I had an amazing stay at Jaz Hotel Casa Del Mar! Everything was perfect — the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with lots of variety, and the atmosphere was super relaxing. The entire staff was friendly and always ready to help. A special shout-out to Ella, one of the best animators ever! She’s full of positive energy, always smiling, and made every activity so much fun. Thanks to her, every day felt special and full of good vibes. Highly recommend this hotel — I’ll definitely come back! 🌴☀️✨

This was my first time in Egypt, and Jaz Elite Casa del Mar contributed to the most successful first impression. This hotel fully deserves 5 stars and more. We opted for UAI and here are our impressions: - Everything looks impeccable and clean, as if it didn't have such a large flow of tourists. - From the moment we arrived at the reception, we were greeted by an extraordinarily warm and friendly staff, always with a smile on their faces. - The room we were given is very spacious and spotlessly clean. - As for the food, even the pickiest eater will find something to their liking. The variety of local and international dishes is impressive. Not at all seasoned with specific local spices, all of these are served separately so that everyone can season their food to their own taste. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, you don't have to worry about not having anything to eat or leaving the table unsatisfied. - Each waiter/bartender pays special attention to every tourist to make their experience as enjoyable as possible. - The resort has three à la carte restaurants, where you can make a reservation for a minimum of seven nights. - The pools are very clean and large, as are the sun loungers. - The sea: no undertow, the entrance is gentle, and there are no uninvited guests :) I would wholeheartedly recommend this

amazing hotel! the staff is really friendly and helpful. also the animation team is really nice. even if you don‘t want to join any activity they accept it and let you relax. also there is a relaxing area for the people that don’t like animation or music during the day. the evening entertainment is great and the shows to! the food is good and the à la carte restaurants are amazing. the hotel is clean and beautiful. i‘ll definetly come back!!☀️☀️☀️

We’ve spent 9 days at this beautiful hotel and enjoyed every minute of our time here. Very hot every day, lots of sunshine we haven’t seen a single cloud in the sky. Food and drinks excellent with plenty of choice, we really enjoyed the aqua restaurant for lunch the a la carte restaurants especially the Italian where Haitham took great care of us. Nice cocktails especially in Bar Uno, jazzy soul was our favourite. Spent most of our days at the infinity pool and swim up bar, nice comfortable sun loungers and great service from the bar staff, shout out to Karim for keeping the drinks flowing. Animation team do a great job with lots of activities for those who want to join in. Hotel itself is very clean, both inside and outdoors. Gardens and beach area are immaculate. What makes this hotel stand out is the staff and the amazing service, the staff go over and above to make sure your stay is enjoyable. We would definitely like to come back again and would highly recommend.

We’ve had an amazing holiday in Egypt at the Jaz elite Casa del mar. Food has been fantastic and a good choice of restaurants. The staff are the star prize at the hotel, Ella has been brilliant and always trying to get us involved. Alice, Mia and mauna are great with the staff and so polite when walking around. You can do lots or just chill, this hotel has it all. Always available and constantly around to get you a drink or involve you in an activity. The rooms are always clean and the hotel in general is very clean and modern. We will be back soon I’m sure.
