**Amazing Stay!** We spent a few wonderful days at this hotel and can't wait to return! From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized. The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was fantastic – a wide selection of fresh products, delicious dishes, and great coffee. The hotel restaurant also deserves praise – the food was exquisite, and the service was top-notch. The hotel's location is ideal – close to the city center yet in a quiet area. We also had the chance to enjoy the spa area – it was a real treat for the senses. The pool, sauna, and massages were all of the highest quality. In summary, our stay at this hotel was unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to relax and unwind in comfortable surroundings. We will definitely be back!

Good hotel and facilities but stuff need some training how to deal with guests, really stuff treats guests badly specially if you are Egyptian. Mr. Mansour did not solve my issue he tried the traditional way, but his solution didn't work. Over all its a nice place to spend your vacation.

I had an amazing stay at Golden Beach Hotel with my family, and I have nothing but positive things to say. The hotel is well-maintained, with beautifully kept gardens and fantastic pools. The food was correct, and they made a real effort to offer variety. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I had the pleasure of spending the week with Nagi, the lifeguard, who was just wonderful. He was so kind, friendly, and always had a smile on his face, and he was amazing with the kids. Chef Mina at the Bansai restaurant is simply incredible—you can dine there without any hesitation, and he even puts on a show! The buffet manager at breakfast and lunch was always so sweet and cheerful, as was the head of the buffet servers. Big bravo to the animation team especially Ada great job guys and thanks for the kindness of the spa team Honestly, I would return without hesitation!

This place offers many amenities and this limited space may not be enough to express every thing I want to report, almost all positive comments. Great friendly staff, respectful and responsive management, pools, beach, water sports, games, music, dancing, entertainment, multiple great restaurants with different ethnic flavors in addition to the main dining room. All inclusive. Family/ children friendly. I’m planning to come here next time I visit the Red Sea 🌊. Best of all a very reasonable price. I recommend with no hesitation.

It was a very bad experience and I will not repeat it in terms of food quality as it is acceptable, but in order to find acceptable service, you must tip everyone, otherwise you will serve yourself. if you get cold water so you are lucky they don’t have the concept of the cold water. The animation theater is not air-conditioned and the electricity cuts off a lot, even in the dining hall. As for the cleanliness, the pool is very bad. The beach is rocky and you need to walk about a kilometer in the water in order to swim. overall, it was a very bad experience that will not be repeated, and I do not recommend it to anyone.
