The rooms are clean, but despite the hotel is renovated, they are with old furniture. The food is made without any taste and flavour. In the hotel there are too many local guests, which are treated differently by the staff and this is visible for all. Would not recommed to visit if you want to eat fresh and well cooked food and want good service. Sharing a view from the room - and these are the pools (One of the few good things about this hotel).

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It's legitimately dirty. Even the tray in our room was dirty with caked on gunk. The reception smells like the toilet, and nothing is clean. I am amazingly shocked by how packed it is for being so filthy. The food is terrible, and the service is bad too. The only mice thing about this place is the aqua park is fun for kids. Even the tile by the pool doesn't make any sense, as it's incredibly slippery Even before becoming wet. DO NOT STAY HERE! RUN. Save your money. This place is gross.

It is the worst vacation ever. I will beg anyone not to come here. Food is terrible and cause stomach ache just don't book all inclusive you are wasting your time then rooms sheets, pillows, toilet, shower and mini bar can't be in a more bad shape. The bars are so limited with drinks regarding hot or cold. The hotel have good views but the service it provide makes you hate the place. There are no sign for the doors if you don't want the room service. Room service is so slow and so bad the guy have nothing to refill the room from toilet tissues to normal tissues or the mini bar tea or nescafe or water. The place is a disaster and I don't know why it have this good rate please whomever have a bad expirence share your honest opinion so people don't get dicieved

We booked for 11nights came to the hotel reception was OK When we came to the room it was in 4th floor bedroom was out of order. Very unclean bathroom was smelly I made complain and then they changed it to another room Three days later one o'clock in morning from the terrace balcony somebody broke into our bedroom the was a lady and a man was drunk they kick the door and broke into the bedroom i was screaming like a hell with my little niece. Nobody heard No, even other room didn't hear us while that I was using the phone was disconnect. I was in my bedroom. My niece went downstairs and called for help. The room service came to the bedroom door was broken he shut the door When downstairs the manager came change the room for us. After that I said I wanna make a police report They didn't like it what we said to make a police report. Reception and the manager was very aggressive Even the manager told us to leave because we can't make the police report I don't understand we're going through the hell at middle of the night. One the reception guy was very rude skin headed one quite fat and goffy I just left it and came back Where I booked my holiday and made a big complaint. I will recommend everyone not to come to this hotel is not safe. worst holiday I ever had in my life

Staff: impolite, no smiles , barely much English, rude attitude , not helpful Rooms : very dated . Nothing was supplied in bathrooms except towels . Bed sheets looked dirty and bed was never made in a good condition. Rooms weren’t cleaned shower area didn’t look cleaned . Food: tasteless , bland and repetitive. Breakfast the omelette guy would rudely slap them onto your plate .. there was not much choice and juice was always concentrated and tasteless. Ice cream tasteless , from the 100 cakes selection they all literally tasted the same and tasted like cardboard! I love dessert and was so let down . Cold dry chicken served every day . Just very lucky we didn’t get sick. That’s cos we ate nothing !!! Staff miserable and don’t want to get anything for you . They want a tip for EVERYTHING which is ridiculous, like everything they do should be paid for - why?! It’s your job ! I’ll tip if I find you helpful , not that if I tip you , you will be helpful! Swimming pools : they had like 12 and not one is heated !!! Pointless us choosing this place and kids couldn’t swim or play anywhere as it was arctic cold …. The staff put me off big time they were pure rude ! Not one smiled EVER! I would not recommend this hotel at all . Plus everything you want to see is on the other side near the airport- stay there
