We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Goa! The location is perfect — close to all the local attractions, restaurants, and beaches, yet still peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. A huge thank you to Iba, Shenoy, Vinay, and Rebecca for their outstanding hospitality — and also to the lovely lady from their team (I’m so sorry I can’t recall her name!) who was equally wonderful and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble — from quick check-ins to personalized recommendations, they made us feel right at home. The taxi service arranged by the hotel was also super convenient, whether for short local trips or exploring further down to South Goa. All in all, an excellent experience that exceeded expectations. Highly recommend Hard Rock Hotel Goa to anyone visiting — we’ll definitely be coming back! 🎸🌴

Had a great experience in the hotel. The location is slightly inside, almost 10 mins walk from the Calangute beach but overall the experience was nice. The staff in the buffet area were very kind and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces and served everyone with great respect. The room service was good too and they checked multiple times for cleaning the room and served water any no. of times we asked.Tulsi made sure that our room was cleaned everytime. Overall I recommend this hotel.

One of the best experiences at the Hard Rock hotel in Goa. Had an amazing time with family. Beautiful location, ambience was spectacular as well as the service. Mr. Happy Kumar from house-keeping was excellent and always there when needed, great asset to the hotel. Not to forget our Executive Chef Valerian Vaz for his great service, the food at the restaurant was mouth-watering with the deserts... as well as the staff. Recommended to anyone looking forward to have a good time at the Hard Rock Had a good time, will be back for sure.. Thanks & God bless

I didn't find this as a 5 star hotel at all. It should be 3 star. - My husband was leaving at night for an international flight, and the receptionist made it awkward by assuming we were checking out in the middle of the night without paying. He even asked the guard to know our room number and came all the way out to keep an eye on us. Extremely humiliating and awkward! Even a 1 star hotel doesn't do that. - huge deal with taxi, you can't call your own and you have to walk all the way out to the main street as taxi stand nearby make a big deal of taxis coming to the hotel. We had so many problems because of it, almost missed international flight as the taxi stand guys made our driver leave the property and followed him far away because of which he was late by 20 mins - They have a do not disturb button but even when it's on, there is constant ringing of bell. The cleaners will clean in the morning but the towel guy will knock at night. Throughout the day someone will ring your door at least three times. We worked the whole night according to US timing and slept at 4. It was tough for us to sleep in the morning, as we were constantly disturbed multiple times, even after the disturb button was on. - since I was working and traveling I booked this hotel because they mentioned high speed wifi. In two days the wifi went from hardly working to bad enough not to even take a zoom call. Def won't suggest this place for working remotely. - Huge problem with electricity. It went out right when I was in elevator too. Got me really scared. Thankfully it came back in a few minutes. - I was at the hotel at 11 and the check-in was at 3. I waited for 4 hours even though they said they will check me in soon. People after me got checked in before me as they made a scene. - I had to return vindaloo curry at the hotel restaurant as it was too tangy. Even the waiter agreed that the curry was not made according to Goan standards. I reordered another dish and it was worse. This place is good for burger but def not for Goan food. - hardly get hot water, especially in the morning as its centralized. We called many times for this and eventually got used to showering with cold water. - throughout the stay the corridor was leaking. - even to order a chocolate cake downstairs at the counter you have to wait for 20 mins for them to call the counter boy. I gave 2 stars because of the humbleness of the people. The staff is good.

Hard Rock Hotel is an excellent property in North Goa. The approach road is a bit narrow so as we were driving in we were little concerned. But when the gates open you see a very grand hotel with excellent facilities. Staff members are so positive and eager to help. Special mention to Chuimila and her team of wait staff in the Sessions Restaurant. Milton and Sagar from Housekeeping were also helpful. Excellent open air bar Tonic, just beside the pool.
