I had a family room 263, Mr Mohamed was very friendly and helpful and flexible. Overall the hotel was good and the location was top. Food also great. Only late check out was not possible for us, but for others it was. Thanks for everything, I will be back

very bad hotel, receptionist people are arrogant, not friendly,
we where with 3 and want 2 rooms, so called double room and it was like a small childsroom. not double nothing. i had the feeling it was a prison a thiny Window and you just see the walls of others rooms.

This wasn't the first time I stay at this hotel but I can already say that I will never return to this hotel again.
Something very unpleasant happened. When we arrived at the room, I wanted to leave my personal belongings in the room's safe box, but it wasn’t working. So, I called the reception many times to fix it, but they didn’t come until 2 days has passed. During that time, I had to leave some of my belongings outside. So when I came back to the room, I found out that the money I left there was missing. I went to the reception and spoke to the manager Ahmed, a man with no respect for the customer, he disrespected me and said that I was wrong to leave my belongings on the table. He said that the cleaning staff must have thinked that the money was a tip for them. he claimed that this it’s known everywhere that when you leave money anywhere in your room, it’s considered to be a tip for the cleaning staff. He told me that I should leave everything in the safe box in the closet, but how can I leave it there if it's broken?
Another issue is the food they offer in the restaurant, every day they say they serve a different cuisine, that's a lie! the food they serve has nothing to do with the menu outside the restaurant, and their food tastes the same everyday and it’s not fresh. They put 2 men in chef uniforms to circulate in the kitchen room so customers can think that the food is really good quality, but anyone who understands food knows that this is not the case. and so.
Unfortunately, I was not comfortable or safe in this hotel, I had to checkout one day earlier and look for another hotel. I don't recommend it for anyone.

It's a very nice place, excellent food with delicious diversity of choices, best service & friendly staff
It's wonderful for kids, they have a special baby's pool with small aqua park
They've "Kids club" where i can leave my kid with cute Ms to take care of him for a while till i do something.
They have nice aqua park for us.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it is in the center and you can easily go for a walk. The rooms were fine, you have everything you need, but it was pretty noisy all the time, especially in the night and the windows are not soundproofing at all. Also the WiFi is terrible, there was no WiFi in the rooms. The restaurant was nice but there was not enough variety of food and it wasn’t tasty, unfortunately. The beach area is really small and it’s not enough for the amount of guests the hotel has.
