Unfortunately it was too crowded and mostly by kids, so, it was quite dirty. Reception staff need some better teaching how to treat patrons and visitors. Restaurant needs to improve the variety of recipes and to calculate the amount of food on the buffet. The dining room is small.

The worst service ever. The food is nasty 5 of us all got sick and went to their doctor and asked us for 4000 pounds to treat us. Also asked them for shampoo everyday and never brought anything. Dirty sheets non working faucets in the bathrooms. Very rude people at the reception no smiles no greeting. Asked them to turn the ac on they said it’s on while over 40 people are sweating and asking them to turn the air condition Also while we got here they asked us to pay extra 500 pounds extra because they said the rooms we reserved were not available. The only good thing in this place is the water slides even though all the tubes are patched. Also they treat local visitors differently. And will charge foreign visitors more than triple the regular price for hotel and all extra services

The garden it's beautiful...lots of pools....the staff is annoying... always trying to sell you things or running after tips...even at my departure day, someone from housekeeping knocked my door more than once...did not let me sleep...the food is not good ..but well it's also very cheap...I tried the seafood restaurant and it was actually nice...and not expensive... I think what I did not like at all it was really the staff... bothering you constantly...you simply cannot rest

The rooms are clean, but despite the hotel is renovated, they are with old furniture. The food is made without any taste and flavour. In the hotel there are too many local guests, which are treated differently by the staff and this is visible for all. Would not recommed to visit if you want to eat fresh and well cooked food and want good service. Sharing a view from the room - and these are the pools (One of the few good things about this hotel).

One of the best hotels in hurghada as it has 18 pools and 24 aqua park and the beach is so nice and the breakfast was not good but the lunch and dinner is perfect also the staff where too friendly and helpful and the room was very clean its place 20 minuits from the city center and the pools were very clean
