The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, offering breathtaking sea views and direct access to a clean, serene beach. The rooms were luxurious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all modern amenities. The attention to detail — from the comfortable bedding to the thoughtful room arrangements — truly reflected 5-star standards. Service was outstanding throughout my stay. Every staff member was warm, courteous, and highly professional, making sure all our needs were taken care of promptly. The hospitality was simply top-notch.

Had a wonderful and flavourful dinner at the Kebabs and Curries. The taste is to die for and the staff are top notch with the hospitality. Shakti and Kausar made us most comfortable throughout the experience and made it special for us. Chef Omkar curated our dishes to perfection. Amazing Experience.

We had a lovely stay at this resort hotel and were very well looked after especially by Nikita Bhave on Front desk/guest relations - we found the rooms a little tired and Nikita did her best to satisfy us. The additional wine and dinner was very much appreciated. Chef Ayushmann's mushroom soup in the italian restaurant was amazing and was my massage my Esty. Lastly Arjun and Ramesh were very attentive to all our needs poolside. Its a large hotel with many functions that include corporate events and weddings so it can be noisy. Breakfast was a little reputative for our 5 night stay. The sea view rooms are quite some distance from the sea so the view is not really sea view.

5stars are not enough for ITC Grand Goa, it is an amazing property at Arosim beach. You’ll be welcomed traditionally, every person will greet you with ‘namaste’ every time you meet or cross them. Check-in process is smooth, you will not be required to stand, someone will assist you in the lobby. Rooms are big and very well planned, walk-in closet and washroom is very big. Open shower area. Sprawling lawn and property is over 45acres, it has its private beach. Beach is secured and life guard, security staff is always available. Amazingly clean beach with fine sand, you can’t go anywhere from there. Huge swimming pool inside the property and support staff available always to provide any help. Food quality, variety and taste is amazing, team members are always there to help you quickly. Best part of my stay from 15th Oct to 18th oct - my son lost his watch, later realized he may have missed in table tennis room, one day later he went to check and Mr Ramesh handed over the wrist watch to him, never seen so honesty in people (never got anything lost earlier in any hotel). Son thanked him and Mr Ramesh was honest to consider that as his job. A must stay place if you wish to spend quality time with friends and family.

Shakti, was excellent and truly made our dining special. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured we were well taken care of throughout the meal. Our family had a wonderful time, and his service added so much to the overall experience. We really appreciated his professionalism and kindness.
