Overall, very good, but very very big. Lots of walking involved 😜 nice rooms (nothing fancy) but clean and tidy. Food was…alright actually 👍 drinks on the other hand no good, the cup size is that of a child’s drink, around 250ml beers served each time, beer and cocktails I thought certainly lacked quality. The pools are decent, so many of them and a few are heated. Always somewhere to sit aswell, plenty of sun loungers. No issues there. It has a beach but it’s not that sandy, it’s very hard, but we don’t really use the beaches in Egypt. Staff on a whole are very good, very friendly, a couple a bit iffy and seem to prioritise the blonde English women 🙄 the guys on reception I thought where damn rude. Almost like I was causing them an inconvenience checking in and out. However, let them be! We had a good time and the price we payed. £900 for a week for me and my oldest son I cannot complain. Would I go again? Yes, if I got a good deal. Is it worth much more? My opinion, no. We have visited a few hotels in Hurghada so have a good comparison.

We had a truly unforgettable stay at Long Beach Resort in Hurghada with my wife. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the incredible hospitality. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure our comfort and always greeted us with a warm smile. Their kindness and dedication made us feel truly welcome every single day. There was one exception – a Front Office employee who seemed more serious than a U.S. border officer, which felt a bit out of place in such a friendly atmosphere. However, everyone else made up for it with their positive energy and professionalism. Our room was spotless and comfortable, the food was tasty with a great variety, and the entire resort area was beautifully maintained. One of the absolute highlights was the breathtaking coral reef just off the shore, full of vibrant, colorful fish – a true paradise for snorkelers. The best recommendation we can give is this: we’re already planning to come back next year!

Very bad experience. At first, I enjoyed my stay. The restaurant staff was incredibly kind, pleasant, and always smiling, special mention to them. However, my stay took a terrible turn when my one-year-old baby simply touched a table on the terrace made of wicker and glass. The glass fell because it wasn’t properly secured. Guess what? They asked me to pay for it supposedly with a discount, but gave me no invoice or anything I could provide to my insurance. It’s outrageous, especially since both they and I have insurance. I should have filed a complaint because they put my baby in danger. My daughter could have been seriously injured, as well as my son. If you have young children, I strongly advise against this hotel. I will never set foot there again. And very soon, you’ll see a TikTok exposing what happened!

“Our stay at the hotel in Egypt is an unforgettable experience! The hotel had a fantastic location, right by the beach with a beautiful view of the Red Sea. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the service was very friendly, always ready to help with anything we needed. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! Every day, a variety of dishes were served to satisfy every taste – from traditional Egyptian dishes to international specialties. Fresh fruits, aromatic spices, and delicious desserts made every meal a true feast. It’s also worth mentioning the all-inclusive option, which allowed us to enjoy a wide range of restaurants and bars throughout the day. The highlight of the hotel was definitely the animation team. Every day, they organized various activities – from morning exercises on the beach to pool games and evening shows that attracted large crowds. The animators were amazing – full of energy, always smiling, and ready to have fun. Thanks to them, every day at the hotel was filled with joy and laughter. Egypt turned out to be a perfect place for relaxation, but also for active leisure. The hotel, the food, the people, and the animators created an unforgettable atmosphere that we will remember for a long time.”

I liked the new room in a bungalow we had. It was freshly renovated and close to reception. But if you are in a bungalow up the hill, you need to walk far everwhere. The hotel area is super big, but they offer free bus transfers. Actually there was free wifi everywhere even though when I booked I was told different, this was great. They offer a free app to download with almost all informations you will need. I did not get any informations about this with checkin. The whole checkin process needs to be improved, especially with a big hotel like this. No info of shuttle buses, the app, restaurants, pools, nothing. Only “hello, passport, fill out, he will bring you to your room.” The reef on the old jetty is great for snorkeling but the way in is very steep. The beach is good to discover all kinds of crabs and seastars, much sand easy access. The food was good. Most staff was very friendly. Directly in front of the hotel are shopping facilities with good prices for souvenirs if you negotiate. Inside shopping is expensive and unfriendly. As they have a lot of pools you can always find a sunbed and shade somewhere even though they were fully booked. For a 7 day stay it was good. Improve some things and it would be great. 🚀 Especially checkin/checkout is first and last impression of a hotel. Food could have more variations, like themes.
