Great hotel right at NYC city center. All the staff are very welcoming and ready to help you. Although you don't have breakfast service, you can grab a bagel, grab a coffee, and go... For free. Don't expect the greatest of the views over Manhattan. I stayed in room 2105 and had a decent view. Not to the iconic places but is OK. Overall... Is great value for money.

We stayed at the Pestana CR7 Times Square hotel for 8 nights and it was a 10/10 experience! We had the balcony suite on the top floor, and it felt so special and luxurious. The view was incredible, and the room was super comfortable. You could request housekeeping through the afternoon, which was nice because we tend to sleep in. The staff was amazing—Colin at the front desk went above and beyond to make the trip unforgettable!! On my birthday, there was wine, balloons, and a handwritten card in my room. Thank u Pestana!!

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it’s amazing. It’s always clean, the beds are comfortable and the best part is the incredible staff. Victor G, George, Janelle, Emily and the team go above and beyond to be helpful and make every stay welcoming. They have a lot of amenities that make it easy on business trips like complimentary coffee, water and fruit in the lobby. It’s a great central location, convenient to the subway and safe for walking. I stay in a lot of hotels and I always stay here in NYC now because of the team. The place always has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like a special guest, which is really nice when you’re traveling!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was incredible, just a short walk from Times Square and very close to public transportation, which made exploring the city so convenient. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after busy days in the city. The team was fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to Jorge at the reception desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay even better. Little details like free bagels and apples, along with complimentary coffee, really made a difference each morning and added a thoughtful touch to the experience. The fitness room was well equipped, perfect for keeping up with workouts during the trip. The only tiny hiccup was the lack of options for different types of pillows, but honestly, it didn’t detract much from the overall great experience. Highly recommend!

I wanted to give it 5 starts but I cannot. I booked the superior king room and choose the one facing the back of the building because it says the rooms facing the back would be more quiet. Friday and Saturday nights were unbelievably noisy with sirens every 10 mins. It was loud and hard for lighter sleeper to sleep. It says “sound proof” room, but I think it is only between rooms, not to the exterior. Also the AC does not hold the temperature. We like cooler temperatures but it snuggled to keep the room cool all night. Other than that, service was great (the staff are helpful all the time). Location is between the bus terminal, train station, subway, and also walkable to a lot of attractions. The coffee bar, the never empty fruit basket, and bagels in the morning are also great to have. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is clean. All drawers are spotless too!
