From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome! The staff were honestly lovely, super friendly and always happy to help with anything. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, which made such a difference. Massive thank you to Borja who made our stay so special Our room was spotless, the beds were really comfy, and there was loads of closet space so perfect for settling in properly without living out of a suitcase. The hotel itself is as brilliant! We came with our toddler but you could definitely come as a couple! We loved the pool areas with the slides and children’s splash pool! Lots of lifeguards so felt very safe! Plenty of space and no stress about finding a sunbed, which was a massive win! The activity’s were so fun my toddler loved running on the water carpet! The food was lovely! So fresh, loads of choice, and honestly so good that we didn’t even think about eating out. Every meal felt like a treat. Huge thank you to the whole team for making our stay so lovely. We had the best time and made memories we won’t forget. Already thinking about when we can come back

We had a great holiday here! The room was great with spectacular views across the bay. The food was good, and each day provided different options. The pools were fun, especially the splash park. Our kids loved the slides. Became very busy at the bar in the evening, queues could be long and this did slow down our evenings. Would recommend. 🙂👍

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and really enjoyed my time there. The room was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. I’d happily recommend this place to others.

Really good hotel and would definitely consider going back… A little bit out of the centre and on top of a small hill however this can be a positive for some as it’s probably one of the quieter hotels in the resort. I found the room was ok, nothing special, adequate and just nice although there were a couple of things looking a bit tired. Was specious enough and having your room key in your wristband is very clever and useful. Food (breakfast) was ok… not pulling up any trees but not bad. Pool areas and facilities looked to be excellent. Rooms were well serviced and staff were cheerful and helpful when needed, we had a great maintenance guy replace our broken shower hose very quickly. Overall, pretty impressed with the hotel and would definitely recommend 👍🏼

I recently stayed at your hotel with my family, including a baby, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I was particularly shocked to find that even basic necessities like baby milk were charged separately, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be family-friendly. Room cleaning was well below standard. Despite escalating the issue, the service was extremely delayed and not up to expectations. The food was consistently half-cooked and poorly managed — if guests did not arrive early, the food would quickly run out with minimal replenishment. Facilities were also inadequate. The hotel lobby had hardly two sofa sets available, which is completely insufficient for the number of guests being hosted. Similarly, the entertainment area had very limited seating, making it uncomfortable and poorly suited for guest relaxation and activities. Overall, the stay did not meet basic hospitality standards. It was neither welcoming nor convenient, particularly for families. I sincerely hope you will take this feedback seriously and urgently work on improving your service quality, food standards, and guest facilities.
