A Luxurious & Memorable Stay at ITC Grand Goa Our stay at ITC Grand Goa was truly unforgettable. The luxury suite with the private jacuzzi was absolutely stunning and added a perfect touch of indulgence to the holiday. The food at Ottimo and Kebabs & Curries was exceptional, with every meal feeling like a fine dining experience. The Sundowner experience was beautifully curated and made our evenings extra special. A heartfelt thanks to Akshay, Laku, and the entire Pavilion Restaurant staff for their warm hospitality and impeccable service throughout our stay. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Couldn't have chosen a better place for a family getaway. The kid loved the pool, while we enjoyed the peace and comfort of the rooms. The spa was a wonderful way to relax. The staff went out of their way to ensure we all had a great time.

Our recent stay at the ITC Grand in South Goa was made truly exceptional by the incredible hospitality of the staff. While the property itself is stunning, it was the people who turned a great vacation into an unforgettable one. ​A massive thank you to Chef Subhash, whose culinary expertise was the highlight of our evenings. Every dish was prepared to perfection, showcasing authentic flavors that left us looking forward to every meal. ​We also want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Saphi and Tirtha for providing the best service we’ve ever experienced. ​Saphi went above and beyond as our host. She personally ensured my family was seated at the best, most peaceful table in the restaurant, allowing us to enjoy a quiet and beautiful dinner. Her attention to detail and warm personality made us feel incredibly welcome. ​What touched us the most was the care shown when my wife and 3-year-old daughter couldn't make it to the restaurant because my daughter was exhausted and sleepy. Saphi and Tirtha coordinated seamlessly to arrange a delicious dinner and even a complimentary dessert sent directly to our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that allowed my family to rest while still enjoying the resort's amazing food. ​If you are visiting ITC Grand, look out for these three. They represent the gold standard of luxury service. We can’t wait to return!

I'd say the only thing that was really really going for this place was the courteous staff and service. Front desk was efficient and helpful, bar service was great too. Other than that, the property (while it may have been built really well) felt like it was falling apart. The TV in the room pretty much required a PhD to figure out (specifically how to switch to cable). Two remote controls is one too may for a foreign tourist. The breakfast was frankly quite awful (how can breakfast potatoes be made that poorly? The masala tea had a very burnt flavor... Wouldn't hurt to cut down the variety and focus on quality). Proximity to the beach and a lovely shack for lunch/dinner was a big plus. Pool hours are just till 8 (although that seems to be a weird Goa thing... was a disappointment after coming from a Kerala resort where we could enjoy a post-dinner dip until 9 to shake off the summer heat). For the price tag, just doesn't seem worth coming back to. Next time round, might give their neighboring property or another South Goa beachfront property a try.

Itc hotels are always best we took sundownder package where everything was included. Only issues Front desk seems not good and traained for refusing everything. Gold members itc are also ignored Thankz to itc hospitality where gold members are ignored what they must be doing to normal people. But who cares hotels are full people are enjoying everywhere in goa. Except that service is slow. Food quality hotel ameneties and location top notch
