We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the food offered great variety and quality throughout our stay. What really made this hotel stand out was the animation team. They were energetic, friendly, and incredibly engaging without ever being intrusive. Every day they organized fun activities for both adults and kids, and the evening shows were entertaining, well-prepared, and full of positive energy. You could tell they genuinely cared about making guests feel included and happy. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect balance of relaxation and entertainment. Thanks to the amazing staff and especially the animation team, our stay was memorable and full of great moments. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

Everything was wonderful. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and extremely helpful. The facility had everything you could need, and you can find everything you are looking for right there. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends. What truly makes this place special is not only its excellent facilities and reasonable prices, but also the warm, helpful attitude and professionalism of all the staff, which makes you feel like part of a family. Every request I made was met with great effort, making the entire experience truly exceptional. It was almost impossible not to be satisfied every day. My experience was checked in real time through personal messages and one-on-one communication, and they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. With activities continuing throughout the day, I never felt the need to leave the hotel during my vacation. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff, from the management to every team member, who embrace and reflect the institution’s culture so genuinely.

I stayed at the hotel for 10 days. The shops outside are a bit sparse, but the city isn't far. The entertainment is excellent, especially during Christmas. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The service and friendliness of the staff are truly excellent. They're always ready to help. The entertainment team is truly fantastic. Bahia, in particular, is super sweet and helps with everything and gives great tips. Just ask, and it gets done.

Last year, I spent 23 days at this hotel with my wife (end of July / beginning of August) and I really liked the hotel overall: top service, responsive staff, good security, comfortable rooms, varied food with several restaurants and afternoon snack options. However, seeing a 60–70% price increase is excessive. I wanted to book again for next year, but with the current prices, it has become out of budget. It’s really a shame for a hotel we genuinely wanted to return to.
