I had an amazing time at this resort! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. All the entertainment team were amazing, a special shout-out to Ella and Moody who went above and beyond to make our stay fun and memorable. They were very enthusiastic and they really made the holiday special. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this resort.

Absolutely recommendable – a perfect stay all around! I had the great pleasure of spending a few days at this hotel, and I’m absolutely thrilled! From the moment I checked in, I was warmly welcomed – the staff are consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. The room was spotlessly clean, modernly furnished, and offered a wonderful view. The bed deserves special mention – I rarely sleep this well! The breakfast was varied and of high quality, featuring plenty of fresh and regional products. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was another real highlight – absolutely delicious and prepared with great attention to detail. The location of the hotel is ideal – quiet, yet central, so everything is within easy reach. Small touches like complimentary water in the room or a welcome treat show that attention is paid to every detail. In short: This hotel truly understands what genuine hospitality means. I will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

We had the most amazing 10 days at this hotel — I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the level of attention and care from the entire staff was outstanding. The facilities, rooms, and food were all fantastic, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional customer service. Everyone was so attentive and genuinely friendly, especially with my 18-month-old, who had an absolute blast. It was heartwarming to see how kind and welcoming everyone was with him. He loved dancing at the baby disco every evening after dinner — such a fun and thoughtful activity! We were also really impressed by the management team, who regularly walked around to speak with guests and make sure everything was perfect. That personal touch made us feel truly valued and cared for. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Superb one week holiday staying in a superior pool view room, which was beautifully presented and maintained throughout my stay. Food was excellent - the à la carte options offering a pleasant dining break from the buffet, which was always beautifully presented. Staff throughout the resort were superb, no matter what their role, always attentive. Very active entertainment team and some great snorkelling options available from the resort. Without hesitation I recommend this hotel.

Had a beautiful time. We have found the animation staff to be amazing, specifically Moody. Everyday they will get you involved in activities and constantly check to ensure you are enjoying your holiday. Daily games including volleyball and water polo. The bedroom is AMAZING😍 a separate living and bedroom in the deluxe room with a bath… and the aircon is also fabulous for the hot season. Food there always plenty of options to have especially if you’re fussy there will always be something to enjoy and the deserts are amazing and the A la Cartes are UNREAL. There was one gentleman I did not get the name of that gave us the best service and the chef is a very very good one. There is a range of different pools in the hotel if you want a quiet holiday you can have that, but if you want a fun holiday to meet people you also have the infinity pool with the pool bar to do that. The hotel is on the beach so you have a section of the beach to yourself and it’s beautiful day and night. Just to add the shout outs to the people who made our holiday extra special. Having an allergy with alcohol can be difficult however Eslam (Twist bar) would make something to suit me all the time using gin and I could not fault any of the drinks he made me and the hard work and time he put into helping me through the holiday. Secondly, Moody (Animation team) it is rare you go on a holiday and engage so thoroughly with a member of the team however Moody took his time out to come and speak to us, ensured we were having a fabulous experience, got us involved in all the entertainment, made us laugh constantly, all round was amazing and Jaz are definitely lucky to have him as part of the team. Islam (Splash bar) also helped a lot with the drinks and never left us without. Finally the cleaners have been immense, room was constantly spotless and the towel art was beyond amazing. All in all this holiday we have been greeted with big smiles and extremely friendly staff something you don’t always get in resorts. No matter how hot it is and how hard they are working the staff will work to put a smile on your face ❤️ Cannot wait to revisit this hotel.
