I stayed at the Pestana for a few weeks, and thanks to the team that works there it felt like home! The reception team was amazing - they’re super friendly and helpful, wonderful customer service experience - their team goes above and beyond to help you. The room was super clean and nicely decorated. The WiFi there is amazingly fast! The rooms are sound proof as well, you will not hear any noise. Housekeeping service comes everyday, as needed. Amazing stay from start to finish!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and modern, the room was small but had everything we needed. It was also quiet despite being near Times Square. We absolutely appreciated the staff accommodating us and letting us check in a few hours early and then check our bag with them after check out so we could keep enjoying the city without dragging luggage around. We look forward to returning to NYC and the Pestana!

I recently stayed at Pestana CR7 Times Square, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the atmosphere is vibrant yet comfortable. The management was equally impressive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was seamless and enjoyable. They really go above and beyond to make sure guests have a memorable time. I couldn't have asked for a better location either – it's right in the heart of Times Square, making it so convenient to explore everything the city has to offer. Overall, my stay at Pestana CR7 Times Square was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City. I’ll definitely be back!

I booked this hotel for a work trip, and it’s easily one of my favorite stays. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We originally booked three nights and took a red-eye flight, so we called ahead to let them know we’d be arriving early the next morning. Instead of marking it as a no-show, the host remembered me and adjusted the reservation, removing the first night—such a thoughtful gesture! While there’s no breakfast or market, they do offer bagels and coffee/espresso in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The rooms were spotless—seriously, no dust, smudges, or any sign of overused (but clean) bed linens. The space was a decent size, and although there was no closet, they maximized storage efficiently. A few minor drawbacks: • The TV setup isn’t ideal—no easy screen sharing or the ability to log into streaming services. • We put the sign up for room cleaning, but they only emptied the trash bins we left outside. No fresh towels or restocked toilet paper, which was disappointing. • The AC/heater wasn’t very precise. If we set it to 72°F, it would overshoot by 5+ degrees in either direction. Still, it functioned well, and I appreciated having both options. Overall, I was really happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel—especially for those who prioritize cleanliness.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for five days, and the experience was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded our expectations. We were graciously allowed to check in two hours early, and our room was kept spotless each day. The thoughtful touches, like daily bottled water and a generous breakfast spread, made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the hotel manager, whose hospitality truly stood out. He went above and beyond, assisting us with our bags at checkout and even offering a complimentary late check-out to accommodate our evening flight. Everything about this hotel—from its prime location to the outstanding staff and immaculate rooms—was simply perfect. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommended! - The London Girls”
