We stayed at Holiday Inn for a night and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The check-in process was effortless and smooth, which instantly set the tone for a relaxed stay. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely service-oriented throughout. One of the highlights was the buffet. The spread was extensive, thoughtfully curated and truly high quality. The rooms were clean, well maintained and comfortably managed, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The biggest plus point is the property’s proximity to the beach. Being able to step out, catch the sunset and simply relax by the shore after a packed day made all the difference. Would definitely return again for another stay.

Our stay at this five-star hotel was truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the luxurious rooms and world-class service, everything was perfect. We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Beach Resort and overall had a good experience with a few minor concerns. The resort itself is well maintained and has a beautiful private beach with very limited crowd, which made it peaceful and relaxing. There are water sports available right next to the beach, and that was a big plus. The food was good throughout our stay and the breakfast spread was especially nice with plenty of options. There were a few areas where the experience could have been better. We had requested a king bed, but instead two twin beds were joined together to create one. While it was manageable, it did not feel quite the same as having a proper king bed. The concierge service could also use some improvement. We were not given much information about nearby places to visit or details about the water sports available. When we asked about renting a bike, there was no assistance from the hotel, so we had to arrange it ourselves. External bike vendors are not allowed to deliver inside the property due to local taxi restrictions and guests are expected to use taxis to reach the rental centers. This would have been helpful to know in advance. Another small inconvenience was that no one explained the property layout at check-in. We were dropped at our room by a buggy which was a longer route and later had to figure out the way to the lobby on our own. A brief orientation would have made things easier. Overall, the property, beach and food are definite highlights

We had a fabulous time at this resort. They surprised us with a room upgrade for being an IHG member - got a huge suite with the ocean view. They also were very accommodating with the flexible checkin and checkout times. The best part is it’s beach - it feels like a completely private beach with not many outsiders- just the resort guests. The water was so good, we spent lot of time in the sea.

I have stayed here for the second time, and I would definitely choose this property again in the future. My experience was excellent on both occasions, especially in terms of hygiene, the warm welcome, and the attention given to our priorities. One specific feedback I would like to share is regarding the check-in and check-out timings. The check-in time of 3:00 PM IST feels quite late, and the check-out time of 12:00 PM IST does not seem very customer-friendly. Considering the premium pricing, it would be fair to have more flexible or balanced check-in and check-out timings. Additionally, it would be helpful if guests are informed in advance when weddings or large events are scheduled on the property. Having an indicator on the booking portal would allow customers to make an informed choice based on their preferences. Overall, the experience was absolutely awesome. We had a wonderful time with our family. The location is outstanding, the property is vast, and one day is definitely not enough to explore everything it has to offer.
