This hotel was the best hotel I’ve stayed in, the cleanliness of the place was great, the variety of food, bars and snacks were great! The hotel staff were all great to talk to and very friendly. Hotel housekeeper Said Mohammad was great with us, he went above and beyond for my partners birthday and made us animals from towels on our bed, or made pretty flower arrangements daily. Islam Mohammad from the pool bar had such great service and a good outgoing funny personality, he treated us very well. We did a boat excursion, where Alex and Ibrahim stood out for their service, they both had a great attitude and made the boat trip a lot better than we had even hoped for. We didn’t have much interactions with the animation team, but when we did they were very nice, trying to encourage us to get involved with the hotels activities. All round a great trip! I will be booking this hotel atleast once per year from now on. Thank you to all the staff at Hurghada Long Beach

Just returned home and i have got to say we’ve had a fantastic holiday one of the best, and we travel all over the world but this was our first time in Egypt and it was extra special. All staff went above and beyond every day to make our holiday experience memorable, from fantastic cocktails to great service around the pools and Restaurants, from waiters service making our coffee every morning, we didn’t lift a finger all week. We are gutted to be home. We would definitely return again in the future. All staff was brilliant but these went the extra mile. We didn’t know who big ramy was before we came to Egypt 🇪🇬 but we do now ha ha, so from me and big ramy we thank all the staff at long beach for a wonderful holiday experience.

The best hotel in Hurghada! We stayed here from 3-11/01 in room 278 and we absolutely loved it. Hotel has that insta style, the best variety of food, the staff are amazing. Many thanks to our housekeeper who made sure our room was spotless every day with new design on our bed made from towels and fresh flowers. The animation team playful and always happy. The bar and restaurant staff was top quality making sure we had drinks at the tables and sunbeds at all times. Special thanks to Diving school who accommodated our needs and had a positive can do attitude. This hotel is truly exceptional and we will be back this year again with group of friends. People who work there deserve a medal for being so welcoming. This hotel is always a step ahead of you with whatever you need. I cannot thank them enough for making my holiday so enjoyable. I had packed lunch made by the hotel for my trips, Raham made me lemon and honey drink when I had sore throat, fresh towels in luggage area so you can use pool after you check out, housekeeper welcomed us when we arrived and would always ask if we needed anything, nothing was a problem for the hotel staff, there is nothing this hotel cannot do. I don’t like going to the same places for holidays but I will make an exception this time, this resort is not just a hotel, it’s a family and the people who we met were the nicest ones. Thank you everyone at Long beach 🫶🏼

Ugh. Nope. Not again. If you are a non-smoker, this place is not for you. The cigarette smoke is everywhere. In the hallways outside your room, coming in from the balcony, on the beach, at the pool, wafting into the dining hall, at any entry point, at any table where you might want to sit and relax... The lawn mower started up at 8am right outside our room. Do they even think about the guests? The gardens were lovely, and I appreciate all the work put into them, but this was disappointing, and to be honest, angering. There is ONE accessible washroom for hundreds of guests between the two main dining halls, (which are absolutely packed, by the way. None of the restaurants in The Point are open during slow season we learned, a little too late. But it's ALL listed online) which was CLOSED FOR CLEANING DURING BREAKFAST.🤦🏻‍♀️ The highlight would be the staff. With exception to the Front Reception. Everyone is happy and smiling and welcoming.

Had an amazing stay at Long Beach this week. The hotel is lovely and the staff were phenomenal 🙂. Special shout out to Thomas in the main restaurant for being so lovely and helpful and making meal times feel special. He was always smiling and kind. The chefs were always helpful about food (I’m vegan) but some of the labelling was off (said a green bean salad was vegan but it has lunch meat in it, so be careful and ask if unsure cause they are helpful). The room was lovely and spacious and the house keepers were excellent! The pools were brilliantly maintained and the staff clearly took pride in their work. There were quite a few people selling day trips and stuff around the pool which was fine but after a while it did get a bit repetitive so it’s worth getting a ‘do not disturb’ flag for the umbrella. That being said the day trips we signed up for were amazing (diving in particular) but you do have to be firm on upsells and negotiate prices - you can get some very good deals. The drinks included were lovely and Hamdy on the pool bar made our experience by the pools really fun as he remembered our drinks orders, made us cocktails and bought them too us. We really liked that there was something for everyone at the resort. Cascade was a bit busy for us so we used the other restaurants and facilities and enjoyed our experience hugely. Front desk, concierge, restaurant, bar, pool, maintenance and cleaning staff were all fantastic, polite, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend ☀️
