An amazing time! The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff is super friendly. Sublime location close to the beach and the blue water of the Mediterranean Sea. Both the general buffet restaurants and the dedicated Spanish (Tony and his team) and Mexican (Paula and her team) restaurants were a treat. The rooftop bar offers a stunning view. We stayed here for a week (6 nights) at the end of April (Bank Holidays Weekend in UK) and it was such a great experience from every little things … Pros: - Brilliant customer service from main reception to room services and restaurants + bars … everyone is welcome and super friendly … - The food from buffet restaurant was exceptional with different varieties everyday and we loved it more than their themed restaurants (which needs to be booked via the app). There are options for many free drinks, ice creams, snacks and beverages from Bars and Star cafe. - The room is nice and spacious for a family of three/four and it was cleaned and serviced daily. There are water coolers outside each floor for clean filtered water. - Many activities for kids throughout the day with several swimming pools and playgrounds for them. - Hotel is right next to the beach 🏝️ and it was really a short walk to enjoy sandy beaches with clear water. Cons: - Lots of kids roaming around. Very busy and packed even in April time with significant level of noises till late. - There are small insects 🐞 and mosquitoes 🦟 in the room and balcony which needs to be looked out for if you have little kid. - During peak time, you might have to take a long queue at the buffet restaurants and finding a good table to sit down with your little one can be hard.

Absolutely thrilled with our visit and stay at this fantastic hotel. From the location to the hotel itself and all the staff it truly was an amazing stay and holiday. Food was great, all the staff made our stay welcome and the over all vibe of the place was happy cheerful and very family orientated. The entertainment crew made the holiday extra special, especially Adrian who was the life of the hotel and had our kids laughing and dancing all the time. Overall we was very happy and would definitely recommend to others. Chris

We had a great Easter break here. The buffet was amazing, serving different cuisine everyday. Definitely recommended for young families.

I traveled here in October 2024 and it was firmly a 4/5 experience. We paid for a family suite and got upgraded to a private garden suite which was appreciated. Unfortunately the room was dirty and smelled very musty because the bathroom did not have any ventilation. There was also broken furniture which we had to seal off to prevent injury to our baby. This unfortunately did not feel like a 5* hotel. The room itself was probably a 3/5 at most. The buffet was the star of the trip. The staff were amazing; so kind and patient with our baby who was still in her food dropping and throwing phase. They kept everything very clean and tidy. The food was also incredible and super delicious, to the point where we didn't feel the need to try the a la carte restaurants. The service from the other hotel staff were generally good as well. The towel service was a bit odd as they had designated open times to exchange your towels but sometimes they weren't open at those times or ran out of clean towels. We enjoyed the pools a lot. There were always pool chairs available and lots of space for kids to run around as there were so many pool options.
