone.

Couldn't fault this hotel. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Breakfast and dinner was great. Really good variety and one night the head chef went out of his way to make a pasta dish from scratch for my coeliac girlfriend. It was hugely appreciated. Small walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Recommend the terrace rooms. Big huge terrace overlooking pool with its own sunbeds. They become a sun trap in the afternoons if it's windy by the pool.

Breakfast and dinner is pretty good for the price, location is close to beach but the surrounding restaurants and shops are quite a tourist trap. Get out to old town alcudia or Palma for better value etc

Had a wonderful week at the JS Sol Alcúdia. The breakfast and dinner buffet was always very tasty and staff were very accommodating. The hotel pool was enjoyed by our son and he loved saying hello to the lifeguard. The hotel also has an adult spa area my wife and I enjoyed relaxing in. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and main road for buses. It also has nightly live entertainment. We would recommend staying and come back again. A bit of a warmer outdoor pool and slightly earlier evening entertainment would be our only suggestions. Thanks JS Sol.

Excellent hotel relaxed atmosphere waiter/waitresses very helpful, ideal holiday destination.Pools to cater for everyone non swimmers etc.like the bit where you can walk in like on the beach.l can swim my wife a non swimmer we both can enjoy the pool. The food is amazing so much choice,ideal for me as I am getting back to my normal weight after a recent illness where I lost a lot of weight. Keep the standards up.
