    Location on the beach, food is fine dining and fairly priced, staff is young, energetic and hard working. Room are large and luxurious. Even when the hotel is running full, the hotel team does not drop a ball. We had a temporary need for a wheel chair assistance during our stay and Nirmal the duty manager had it organized and a accessible room blocked b4 our arrival. Overall a great experience and very highly recommended

    Very nice property . Very close to beach which is very clean. Less crowds in the beach. Service is very prompt. Humble and grounded service staffs. Would like to appreciate the services of deepti in Zest cafe. Her quick and efficient table services needed a special appreciation. And special mention to Presto again from Zest cafe.He is very grounded person with special attention to details.

    The property is beautiful, with a peaceful beach right at the doorstep. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Staff are super friendly and always ready to help, making you feel truly welcomed. The food was delicious with a great variety at every meal. Perfect place to relax and enjoy Goa’s charm.     Our stay at Holiday Inn on 5th September was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The front desk team was courteous and efficient, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. We were thoroughly briefed about the property and its facilities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Special mention to the housekeeping team for their impeccable service. Overall, it was a delightful experience that exceeded our expectations — Holiday Inn truly knows how to deliver hospitality.

    Nice location n overall resort structure. However as far as service is concerned inside restaurant i would just give one star. Even for clearing tables u need to search for a person to do it. They won't come themselves. The food preparation may take upto an hour and for every repeat drink u have to remind them 10 times. The staff is not adequately trained and is insensitive to guest's needs. Cyron especially needs training to improve on his poor communication skills n service.
