I had a great experience with the F&B service at Hard Rock Hotel Goa. Specifically associate Rai, who was attentive, polite, and efficient throughout. Orders were taken accurately and served on time, with good attention to detail. They maintained a professional yet friendly attitude, which made the dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, reliable service that reflects well on the hotel.

This property claims to be a 5-star hotel, but in reality, it does not meet even basic standards. The room walls were covered with mold, and the service was extremely poor. The location is very difficult to find as it is tucked away deep inside kind of a village area, with an extremely narrow lane that makes it almost impossible to drive in without risking dents or scratches on your car. The valet service is equally concerning and feels careless. We were also charged for items from the minibar that we never consumed, which was highly unprofessional. Additionally, their pricing is unreasonable. For example, a beer priced at ₹70 elsewhere was charged at ₹350 here, whereas the same can be bought from a nearby Newton’s store for ₹75. The overall ambience was unpleasant, and breakfast was below average. This place felt like a complete waste of hard earned money. I would strongly recommend choosing Novotel, located nearby, for a much better experience.

I had stayed at this property before which is why I recommended it to my friends. This was a huge mistake. Hard Rock Hotel Goa, is but a husk of its former glory. First off, this hotel no longer qualifies as a 5 star property in my books. Second, the current condition of the hotel is horrid. Water leaking in every hallway of the hotel. Third, the conference room area just reeks of mold. Fourth, the rooms are not clean and the bathroom doors don’t even lock. Fifth, the pool staff is very rude. We were told off about wearing proper swimsuits near the pool area. However some people were in their boxer briefs and the pool staff didn’t even bat an eye. Sixth, the wifi is just bad. Zero connectivity and bad speed. The only saving grace was the fact that we were given 20% discount on f&b and spa services and the breakfast staff was courteous. Never visiting or recommending this property to anyone ever again.

Great experience at Hard Rock Hotel Goa! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Rooms were clean and the pool area was amazing—loved the vibe. The only downside was the loud music at night, so light sleepers beware. Would definitely recommend for a fun, lively stay!

We traveled all the way from Spain to visit India and stumbled upon the hotel bar in Goa looking for a relaxing time, where Elvira and her team provided us with an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and attended to with a smile and friendly service. The drinks and food served at the bar were delicious and very affordable, allowing us to unwind and relax in a pleasant atmosphere. Elvira and her team were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights of our visit was the beautiful pool area.bWe loved being able to take a dip or lounge by the pool while enjoying a drink or snack from the bar. If you're visiting Goa and looking for a place to relax and enjoy a good drink or meal, the hotel bar is definitely worth a visit. Elvira and her team will make you feel right at home. Highly recommended!
