Staff experience varied from wonderful to pretty rude. Buffet restaurant has birds flying around inside and I saw one nibbling on the dessert buffet when nobody was present, and returned to the table to find another helping itself to my dessert. So, hygiene is pretty bad and staff must know but just don't care. Free drinks advertised are only the cheapest, and staff half fill the glass. Cleaners are good. Pools are too cold to use without risking pneumonia. Access to red sea requires footwear, unless you want your feet cut to pieces on rocks and coral. Too many staff wanting to sell activities, massages and the like. Guests don't want to be harassed by sales people and are quite capable of seeking these things out of the want them. Desperately needs a child free zone. Renovations have left a some of the common area unusable, with toilets out of action and dust from stonework drifting thru the air. Unable to relax on beach as music blaring at 10am in the morning. Having said all that, the place is pretty good. Really, if they fix the issues above it'd be great.

We used Expat Explore for our Egypt bookings.I am currently at this resort in Presedential suit. Rooms are beautifully decorated . The Reason I gave Service 1 star is because bed sheet was not changed, and day old bed sheet or comforter not tucked in.It was as if they just flipped back comforter and called it a day Amenities like water, juice, towels ,not replinshed . I called Recpetion requesting aboved amenities and bed be made. Guess what on return at 11 pm bed still not remade. They replinshed amenities though. In room TV didnot work inspite of service request to reset modem.
Pool and Aqua Park closes at 4pm.
No onsite Jacuzzis or Hot tubs inspiteof being a Million dollar Hotel.
No onsite 24 hour cafe for late night snack. Yes you can order but now you have to pay for it inspite of being All inclusive resort.
Beach is almost man made with dead coral and it seems their is concrete and Sand poured on top which has obviously eroded. You better have very steady water shoes to get in water.
Food is Medicocore with extremely salty meals and stews. Pastry chef needs to work on improving taste and not just focus on presentation.
When requested to take a few late night meals to room. They said we cannot as this is against policy and directed us to get it from paid restaurants.
Drinks are pure water. Cheapest Red wine posssible. Think of watered Red wine.
For that kind of money find your self a better Resort.

Unheated pool. When you ask the staff about it, all they do is splash water on your hands and say it's not that bad.
On the day of check out, the employee comes around 8 and wakes us up saying that we have to move out today. Check out is until 12 and we have not forgotten. Then he comes again at 11:30 and asks if we know what time it is. I had never experienced anything like that anywhere else.

A clean and well appointed hotel resort located on the shores of the Red Sea.
The package for us was complete with food and drinks, which spoilt us completely. The pool was great overlooking the sea. The sea itself is difficult to access,as you require to walk over dead coral, otherwise it's great.

Hotel is beautiful, would definitely recommend coming. Staff and animation definitely provide the upmost services to entertain you. The room is perfect with amazing views. One of the best hotels I’ve been to.
