I was at the resort with my girlfriend for 12 days and we had a really good time there. The stuff was very nice and polite with big smile on their faces, happy to help us in any situation and for any information. I would say that it was very clean and safe, there was a big choice of food and drinks, sea was clean with space for juming into the sea, for women there was aqua dance as well, the pool maybe a bit small but it was very clean and nice! All recommends for this resort :)))

Very stressful and unpleasant stay We stayed at Minamark Resort for only a few hours before our flight and had a terrible experience. We booked a room without a pool view to avoid noise, but it was very loud — we heard shouting and even what sounded like a fight on the street. The AC made a horrible buzzing sound, so we had to turn it off. For the price, the room was outdated and far below a 4-star standard. The worst part happened at check-out. We never used the pool, but the staff insisted we return towel cards that we had accidentally left in the room. Even after explaining that our taxi was waiting and we were late for the airport, the receptionist forced me to go back to get them. Then the shift manager spoke to us aggressively and even tried to stop our taxi driver from leaving. It felt intimidating and completely unprofessional. Only the lobby looks decent — everything else is average, and the staff were rude and unfriendly. Absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant and we were highly satisfied. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help, which made us feel truly welcome. The food was excellent, varied, and of great quality, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was on a very high level. There are, however, a couple of downsides. The biggest issue is with the beach – all sunbeds are taken very early in the morning, so you practically have to get up at 6 a.m., sometimes even before sunrise, to secure a spot. Another drawback is that the rooms, at least the one we stayed in, are quite old and in need of renovation. Despite these shortcomings, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return again. P. S. A special shoutout to Carlos at the pool bar - you're the best! 🌞 Also for the staff from Lotus spa, Dr Fish and the guy who makes delicious fresh fruit juices on the beach. I wish you all the best!

A wonderful place. Small, relaxed, and beautiful. There aren’t any special bars or pools, but the beaches are small and lovely, with lots of nature around. The food is decent. The sea is stunning, and the service is okay, except for the souvenir shop in the resort where they will probably overcharge you. The rooms are decent—not anything special—but the hygiene is fine. The beach bar is absolutely beautiful.

After reading the hotel’s response to my previous review, I feel the need to comment again — even though, quite conveniently, they’ve disabled the option to reply. By doing so, you’ve only confirmed exactly what I wrote before: you don’t listen to your guests, you don’t read their words, and you clearly don’t care about their experience. My original review was a compliment addressed solely to Mr. Mohamed Bassam — the only person in your hotel who actually performs his job professionally, with respect and responsibility. I did not praise any “team,” nor did I say that my stay was pleasant, because it simply wasn’t. Your so-called “invitation” for me to return to the hotel is, frankly, in poor taste — after everything I experienced there, accepting it would be nothing short of masochism. Instead of hiding behind generic replies and disabling comments, try actually listening to your guests for a change. That would be the first real step toward improvement.
