- Late breakfast at Le Marche Restaurant from 10am to 11am
- Lunch at Le Marche Restaurant from 12.30pm to 2.30pm
- Dinner at Le Marche Restaurant from 6.30pm to 9.30pm
- Late dinner at Le Marche Restaurant from 10pm to 12 midnight
- Snacks in the Food Court from 12.30pm to 4pm
- Snacks at Red Sky Bar at the Beach Albatros Resort from 12.30pm to 4pm
- A wide selection of national beverages, including alcoholic and soft drinks, juices, beer, cocktails, coffee, tea and house wine by the glass. Drinks are all inclusive from 10am to 12 midnight. Extra charges apply outside these hours
- Drinks are available at varying times in the Columbus Bar, Aqua Bar, Cubana Bar, Irish Pub, Food Court Bar, The Bridge disco and the Red Sky Bar at the Beach Albatros Resort
- Ice creams in the Food Court from 11am to 4pm and the Aqua Bar from 11am to 5pm
- Crepes in the Food Court from 4pm to 5pm

We arrived at the property at 11:30am and was told Check-in Time is at 2pm, which was fine. We waited in Lobby thinking our room could get ready sooner since we arrived early, but it did not. We waited until 2pm and still room was not ready. We were told it is not ready and we should just go and eat lunch while room gets ready. We did so, we came back around 3pm, we then were told some issue with the payment that it went to another one of their branches by the Travel Agent, we waited until this payment was transferred over for yet another 1 hour. We then started walking to our room after waiting almost 5 hours then we find out they gave us a room that was garden view which was not what we booked, we booked a pool view, we paid extra for this. We headed back thru the burning sun, waiting again for 1/2 hour. They started walking us to another building and we walked up to the 3rd floor, but after looking at the room, we find out the room did not even have A/C as it was not working and the room had only partial view and the other room had no pool view. We waited again until they had to figure this screw up again. Not until 6pm they finally get us a pool view room at another one of their places that had the pool view that we paid for. The complete 1st day was lost, yet they refused to waive the first night. It was a complete waist for us. I would not go back there again as this really was the worst experience for me. The rest of the stay was fine.

My whole family agreed this was an excellent holiday to remember. The hospitality was outstanding. Everything I ate was fresh, vibrant and delicious. Some of us had spa treatments these were amazing. Others in the family preferred to go on the excursions. A chilled yoga session hit the spot and we had family games that were fun. We were even invited back for another game of darts despite my own unusual throwing technique ! Brilliant Fun. We highly recommend this resort.

Amazing hotel for everyone! As a family you have all the entertainment you need/want but you can also relax in different areas if you like it less active and loud. Really big hotel with a lot of guests but never too crowded. There are 3 different buffet restaurants with plenty of room to sit. Never had problems to find a sunbed as you have so many different options and nice heated pools
The animation team is really nice and friendly, always active and happy. They put a lot of effort into all the different parties at the pool, beach or bars. The hotel was very clean, people are constantly cleaning the floors and dining areas. We stayed at room 2440 and this room was very big and had an amazing view on the pool and the sea. The man who cleaned the room was really nice and sweet. He asked us daily if everything was okay and helped us whenever we asked. Also the people working at the reception, the bars, the pool, the beach, really everyone was always friendly with a big smile on their faces. So thanks to every single person that made our vacation special and one to never forget!!!

This was our first time visiting Egypt and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff who checked us in efficiently. The rooms were a good size and exceptionally clean with all the required equipment. Whilst exploring the hotels vast size, we had met and spoke to many staff members who were happy to assist and ensure we were welcome.
The food was great with a good variety of options on offer, and waiters/ chefs would try to ensure we had everything we needed. All staff members made our children feel very welcome.
With a lot of facilities on-site, we were kept busy trying out the variety of different pools and water slides which were well maintained and clean. Life guards maintained a high level of alertness due to the number of children around the pools ensuring we could relax a little.

We had such an incredible family holiday!! The staff couldn't do enough for us!!! Special shout out for Julia, Ali & Mustafa!! We would come back just for one of Ail's cocktails alone!! They really made us feel so relaxed and comfortable and I just had to leave a review i hope they see this as they really made this holiday the best one yet for our large family. I would 100% recommend this hotel for your next family holiday as the staff are five stars!
