Staying here feels like experiencing the true charm of Goa. The hotel sits right by the sea, with a clean and peaceful private beach that feels almost untouched. Early morning walks on the sand and golden sunsets in the evening make it truly special. The rooms are spacious, airy, and beautifully done, blending comfort with a relaxed coastal vibe. The huge green lawns add to the laid-back Goan feeling, and the pool is perfect for slow, sunny afternoons. The Portuguese-style architecture gives the place an old-world charm — colourful walls, elegant balconies, and beautiful details that remind you of classic Goan homes. And if you love Italian food, you must try dining at Ottimo. Especially the Pomodoro Pizza with Burrata cheese and the Tiramisu — both were absolutely amazing and made the experience even more special. It’s calm, warm, and welcoming — just the kind of seaside escape you imagine when you think of Goa.

I've traveled across the US, Europe as well as the Middle East and this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. My fiance and I traveled here for a wedding.The facilities were clean, and beautiful, the rooms were modern, and functional with great views! The hotel meals were fresh and high quality (unlike many in the USA). But nothing comes close to the staff's commitment to high quality service. I did not pass a single staff member during my stay without being greeted. Not only were they polite but also very prompt. I requested several pieces to be pressed after being in a suitcase for several days. It was picked up in less than 10 minutes from the time I called, and was returned in less than 90 minutes. I would happily fly across the would again to stay at this property.

The resort is really beautiful and has a lovely landscape with a beach front. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The food in the Pavilion all day restaurant is awesome. The service is great. I would like to especially thank Mr Tresden who served us with a smile and made us feel like a part of the family of ITC. It was an overall very nice experience we had at the resort and would certainly look forward for an opportunity to visit again. Thanks to all the staff of ITC Grand who made our stay awesome. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, offering breathtaking sea views and direct access to a clean, serene beach. The rooms were luxurious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all modern amenities. The attention to detail — from the comfortable bedding to the thoughtful room arrangements — truly reflected 5-star standards. Service was outstanding throughout my stay. Every staff member was warm, courteous, and highly professional, making sure all our needs were taken care of promptly. The hospitality was simply top-notch.

My welcome and check-in experience was not smooth. I had to approach the staff for almost everything. No restaurant information or details were shared at check-in; I had to ask for that as well. The property and food were fine, but on the expensive side. Kids club also needs more stuff. Kids got bored in an hour. Seaview rooms that are on ground floor are facing to see but so far and because of trees and fence, sea is not visible. The property is good overall, however there is definite scope for improvement in hospitality. I would not consider it value for money.
