I stayed at Long Beach Resort Hurghada for one night after my flight was canceled and the airline arranged the stay. We were placed in one of the older villa rooms on the first floor. It was clean and decent, but clearly about 20 years old, you can definitely feel the age. The room was under a concrete roof and just couldn’t cool down during the day, which made it a bit uncomfortable. The beach is definitely long, as the name promises, but not particularly impressive. I’ve seen much nicer beaches at cheaper or similarly priced hotels in Hurghada. The main restaurant was very loud, but I was pleasantly surprised by the food. There was a good variety and everything I tried was tasty breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The main pool is huge, with multiple depths and plenty of loungers in both sun and shade, which was great. However, the pool bar only serves water in tiny glasses, not bottles, so you have to keep going back for refills. On the bright side, some of the renovated areas of the resort do look nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there are lots of small bars and chill-out areas around the resort, which gives it a lively feel. That said, based on this short stay, I personally wouldn’t choose this hotel for a vacation, there are better options in the same price range in Hurghada.

I’m currently here at long beach resort, and can honestly say it’s one of the best holidays we’ve ever been on. The staff are amazing and will do anything for you. I especially want to mention Nader at the Cascade bar, he is so friendly and polite and always has a smile on his face. The entertainment team are also great. My daughter loves the mocktails available.

Fantastic hotel. Lovely food and people. I have really enjoyed the experience and the exercise classes such as the morning stretches and Zumba. Good gym facilities also, both indoors and out. The staff have a warm, friendly, humorous personality. A clear 10/10 experience from me. Thanks guys.

I stayed for 8 days at Long beach and I would say it’s definitely worth your money. The room was incredibly clean and it was cleaned everyday, the AC was also fantastic. The shuttle bus from the reception to the villas or restaurant was always around. Everyone is really, really nice and helpful. The food is nice and there is a variety of different restaurant that you can book via their app, I advise you book a few days in advance if you really want to secure a spot. The main restaurant is also nice and clean, but the food is absolutely the same everyday which can get really boring after 3 days. The pools are amazing, cleaned regularly and close to the bar/ beach. There’s different activities for adults as well as children to keep you entertained. Please buy whatever you need from the mall outside the hotel as the shops within really try to scam you; from swimming costumes to sweets or anything really. They wanted €5 for a pack of cigarettes when you can buy these for almost €2 outside. ( around 100LE). A SIM card was sold at €15, but for the same options you can get it outside for €5. Feel free to negociate with your tour guides as they also try to get as much money out of you as they can. We had a starting price of €900 which eventually was left at €310. THE WIFI DOES NOT WORK- we reported this many times, but nothing was done about it.

Very nice stay in Hurghada. Comparing to other hotels with similar standards offered, this one was surprisingly good. The complex is very large and offers free shuttle bus service around it. Nice standard of rooms, good variety of food and nice service. The only minus is the beach area as it is quite shallow and there is reef graveyard so not a lot of fishes to see and to swim I recommend pools. Very grateful for bartender Nader Mohamed by the Breeze Restaurant he was great and very helpful. Will sure comeback to try again drinks by him.
