To start with positive things, hotel has nice view on the see, spacious common areas with a lot of light, there are even real sailing boats as an exhibition.. Every evening you can enjoy some life music or program for the kids. Breakfast is Ok, Staff was also Ok (just cleaning ladies are entering the rooms without knocking.. ) In general I can say that room equipment, furniture and pool area stuff is functioning. Nearby is small grocery store if you need to buy something so that can save the situation.. However I didn't have impression that room was clean, time to time I needed to kill some insects in bathroom, shower was leaking because of the water insulation gap, bathroom light was on sensor so you got full hit when you went there in the night.. ouch. And last but not least.. central Air-conditioning needs complete reconstruction because smells and I got completely sick of it :( We will definitely don't come back..

Very nice service, quickly responding to emails before arrival, I arrived at the hotel around midnight, dinner was waiting for us. Delicious food! Clean rooms! Super successful vacation. Thank you!

The hotel is in a good location - right across the street from the beach which is great! However, the rooms leave little to be desired and the hotel pool was incredibly busy with kids and families from the early hours. The air conditioning in the room was not very good. I didn’t feel this was very good value for money.

Had a lovely 4 night stay here - such a great location for everything. Straight onto the beach which is a typical Spanish city beach - all kind of sports from sunrise to sunset. Great bus service into Palma (buses 23 & 25 are quickest) and a short taxi hop to the airport. All the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they clearly take pride in cleanliness of all the public areas. Evening music is entertaining but doesn’t go on too late, they strike a great balance. Just a few of the room amenities are a little dated and could do with a refresh (fridge needed defrosting, one of the USB points didn’t work…) but nothing that would stop me happily recommending and staying again. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there are countless places to eat nearby, so can’t comment on the food.
