A wonderful place. Small, relaxed, and beautiful. There aren’t any special bars or pools, but the beaches are small and lovely, with lots of nature around. The food is decent. The sea is stunning, and the service is okay, except for the souvenir shop in the resort where they will probably overcharge you. The rooms are decent—not anything special—but the hygiene is fine. The beach bar is absolutely beautiful.

We liked everything about the hotel, it is up to standard, the rooms are clean and tidy, the restaurants are organized by a whole team of kind people, ready to help with whatever is needed, the most important and impressive thing for us was the air conditioning in the place where you just want to have a quiet bite and take a break from walking, bravo to the hotel for that. The bars are always ready to serve you with patience, despite the many people before us and the hustle and bustle, the different whims of different people and nationalities, thanks to the nice guys from the bars. I continue with our impressive experience on the beach, clean, without insects and smells, clean and shining everywhere, bravo to you people. We have been to many places around Europe and I can tell you that they have no place to compare to you. Last but not least, we want to tell you and remind you about the cleaning staff, don't forget them, they are the people who never stop working hard, I had the opportunity to watch them while I was just resting, but they never stopped working, they cleaned everywhere, striving without disturbing anyone, shyly with their heads bowed but always smiling, great people, our valet, is so diligent, always greets even though tired and with sweat on his forehead, polite, trying to please everyone.. As a guest of Mina Mark Hotel, I congratulate you on your good organization and hard work, I will be back with pleasure next time..

The customer service is truly the best! The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. Especially Mina and the Guy from the rightest shop near the pool bar - moreover the prices here are really fine. Unlike in many other areas of Egypt, there’s no pressure to leave tips - which makes the experience feel much more relaxed and genuine. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, and cleaned daily. Everything was tidy and well-maintained. The food was amazing - lots of variety, fresh ingredients, and really satisfying meals. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews; maybe those people are just used to a fries-only diet like my younger brother 😅 The pools are fantastic, especially for families with kids. There are shallow areas and a lot of slides. You can also find a kid's corner. The views are absolutely beautiful - the beach is stunning during the day, and at night, the atmosphere becomes magical with lights. It’s the perfect place to relax. Highly recommended! I absolutely loved my stay at this place! The location was perfect, it was nice to have the beach a short walk away. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Special shoutout to Islam from reception he was really kind and helpful. The food was great with a lot of variety, i never got bored of the meals. Overall, a very good experience that I’ll definitely remember!

The rooms are very clean, and the young man who does the cleaning is truly kind and always willing to help tourists in trouble :D Waiter Mohamed A.M. stands out far above all other waiters — he’s extremely friendly, always smiling, and open for conversation. We’re coming from different parts of the world, and if we lived closer, he would be my best friend. The owner of the resort is also a very kind man — he returned my phone, which I had left on the beach, after a long search to find the owner. I can only say the best things about this resort.
