Great hotel in excellent location. Seconds to subway (orange and yellow lines). The room was perfectly sized and in great condition. Sheets, towels and bathroom were very clean. Everything was operational and easy to use. The interior design felt modern and classic and the same time. The staff was attentive and accommodating and always with a smile.

The Kixby is a quaint hotel that's the perfect location for a trip to NYC! It's an older hotel but it's been remodeled/well loved. The rooftop bar is an ideal place to grab a drink and see the Empire State Building which is only a block away! It's close to the subway and Penn Station and within walking distance to Times Square. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel over the chain hotel next door! Loved it!

I've stayed in many a hotels in my 36 years of existence .... the kixby hotel is by far the best hotel experience I've ever had, on entry the staff so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location and for the price we got smack bang in the centre of Manhattan, roof top bars great restaurant and again staff exceeded all expectations. Will definitely be back here.

Room was clean, quiet, and more spacious than I was expecting. Bathroom was also very clean. Water pressure was amazing and the body wash provided by the hotel was great. Great location. Great staff, always welcoming at the door and more than happy to help with bags, directions, taxi, or questions. Other guests were super nice. Overall great experience and atmosphere. We will definitely stay again!

Excellent location for exploring New York. You are right between the Empire State and Times Square. Hotel was nice. Impressive views of the Empire State from the roof terrace. The rooms were very good, just a little on the small size. Breakfast was disappointing. It was a buffet and it had the selection of muffins and bread, and a bit of fruit. But it was served in paper plates in a very dark room. I wouldn’t take the breakfast option. Lots of other places nearby to get a decent breakfast. The burger bar downstairs was amazing in contrast. I’d happily stay there again.
