I love this hotel! I came here as a little getaway and it’s in the perfect spot. There’s many restaurants walking distance, the most popular spot of New York City, Times Square, is right around the corner. This hotel is also very clean and I felt very safe staying here as a women alone. This is the best hotel if your looking to come to New York City trust me you won’t regret coming here!!

Stayed 4 nights in this nice hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The housekeepers keep the rooms beautifully clean and tidy every day as well as the communal areas. There's complimentary tea, coffee snd water as well as fresh apples. Also pastries are served from 7am on first come first served basis. Room is small, but manager explained why this was case to me which is acceptable, but the bed was clean and extremely comfortable. Once we'd worked out how avenues and streets worked all tourist sites were within easy reach of hotel- thanks to staff for providing us with an old fashioned paper map!!

I had a great experience at this beautiful hotel. It is very nicely located. The whole hotel, lobby,rooms, common areas are spotless. The cleaning ladies clean and tidy the rooms daily (they change the towels also). Marilyn at the reception is great, so welcoming and making you feel like home. Her smile and vibrant personality makes you happy to see her every time you go back to the hotel. All staff is very friendly and always ready to assist with anything you might need. I would totally recommend for anyone who wants a beautiful room at the heart of the most busy area of New York (Times Square). Congratulations !!!!

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Times Square, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the major attractions. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, with fantastic amenities that made me feel right at home. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the overall ambiance of the hotel. The CR7 theme is tastefully done and adds a unique touch to the whole experience. I also appreciated the delicious dining options and the vibrant atmosphere throughout the property.
