We had an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Calangute and honestly had such a great time from start to finish. The room was spotless and really comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days out. The food throughout the hotel was really nice and the drinks were genuinely tasty, you could tell care was taken with them. Breakfast had loads of options and everything we tried was good, although we have to admit we rarely made it on time thanks to jet lag. Still, it was great knowing there was such a big variety available. The pool area was a definite highlight. It was really nice, had music playing to keep the vibes up, and even had fans around the sunbeds to keep you cool while sunbathing, which was very much needed as it was hot. Such a thoughtful touch. The service deserves a special mention. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we genuinely enjoyed chatting with the staff. The service at the restaurant and bar was excellent. The bar ambassadors really know what they are doing, making sure drinks are perfect and served quickly every time. One helpful thing for future guests to know is that there are quite a lot of mosquitoes, so bringing bug spray is a good idea. There is a supermarket right outside the hotel that sells Odomos cream, which really helps and was super convenient for us. We know the hotel cannot control the mosquitoes, but having this nearby made it much easier. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely recommend the Hard Rock Hotel Calangute for great vibes, fantastic service, and a really enjoyable experience.

Alok in house keeping has been amazing during our stay.I was very pleased with the cleanliness of my room during my stay. The space was spotless, well-organized, and had a fresh, welcoming atmosphere. The bed linens were crisp and clean, the bathroom was sanitized properly, and all surfaces were dust-free.

Enjoyed my stay at the property. The hospitality was great! The staff was very kind and humble, always ready to help. The rooms are also very good in terms of design, comfort & services. Can't wait to be here again! The location is also nice if you want to be in center of the market. Met Hujefa at the property who escorted us to the room and back. Exchanged some stories with him. It was a nice experience overall!

First time in Goa and wasn't sure what to expect, so we opted for the safe, familiar option of Hard Rock Hotels and we were not disappointed. The rooms are quite dated and tired but clean, cool and oh so comfortable. All facilities work and the only thing I would have liked to realise sooner is no balconies 😕 We miss morning coffees and evenings watching the world go by. Also means nowhere to dry your wet bikinis and towels. Food in the hotel is gorgeous, restaurant is clean and comfortable, pool restaurant equally so. Not much going on in entertainment so be prepared to go out every evening otherwise the nights will be very long. Location is perfect, short taxi ride to anywhere, easy to get a taxi and super cheap. Taxi drivers all lovely and speak very good English.
