We stayed here last week and had a wonderful experience! Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews, this hotel truly doesn't deserve them. The staff were incredibly kind and empathetic. Anytime we had a question or request, they were happy to help. Everyone we encountered, from the reception team to the lovely housekeeping ladies, was warm and welcoming. We've stayed in other hotels before, but here we enjoyed the best and most varied food we've ever had. Even when we arrived late, they made sure there was food waiting for us. The beach is right in front of the hotel, just across a small road, and it's absolutely beautiful, with soft sand and clear water. We felt completely at home during our stay and will definitely be coming back!

A lovely hotel clean and friendly. Food was good with excellent choice except for some reason they stopped putting butter out at breakfast only margarine (yuk) Waiters were great particular mention to John and Adrian who were efficient and friendly. All were good though. Room was spotless and cleaned everyday. Well done to the ladies who do this job. However not the best of views unfortunately. Overlooking car park. They did offer to change but it would have been two days later at extra cost so we didn't bother. Overall a wonderful holiday. Would recommend.

Good location, very close to the bus stop and in front of the beach. A lot of resturants and stores within walking distance.The room was big and clean. The bed and the pillows were really comfortable and the bathroom was also ok. Only a few things to improve: 1. Bathroom door was getting stuck, you really needed to push hard to open it. 2. Check out process was a little messy, a lot of people waiting on line and the process was very slow. 3. Food was nothing special, it was not bad but we expected more. There were a lot of options to choose from, but we only found a few tasty ones. Drinks like the coffee and juices in our opinion tasted very bad. Food quality was very average, but I guess this is expected from a buffet style.

We stayed at Hotel JS Alcudi-Mar for 6 days and everything was absolutely great! 🤩 The rooms were super clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were amazing with a great variety and quality. We’re definitely coming back!

We had an enjoyable week here. Internal refurb well done. Spa is good but not open early enough or late enough. Food is good for buffet style - gets very busy. Location is brilliant. Service from some staff let this down. Was extremely annoyed when we used car park for one night but was charged for two especially when it was half empty and the excuse from the receptionist was poor. JS please train your staff better. Addition: have revised review lower as we returned parking tag before dinner - after my Partners two sons had arrived. NOT 21:45. Will not return to a JS Hotel again after this.
