Had an amazing stay at Long Beach this week. The hotel is lovely and the staff were phenomenal 🙂. Special shout out to Thomas in the main restaurant for being so lovely and helpful and making meal times feel special. He was always smiling and kind. The chefs were always helpful about food (I’m vegan) but some of the labelling was off (said a green bean salad was vegan but it has lunch meat in it, so be careful and ask if unsure cause they are helpful). The room was lovely and spacious and the house keepers were excellent! The pools were brilliantly maintained and the staff clearly took pride in their work. There were quite a few people selling day trips and stuff around the pool which was fine but after a while it did get a bit repetitive so it’s worth getting a ‘do not disturb’ flag for the umbrella. That being said the day trips we signed up for were amazing (diving in particular) but you do have to be firm on upsells and negotiate prices - you can get some very good deals. The drinks included were lovely and Hamdy on the pool bar made our experience by the pools really fun as he remembered our drinks orders, made us cocktails and bought them too us. We really liked that there was something for everyone at the resort. Cascade was a bit busy for us so we used the other restaurants and facilities and enjoyed our experience hugely. Front desk, concierge, restaurant, bar, pool, maintenance and cleaning staff were all fantastic, polite, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend ☀️

If you are from the UK and are thinking of booking this holiday DON’T. My daughter booked this last minute for us and at a glance the reviews looked ok. This is definitely not a 4/5 Star hotel, and should no way have that rating. Holiday makers beware!! The rooms are tatty and need upgrading, the bathroom stank of urine and although the beds looked clean on inspection, the linen pillows smelt of dirty hair. The soft furnishings have seen better days and the furniture in the rooms is tatty and covered with paint specks from many historical paint jobs. The stone worktops are full of stains and the room generally is very disappointing. The food is not great either, there is lots of choice but all the meats/fish I tried were over cooked and very dry. I didn’t starve but I don’t think I had one meal that was memorable. The waiters are un attentive and not helpful. If you ask a waiter and it’s not his area they will refuse to help you or just point to someone else who’s halfway across the other side of the restaurant. The drinks are bad. I’ve been to other All Inclusives where the alcohol beverages are poor but here even the soft drinks are awful and there is just no other option apart from water. The pool area is ok and is well tended and the beach area is quite nice, with lots of places to swim and there are privacy screens around the sun loungers, but again everything is very dated and I felt I was travelling back in time. I’ve been to Egypt before to different hotels and I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety to choose from every day. The location was also excellent, making it easy to enjoy both relaxation and nearby attractions. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Definitely a well-deserved 10/10!

Amazing hotel ! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. The staff were friendly and always helpful. I would definitely stay here again with my family! Entertainment part of hotel was absolutely perfect! Kante made us do Zumba everyday. I even became fit because of her :))

Our stay at the hotel was amazing! The staff were incredibly kind, always smiling and helpful – you can really see they care about the guests. The animators were absolutely fantastic – full of energy, fun, and great at creating a lively atmosphere. They made every day special and full of laughter. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back! 🌴💛
