Just back from the hotel we stayed here for about a week. The staff at the hotel are phenomenal, they couldn’t have been more helpful. The rooms are really good quality and great for children. They have a warm pool close to the main building which was great in December! Plenty of sun-beds and the staff look after the area really well. The aqua park was great fun and again the service was brilliant. I’d highly recommend it! My only thing I’ll say is the on-site shops (independent shops) are a complete rip off if you go to the local mall (60EGP by taxi) there are loads of cheaper shops. The food at the hotel was good for buffet food but after 4 days I could stomach eaten anymore of it! If they could change it about a bit more often that would be better!

Brilliant hotel, staff and entertainment. The staff were all more than helpful and the animation team are amazing, the kids club could do with updating. Ouzo was our main man from the animation team, he always made sure us and our kids were having fun and included. The only issue I have with the hotel is that they need bigger rooms, we are a family of 6 and had to have 2 rooms when it would’ve been ideal to have 1 big family room or connecting! The hotel was clean & tidy, always people ensuring the place is super well maintained. There was a variety of food brilliant, lots to choose from and the pancakes were a hit with the kids! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I was initially a bit skeptical because everything looked dated, but we decided to give it a chance due to the good reviews. When I first arrived, I regretted it and wondered why I hadn't just booked a more luxurious hotel. However, after really exploring the hotel, I loved it! The food was good, and I'm a really picky eater. The restaurants are varied, with something tasty every day. Sometimes I even regretted that the menu changed because I wanted to eat certain dishes again. The mocktails were delicious, especially the Alibaba mocktail, and the iced tea was great. And the animation team is super involved and genuinely fun to watch. I recommend this hotel; you 100% get your money's worth. (Make sure you get a deluxe room at the renovated side of the hotel) We also booked a photoshoot at AliBaba, he sits next to Vodafone. The pictures were amazing and we got also a photobook for a really affordable price. In our homecountry we would pay way more. P.s. there are even monkeys at the hotel (like in a zoo in their own place) and multiple children playgrounds. Ook voor Nederlandse gasten die twijfelen: gewoon DOEN! 10/10

We spent about two weeks and were Overall pleased with our stay. The rooms are clean and the newly renovated rooms (deluxe rooms) are nice. The animation was fun and the animation team really put in a lot of effort. They offer numerous different things to do here. The aqua park is also great. Irrespective of age, it offers slides and pools for every child.

We came a little late at 10PM and the receptionist told us to go to the restaurant and have something to eat. We enjoyed the food and we thought it was a really good impression at first. Then the nightmare came, they charged us 140 USD because different market, something like the price that we booked is for UK market and because we are not British, also we are not German so we need to pay the different. We made our booking through Agoda and we already paid the full amount. We tried to reach out the Agoda customer support, and it took them forever to help. It was past midnight and we had a small baby with us, so in the end, we paid to get the room. See the receipt for proof. I will update the story if something changes but it really killed the mood for holiday. If it is how Egypt welcome tourist, you should never come to here. Update 1: The answer from Agoda about it, please see the photo: - At first, the customer support said they charged the amount because we have a French and Vietnamese passport - Then they said it was because of our child, please see the room policy from the booking site. The receptionist never mentioned about the charged is for the baby, they just said something like the different in market price, bla bla... I feel it is really a scam because we were tired, it was midnight and we had no choice left. We were forced to pay to get the room.
