It is one of the best all inclusive hotels I have ever stayed at. I can only recommend it. There are different types of restaurants that you can choose from. There is one 24 hour restaurant on the premises called “Grease” and the alcoholic drinks are included in the price. It is very family friendly and has a wonderful pool for people to swim in. They are currently building an adults only section so if you do not wish to stay in the family section that is a possibility. Once again I can only recommend it. They alsp have a diving and snorkeling company on site where you can book great dives.

Very clean and spacious hotel. Staff spoke very good English and food was top, always fresh, with a good selection at the buffet. The staff went out of their way to help us with a problem we had with an excursion and helped us solve it. Highly recommend.

Not good experience at all!! Started with happy vacation and end with worst vacation!! Two bad situation with hotel service!! Having an injury on my leg from u-shape aqua, and didn’t receive the expected support from the guard or stuff. Firstly, waiting for doctor hotel for long time without any help, after that going to Gouna hospital for support with Uber, hotel didn’t offer any support or offer any ride while we trying found a car!! Secondly, after getting back from hospital while my leg is tied, and can’t put it on the floor the hotel gate stuff tell me that I can use the golf car to take me to my room which away from reception 15 min walks, and I can call it tomorrow morning while I am leaving since I can’t walk. And when I call the reception next day to take me to the gate they told me that the two golf car are off, and there is no any car to take me to the reception, and when we ask them to have a wheel chair instead, they mention that someone from my family to go to reception to get it and no one from the stuff can get it to my room, and they was very rude and they mention is normal that my old parents to walk for 3 times 15 min each time!!! And after 2 min when we go out from the room we found thar the golf care taking bags from other room and they are not off at all as they mentioned!! Which they are lying!!!! After getting an injury from hotel aqua that what I receive at the end!!!!

Unfortunately, our stay wasn't entirely pleasant due to an unpleasant incident where someone stole our AirPods while we were in the sea on our fourth day. Despite efforts from the beach staff, security, and hotel manager to investigate, no success was achieved. Disappointingly, there was no effort made to improve security, leaving us feeling unsafe. The front office staff were very poor in their assistance from the first day and displayed unfriendly behavior. The worst experience was with the lady from guest relations, who was exceptionally rude and displayed a very unprofessional attitude. If you have any issues, I wouldn't recommend seeking assistance from her, as she only responds with aggressive behavior. As someone who works in a hotel, I understand that unpleasant situations can occur, but it's crucial for the hotel to handle such incidents properly to reassure guests and prevent future occurrences. Also, the buffet fell short in terms of variety and quality for breakfast, lunch, and dinner compared to other hotels. Despite this, the hotel itself is nice and hotel lobby is clean. On a positive note, I would like to mention a few employees who were very kind. Especially Sameh Ibrahem, Mahmoud, Saad from the beach bar, provided excellent service. The beach staff - Mohamed Ibrahim, Yousef very friendly. Special thank you to Karema Mohamed, always with a smile, deserves special recognition for the cleanest beach toilets I have ever seen. She truly deserves appreciation from management. Always kind and helpful was also the staff near the pool and at the towel station. We highly recommend visiting the spa during your stay. Sherifa, the best salesperson, promptly arranged a treatment for us within two hours, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. While the Beer Garden offers a nice atmosphere, we suggest that the waiters receive better training for improved service. Additionally, we truly appreciate that this is the first hotel in Egypt that we have visited with many female employees.

If u like all inclusive resorts full of Europeans then this is the place for u. The food was actually pretty good. The wine and beer less so. Rooms were nice. Just not my sort of place.
