We had a great holiday here! The room was great with spectacular views across the bay. The food was good, and each day provided different options. The pools were fun, especially the splash park. Our kids loved the slides. Became very busy at the bar in the evening, queues could be long and this did slow down our evenings. Would recommend. 🙂👍

Not the best experience the restaurant is like a cattle market as a party of 12 with 4 rooms 6 of our party had sickness and diarrhoea, lots of others had said they had experienced the same, went to reception to get clean sheets and asked if bug was travelling through the hotel told “no only 2/3 rooms!!” The rooms were comfortable and good housekeeping, I would avoid the restaurant at all cost! We where all inclusive and ended up eating out more as was not happy with the hygiene in the restaurant.

We just finished our week! The main thing we can only moan about is the weather 🤣 but it doesn’t count on here! Hotel is clean. Kids loved it! The entertainment team was absolutely amazing. Kids clubs in the morning and evening nailed it. Food was good, I’d say great to be fair but as we all know it’s hard to please everyone, from my point of view, as long as my children were fed and not left hungry Im very happy!

3.3.2025 -10.3.2025 Little bit disappointed in this holiday. Had a room on the second floor, the room had a door inside leading to the room next door. 2 nights in and a new family arrived that was very loud and was awake with a lot of noise until early hours of the morning. (2-3 am) I had to 2 year old with me who kept waking up due to the loud noise. The children in the next room was running wild kicking and banging the door. Parents not doing anything. I did mention to the staff. But nothing was done. If there wasn’t a door leading to the next room then the noise might have been a little bit more bearable. We suffered every night for the last 5 nights. In the end could not wait to get home. 20 euro deposit for an iron. That did not come with a board to iron my clothes on. The hotel and room itself was very clean and cannot fault the cleaning they do is amazing. The cleaners on my floor was very polite and would always speak with us. The breakfast choice was huge and so much to chose from so I have given the 2 stars for how clean the hotel was and how good the breakfast was. However I would not recommend staying here if you are a family. Friendly and welcoming but not too good at handling situations that could have made someone’s stay more enjoyable.

If I could leave 0 stars I would caught food poisoning twice from the restaurant I am so annoyed payed 2 grand for all inclusive and I can't eat. Train your staff how to use a timer on while cooking even the eggs at breakfast can be undercook. Do not get all inclusive drinks are the cheap aldi knock offs It's over crowded no staff control the drunk guests or there kids honestly worst hoilday of my life. Pools are freezing life guards don't care about children's safety except one older gentleman thats it ! My insurance will be incontact with this hotel!!!
