Had a wonderful stay at the Hard Rock Hotel, Goa. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a lively vibe throughout. Rooms are clean, spacious, and very hygienic, offering great comfort. The food is delicious with a good variety, and the restaurant service is quick and attentive. The staff deserves special mention – they are highly professional, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. Everything about the hotel, from amenities to cleanliness, meets top standards. The place also has a nice international feel, with many foreign guests adding to the vibrant atmosphere. Overall, an excellent experience — worth recommending to anyone visiting Goa for leisure or relaxation.

Staying at the Hard Rock Hotel Goa was truly one of my best travel experiences. The accommodations are top-notch, and the rooms are both comfortable and maintained to a high standard of hygiene. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options. Two major highlights of the stay were the stunning swimming pool and the energetic live music—they really create a unique 'rockstar' vibe that you won't find anywhere else. It is an ideal destination for anyone looking for a mix of luxury and entertainment

Had a great experience in the hotel. The location is slightly inside, almost 10 mins walk from the Calangute beach but overall the experience was nice. The staff in the buffet area were very kind and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces and served everyone with great respect. The room service was good too and they checked multiple times for cleaning the room and served water any no. of times we asked.Tulsi made sure that our room was cleaned everytime. Overall I recommend this hotel.

A perfect stay. Very comfortable and the live singing made it even better. Good compliementary breakfast. All their staff was super helpful. A special mention to Peki for her wonderful help in ensuring special arrangements like cake, room decor are made perfectly and made our stay memorable.

The worst hotel experience and staff hospitality of my life. They made sure they ruined our holidays. Specially want to highlight Neeraj, Kishan and Ravi for their poor service and quality of hospitality making it a 1 star experience. To share: 1. The staff is always in a bad state of mind, irritated, unhappy and rude. They don’t want to solve for a problem or support. Will argue over everything and not own anything 2. The room layout is very confusing and it got worse as they gave a very end room despite requesting a near access room as we had a young infant with us. The corridor access is also very shady. 3. The room was terrible - no windows or balconies, the room phone wasn’t working which is bad as our room was in the end and took 5 mins just to walk to the reception. Despite complaining 4 times over 8 hours, no action was taken and our request totally ignored. Room was unhygienic and poorly maintained. 4. The staff is careless, lazy and very disrespectful; and not polished for hospitality 5. We were a couple and you g baby staying and they arranged the room for only 1 person like 1 towel, 1 of everything. When we sought to get additional things, they acted terribly about it. 6. We were headed to the beach and requested for beach towels and they refused. Being a beach town hotel and not providing beach towels is not a good experience. 7. We had to change rooms due to issues with the room but only after they wasted half of our day. The positive reviews look like paid reviews or fake to me.
