I keep coming back to this hotel - the service is incredible! I love seeing the staff, who are very kind, helpful, and attentive. They also always remember me even if there is significant time between trips, which is special. Great gym (!), apples all day, and comfy beds. There is something particularly great about their showerheads - perfect water pressure, warm water - that is fantastic after long days in the city. Plus, they have the mirrors in the bathrooms that don't fog up - much appreciated. The place is always spotless. Highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience during my stay! The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made my visit unforgettable was the outstanding service from Victor. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. He was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail—always with a warm smile. Victor truly elevated my stay with his kindness and dedication. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in his work. Employees like him make all the difference, and I can’t thank him enough for making my time here so enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back, and I’ll be recommending this hotel to friends and family—thanks in large part to Victor!

Really enjoyed this hotel as the Ronoldo soccer theme was perfect for my 11yo soccer playing son on his first trip to NYC. Walking distance to Times Square, Madison Square Garden, and Central Park. Rooms are small, but that's expected right in the heart of Manhattan, and this was bigger than the Fifth Ave hotel I stayed at once before for a similar price... and clean. Free 24/7 espresso machine was a nice bonus and free bagels while they last was cool, though I opted for buying a "real NYC" one from Liberty Bagels which was walking distance away. Staff was very friendly and suggested a great nearby NYC pizza joint "Upside Pizza" which was the best of 3 we tried including the long-lined famous Joe's Pizza in Times Square. Would stay again!

We got this place as a last resort option as me and my friends were gonna be in town for comic con. While the rooms can be pretty minimal in terms of space, we were still very much comfortable in our room! The staff was absolutely amazing, and while I don't remember all the names, one of the ones that stoodout was Ralph! He is an absolutely excellent employee and always greeted us with a smile and we shared many laughs during our stay for a few days. The staff always went above and beyond for our needs, even helping me find a quiet space in the hotel for a interview I had, they are the absolute stars of this hotel, and were easygoing and just great people to talk to. They ALL helped reccomend us bars and other forms of entertainment in the area that were quick walks, as all of the things we did were just a walk away and we never had to use transportation to get places. I read a lot of reviews stating that homeless people are quite prevalent on our street, however in 4 days we probably only saw one on that street, and even then during that one time they were never a bother to us. Absolutely awesome hotel and would absolutely stay again!

they are very creative about hidden fees. I ordered directly from their site, and it was a bit cheaper than booking.com, including taxes, "resort fees" (although it's not a resort), and then in the small letters under the cancellation policy, it states there's an extra "usage fee" of $25 per nights + 14.75%. See pic of the reservation confirmation... This is deceptive, crooked and just another way to extort more money in a hidden way. The hotel itself is okay, the room is tiny (even though it was a "premium" room), as in a single token chair, and not the kind of room you want to spend an extra minute in. street is not very inviting but close to times square. Even on a high floor it's very noisy from the garbage trucks and police sirens. The staff is nice, polite, welcoming and helpful, so kudos to them. Just on the account of the price deception I would not recommend.
