My family and I had a fantastic 7-day stay and truly enjoyed most aspects of our time here. The breakfast was excellent, and we really appreciated the lively performance events after dinner. The atmosphere was very kid-friendly, and the sea-view restaurant added a special touch to our experience. However, I do feel it’s worth mentioning that the room we stayed in was a bit dusty and did not fully meet the expectations of a 4-star standard. With some improvement in this area, the overall experience would be even better.

We traveled as a family of 7 adults in the off season (winter) do not recommend! There are no taxis on the entire island big enough to hold 7 people. You will always have to order two taxis as they only transport 4 people at a time. You’re better off renting a car during your stay. This hotel is located about 15-20 minutes from the city of Palma. Everything at the hotel and near the hotel close at 8pm! Nothing open as far as restaurants or shops go, so come prepared and try to stock up on snacks and drinks from the market before it closes at 8pm. The indoor pool which is actually meant to be a “spa pool” is small and was the only choice during the cold winter (40-50 degrees) our entire trip. Since the outdoor pool was too cold to use everyone was crowding the indoor pool with kids and all. During our stay there were constant children running up and down the hallways making noise, yelling and screaming all hours of the night. Front desk couldn’t do anything about it as much as we complained. One night a little girl got lost from her pack after playing hide and seek in the hallways and began screaming and crying for her mother, we had to notify front desk to notify the parents! It was horrible! You will not get peace and quiet here. The washer and dryer is one pair for the whole hotel to use. The breakfast buffet is about the only thing we actually enjoyed.

First time in Mallorca and staying in this hotel was a key part of our trip that made it amazing . The room service , the staff and the restaurant was so amazing ! Loved the restaurant and the staff so I have to give credit to them! Food was amazing ! Our rooms were so clean and honestly just so nice! The balcony was even very clean and the services of the hotel was also very excellent! Will for sure want to visit again ! Amazing ! Highly recommended

I would challenge anyone to find a hotel that could compare. For the price, you won't find anything which could compare to this place. We have stayed here twice now and will likely come back again. The beach is perfection, the pool is unheated but still warm enough to keep our small children happy during a cool October, the restaurant is fantastic (but there are also plenty of good options around), there is a bus stop in front which goes to the airport, the rooms are spacious and clean, the views are fantastic- you really cannot go wrong with this hotel. Well deserved 5 stars.

Hotel was a modest 4 star. Good buffet options. Churros were great. Reception staff unwelcoming, cold, not interested in assisting guests....a warm welcome and a heartfelt smile goes a long way but was absent here. Like in all hotels, not enough pool chairs, but they don't allow guests to block them by leaving towels on most days. Bottom of pool is not clean, hair in the water....could use a better pool maintenance system. A few kid "accidents" in the pool while we were there. Pool food service slow during rush hours, but altogether friendly. Beach has a rotten egg smell every so often, not the best option if you like clear water.
