I had a truly lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I felt welcome from the very first moment. The room was clean, comfortable, and inviting, and the food was both delicious and varied. The location was perfect, and everything worked flawlessly. I would without a doubt recommend the hotel and would be very happy to return.

Alibaba Resort is a great place for families. The facilities are very good, and there are plenty of activities for kids, which in turn gives parents some much-needed free time to relax. The entertainment team is very active and engaging, and they make sure there are activities for all age groups throughout the day. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would definitely like to visit this place again.

We spent about two weeks and were Overall pleased with our stay. The rooms are clean and the newly renovated rooms (deluxe rooms) are nice. The animation was fun and the animation team really put in a lot of effort. They offer numerous different things to do here. The aqua park is also great. Irrespective of age, it offers slides and pools for every child.

We came a little late at 10PM and the receptionist told us to go to the restaurant and have something to eat. We enjoyed the food and we thought it was a really good impression at first. Then the nightmare came, they charged us 140 USD because different market, something like the price that we booked is for UK market and because we are not British, also we are not German so we need to pay the different. We made our booking through Agoda and we already paid the full amount. We tried to reach out the Agoda customer support, and it took them forever to help. It was past midnight and we had a small baby with us, so in the end, we paid to get the room. See the receipt for proof. I will update the story if something changes but it really killed the mood for holiday. If it is how Egypt welcome tourist, you should never come to here. Update 1: The answer from Agoda about it, please see the photo: - At first, the customer support said they charged the amount because we have a French and Vietnamese passport - Then they said it was because of our child, please see the room policy from the booking site. The receptionist never mentioned about the charged is for the baby, they just said something like the different in market price, bla bla... I feel it is really a scam because we were tired, it was midnight and we had no choice left. We were forced to pay to get the room.

Had an amazing experience here, hotel was beautiful, huge complex and so many facilities that you don’t really need to leave. Animation team are amazing, shout out to Ozo and Kyra who were so lovely and made the entertainment for us. Wifi is not great around the hotel but not too much of a problem. Food is pretty nice but can be hit and miss depending on what you like. Lots of verity tho and 4 different restaurants to choose from. Staff are very attentive, overall amazing hotel x
