Ok, my review might not be objective. The food is fine (even though I had constipation for like 2-3 days, but I blame this on the climate change,l). The rooms were clean and the cleaning personnel is very courteous and nice.
As a woman, I was feeling very uncomfortable because most of the staff was quite clingy- complementing, whispering in ear, asking about my age etc. the animation team was trying their best, they have quite nice artists, however, they do push you to participate, that’s not nice. If I was alone, i wouldn’t feel safe here.

Probably wouldn't revisit.
Found the beds to be harder than concrete and it genuinely ruined the entire stay.
The twin room we stayed in was very cramped and it was very dated and had a lot to be desired with the finishing touches
Found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant
Food was very good and had plenty of options.
Common areas and pools were in very good condition and nicely maintained.
Location is situated bang slap in the middle of hurghada and is great to walk to most places.

Regular throughout the hotel. The meals are always the same, the people who work in the hotel are very friendly but there are some who are not. In my case I paid for one night and when I asked for an extension we had problems because they changed the all inclusive seals to breakfast only. We had paid the same and the lady at the reception asked us for 180 euros more to get the all inclusive seal back (almost 3 times more than what we had paid initially). They were not able to resolve the situation and ended up doing it in a bad way. The place is nice in common areas but the room is quite small.

Avoid at all costs. Old, dirty rooms. Mattress is like sleeping on a bench. No hot water in the mornings. Only free wifi is in the lobby and is very patchy. Food in the buffet is appalling.

Me and my mum booked a trip, was her first time in Egypt - I feel like the reviews of this place can be very misleading.
We arrived around 10pm from the airport, we were shown 6/7 rooms all with their own issues. Including (electric wires exposed in family rooms, blood found in communal corridors, general cleanliness issues, rude & aggressive night manager - of which made me very upset, safe broken - passport was stuck inside, door handle on balcony door was broken) these are just to name a few.
We were not in a room until around 4/5am, trying to resolve this.
We attend the night time snack area, to find flies over the food & no hot food. (Which is exactly what you want after travelling 9 hours)
The WiFi only worked in reception area rarely.
Hard beds & most definitely was not Egyptian cotton bedding!
General hotel staff I will say except from the managers, were very helpful & polite.
Beach is lovely also, pier is great.
No fresh milk, it is powder milk for coffee.
The food for Breakfast/Dinner/Tea was reasonable for the price. (Except snack time)
We did leave this hotel 6 days early, had no refund for this time.
We went on to stay at a great hotel, will definitely be back to Hurghada - just never in this kind of hotel.
Location is great but it explains why no renovation.
We met another English family, they left this hotel to go home! There children had bed bites.
