Amazing place and amazing staff the lounge bar is the place to be for great drinks. The best cocktails we have had. The rooms are cleaned so beautifully. As I said amazing staff and always so friendly. Food is good too. They went above and beyond for us being dairy free. The desk to the right of reception tell them about your allergies and they will put it on paper and you take it to breakfast lunch and dinner and they will cater to your needs.

Stunning hotel, great location, rooms nice, clean. Staff fantastic, treat them with respect please. We Scots do,the same can't be said for eastern Europeans, particularly Russians. They are the rudest travellers in the world. Absolutely vile to the staff and ignorant to other holidaymakers. Enough if them, the hotel is very big, check in quick,no issues. Aircon great, good shower, big screen TV,pools fantastic, beach beautiful. Trips can be booked in the hotel,we had a fishing morning out on a boat ourselves, glass bottom,3.5 hours for £50 each. Cannot fault it. A small tip of Egyptian pounds, not euro or pound coins, useless to the staff, and they treat you like royalty. Maybe that's because we weren't barking or screaming at them like the Russians. It's time that Russia was just blocked as they are the most awful people, not all of course, but many, many of them. Male and female.

I am disappointed with the overall experience at this hotel. While the property itself is visually appealing and well-maintained, the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. We found the meals to be subpar, often undercooked and repetitive. After just three days of our stay, we experienced food poisoning which persisted even after we returned home. The only saving grace in terms of cuisine was the bread, as cheese was only available during breakfast hours.
In terms of accommodations, it is worth noting that the room we received did not meet our expectations based on the price we paid. It seems that even with an additional £600 payment, one may still end up with a standard room. Our experience was reflective of this disparity. Furthermore, we found the evening entertainment to be inconsistent, as its location changed daily. When seeking clarity from the reception staff, we were often met with a lack of information, resulting in our attendance at the entertainment just once during our 10-day stay.
Ultimately, I cannot recommend this hotel at this time. It is not a worthwhile investment of money or time.
Food poisoning is assured at this particular hotel. We shall never revisit this establishment in the future.

Highly recommend you stay at Long Beach Resort. The hotel itself is stunning and caters to all ages, with lots to do and see from bars, restaurants, entertainment, excursions as well as an absolutely beautiful beach 😍. Firstly I would like to give a massive thank you to Reda who goes above and beyond with his incredible service. He is extremely welcoming and super helpful. All the staff at Long Beach Resort have been brilliant there are to many to name but thank you to each and everyone one of you. We will definitely be back again with family and friends.

Huge All Inclusive resort that does everything you would expect well. Rooms in the main building were a bit basic but spotless. AC was good and very much needed. Food was good and varied providing you are willing to give things a try. Speciality restaurants, especially the Nubian, are good. Enough pools to provide something for everyone's taste, same with evening bars, etc. the beach is sensational with a private reef for snorkeling which is as good as anything paid for. Drinks are a bit average, particularly the beer. All in all it's a really good resort for families and couples which we would definitely return to.
