The property is excellent in terms of location, and the private beach is a real highlight. Ollie’s Club and the engaging activities led by Ms. Nazneen were wonderful and kept our child happily occupied. The food was delicious, though I did feel the menu could use some fresh and innovative options. However, room service was quite slow. Given the rainy season, we often had to wait over 20 minutes for a buggy, and on two occasions, no one arrived at all. With our toddler getting restless to visit the play area, we had no choice but to walk all the way. We switched rooms during our stay, but in both cases, the carpets were extremely dirty. For a property charging such premium rates, I would expect far better standards of cleanliness and upkeep.

Overall location and property definitely deserves a 5 star rating. However, service like room cleaning and responsiveness needs a considerable improvement. The kitchen staff and security staff is very cordial but all other services needs to be improved by few notch. Overall its been a good experience though.

It's a really amazing place so I won't give anything less than 5 stars, but since we should always strive to achieve perfection, I will definitely note down if anything was less than that 1. We were told there would be plenty of umbrellas but for the first 24 hours we weren't getting any umbrellas even after asking the reception desk, 2. The carts were sometimes not happy to drop us the opposite way than where they were going or if the place was a little bit closer. 3. I visited on a Sunday so there was visibly lesser staff on Sunday than the previous day. There was no water/juice refilled in the gym. Carts were also not available. Other than that, it's a reallllly nice place, definitely go visit with your family and friends, the room, scenery, beach and the restaurants are worth experiencing.

If you are going to have a holiday in Goa, this is one of the best locations that you can holiday. It’s a massive hotel with a private beach and outstanding food and service. There are so many seating areas near the swimming pool that you can enjoy the sunshine and the sun bathing. the pool is so good that you will enjoy swimming in the pool, even if you do not know much swimming because there are shallow areas too. The food is out of the world. You have multi cuisine food from Goan delicacies to North Indian, South Indian, Continental, Chinese, Thai and The Works. The in room experiences are also very good. There are some cottages which face the beach and some cottages face The Lagoon. Both views are excellent. You can take a small walk down to the beach And enjoy an evening there. There are wheelchair assisted places all around the resort. Even the beach has got a wheelchair access to it. There is a small restaurant next to the beach, which is a great place to be where you can enjoy the beach and still sit and relax.

One of the most luxurious properties in Goa. Awesome food and drinks. Rooms and bathrooms are super awesome. There is so much of greenery inside the property with a private beach. The views and the overall vibe of the property is just breathtaking. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a luxurious stay along with the feel of being close to Mother Earth. It’s a perfect place for couples, families and even if you want to travel with your friends. The swimming pool is awesome too. It’s a massive property in size
