  • Breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche or La Brioche (7am to 10am)
  • Late breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant (10am to 11pm)
  • Lunch at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine or Zum Kaiser (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
  • Snacks at the Beach Bar at Dana Beach Resort (12pm to 2.30pm), Club MC (12pm to 5pm), Aqua Park Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm) and La Brioche Café (3pm to 5pm)
  • Dinner at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche, L’Asiatique and Alfredo (6.30pm to 9pm) or La Brioche (6.30pm to 9.30pm)

An absolutely outstanding experience at Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park Resort – Neverland Hurghada! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The resort is beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and full of life. The staff were beyond amazing — respectful, kind, always smiling, and truly went the extra mile to make us feel special. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming, I honestly wished my vacation was longer… I would’ve gladly stayed even more! This place is more than just a resort — it’s a memory I’ll treasure. Can’t wait to come back again!”

Pros: The facility is really nice with lots of attractions, the food is also good with varieties ( which is the reason my review has two stars not only one) Cons: Expensive. There were couple of comments regarding the room that I didn’t really give too much attention to them until I met the guest relation and that what really frustrated me. Their manager “Emad” promised to make it better but nothing was done and he didn’t respond back when I called him. I am still in my middle of my stay and will try to pass it so I can enjoy the rest of it.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-furnished. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens felt fresh. I especially appreciated the modern amenities like the smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and the well-stocked minibar. The view from the room was beautiful, and housekeeping did a fantastic job each day. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Visited with our 1 year old son 10 years ago & loved the place then. We returned this year with our now 11 year old son & we’re blown away! The resort is so much larger than it used to be, with what seems like endless swimming pools & water slides! The queues for the water slides were very reasonable but be careful which pools you jump in as not all of them are heated! 😂 The food was amazing, the animation team were entertaining & all of the staff were accommodating & friendly. The BBQ’s on an evening were a real favourite of my family - as were the free dodgems & roller skating. The VR (virtual reality) experience was also fun for all the family. My son loved the ‘lolly stand’ near reception - I aslo took advantage of a free lolly or two! The bumper boats were also great fun & gave us a welcome break from sunbathing. There were also lots of places around the resort to watch football, it was even available in our room. Whatever you’re looking for in a holiday - this resort has it in abundance! We will definitely be returning again & would highly recommend a visit.

Where do I begin? Friendly and welcoming staff. An extremely well-maintained resort where they do everything to keep it up to date in terms of maintenance. The rooms were very neat and clean. We had a small issue with the balcony door which was resolved within a few hours after reporting it. Plenty of slides and swimming pools, along with lots of other entertainment options. The restaurant was also neat and well-organized, with good food. The show offered at the resort was definitely worth seeing. It was a great first experience for us in Egypt and at this resort — we would love to come back again.
