We like our stay. The staff is trying really hard to make our stay comfortable. Everyone is so polite and helpful. The animation team is trying to provide variety of activities throughout the day to fit everyone’s taste- kids and adults. The food had plenty of variety to suite Egyptian and European taste. The room are okay, could be better but seems they are actively renovating the rooms at the moment and can go only better from here. Hopefully, this will become our holiday destination every year! 🙂

We just came back from Hurghada after staying at this hotel, and let me tell you – it was a fantastic experience! The staff was amazing, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The food was good, and they provided everything from toothbrushes and toothpaste to shampoo and conditioner – it was great. The water park was so much fun, and the unlimited ice cream was a big bonus. We truly enjoyed our stay!
