We really enjoyed the full experience at this hotel and will definitely stay there next time we come to NYC! 1/, the hotel location is really good and close to many attractions in NYC. 2/ the rooms are a bit small but very nice and there is everything u need. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable we had very good night sleeps! 3/ the hotel is super clean! 4/ all the staff was amazing and super helpful! Special shoutout to Jorge and Marilyn - thank you so much for everything, you guys are the best!

I had a great experience at this beautiful hotel. It is very nicely located. The whole hotel, lobby,rooms, common areas are spotless. The cleaning ladies clean and tidy the rooms daily (they change the towels also). Marilyn at the reception is great, so welcoming and making you feel like home. Her smile and vibrant personality makes you happy to see her every time you go back to the hotel. All staff is very friendly and always ready to assist with anything you might need. I would totally recommend for anyone who wants a beautiful room at the heart of the most busy area of New York (Times Square). Congratulations !!!!

Big up for the hotel we stayed at in NYC, the new Pestana CR7 Times Square. Cute 4* lifestyle boutique hotel. Great location. Warmest hotel team I have ever met from start to finish. Always available and more than happy to help and advise my clients, each knew exactly who we were /my groups details. Special big thanks to Lilly the general manager who went above and beyond every day to make things perfect, and Marilyn the warmest of all and most adorable smiling receptionist, welcoming us as if we were her favorite people in the world. We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is very well located, the staff are very friendly and the facilities are great. We were absolutely delighted with the free bagels, croissants and coffee in the morning as we don't usually eat breakfast so these were just perfect to start our day. Our room was cleaned daily and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a great stay and if we ever return to NY, we will definitely look at this hotel option.
