5stars are not enough for ITC Grand Goa, it is an amazing property at Arosim beach. You’ll be welcomed traditionally, every person will greet you with ‘namaste’ every time you meet or cross them. Check-in process is smooth, you will not be required to stand, someone will assist you in the lobby. Rooms are big and very well planned, walk-in closet and washroom is very big. Open shower area. Sprawling lawn and property is over 45acres, it has its private beach. Beach is secured and life guard, security staff is always available. Amazingly clean beach with fine sand, you can’t go anywhere from there. Huge swimming pool inside the property and support staff available always to provide any help. Food quality, variety and taste is amazing, team members are always there to help you quickly. Best part of my stay from 15th Oct to 18th oct - my son lost his watch, later realized he may have missed in table tennis room, one day later he went to check and Mr Ramesh handed over the wrist watch to him, never seen so honesty in people (never got anything lost earlier in any hotel). Son thanked him and Mr Ramesh was honest to consider that as his job. A must stay place if you wish to spend quality time with friends and family.

Exceptional Hospitality - Made my Wife’s Birthday truly special We’re currently staying at the hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it has been a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Olga, who welcomed us with such warmth and genuine hospitality. She went above and beyond by upgrading us to a much higher category sea facing suite room, which made our celebration all the more memorable. The thoughtful room decorations added a beautiful personal touch - elegant, tasteful, and perfectly set the mood for the occasion. Every detail reflected care and attention, making my wife feel truly celebrated. It’s gestures like these that turn a stay into a cherished memory. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Olga, for making this birthday one we’ll always remember!

Cleanliness - check. It was super clean and the house keeping did a great job every day Breakfast - good. There was a lot of variety of food from Indian to western. It was tasty Restuarant - food was really good. Only downside being it was way to expensive. The attendants at the resort were so pleasant, welcoming and very caring. Had a private access to the beach, which was super clean, no crowd at all and peaceful. I would Totally recommend this resort if you want a place to relax away from the corwd. But in and around this place there isn't much to do, unlike north of goa

Beautiful and massive property. Lots of activities for the kids. Staff is amazing. Joshua helped us since the very beginning and acknowledged all our requests. Olga and the team made our stay very memorable. A big shout-out to Moti and Pranjali for going above and beyond in making our celebration so special. Thank you to the entire ITC team. We had a truly wonderful stay at this resort—it’s easily one of the best we’ve experienced. The rooms, bathrooms, and balconies were all spacious, making our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The kids’ play area was a delight, filled with plenty of toys and daily activities that kept the little ones happily engaged. The resort also offers private beach access, complete with swings overlooking the sea and beach toys for guests to enjoy. The beach itself was spotless and absolutely beautiful. The buffet spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit all tastes. We also loved the expansive garden area, which featured outdoor games and swings for children—a perfect space for families to unwind. Overall, the resort combines comfort, fun, and natural beauty, making it a fantastic choice for both relaxation and family time.
