I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The property itself is good—large, clean, and well-maintained. However, the staff behavior really needs improvement. Throughout our stay, we received multiple unnecessary calls on the room extension, and staff members came to our room several times a day, ringing the doorbell repeatedly without considering whether guests might be resting. If you didn’t open immediately, they continued to ring, which was very disturbing and unprofessional. To make matters worse, at checkout the front desk staff told us that a cup was “missing” from our room. This was extremely embarrassing and insulting. We are paying a huge amount to stay here, not to run away with a cup. They didn’t even bother to check with housekeeping if it had been misplaced or broken during cleaning. Such an accusation shows a lack of professionalism and disrespect for guests. Overall, while the property is nice, the staff attitude left a very negative impression and overshadowed the positives.

A Relaxing Home Away From Home – Radisson Blu, Cavelossim. We’ve stayed at Radisson Blu Cavelossim multiple times now, and it continues to be our go-to resort whenever we’re in South Goa. Each stay has been incredibly relaxing, and we always leave feeling refreshed and well taken care of. The resort itself is beautiful — spacious, peaceful, and lush with greenery. We love spending time by the pool, unwinding at the spa, and taking the quick walk to the beach through the private access. The breakfast spread is always a highlight — fresh, varied, and a perfect start to our day. What truly makes Radisson Blu stand out is the amazing team. A special mention to Sunny at the front desk, who is always welcoming, attentive, and ready to assist with a warm smile. The entire front desk staff has always been courteous and helpful, making check-ins and any requests smooth and stress-free. We’d also like to appreciate the housekeeping manager and their team for keeping the rooms spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone at Radisson Blu for consistently delivering such a wonderful experience. You make every stay feel special, and we look forward to returning again and again!

Room: We spotted a lizard in the shower area which fell down as soon as we tried to open the shower blinds. We also found couple of cockroaches in the bedroom, which was disappointing. Food: The breakfast was huge & decent, thanks to the buffet option where you can choose from a variety of items. However, meals from the restaurant can take a long time to prepare, so it’s better to place your order in advance and give clear instructions to avoid any dissatisfaction. Order at least 30-40 mins prior. A very basic menu items and not kids friendly. Hospitality: The staff is courteous and polite, and overall hospitality was good. Buggy service to beach is good. But, the front desk people were not able to handle the checkouts properly, it took us almost 1:30 hours. Alcohol is overly priced, for example a 330ml beer bottle with an MRP of ₹65 was charged at ₹350, which felt highly overpriced.

We spend great 3 days in the resort, the stay was recharging and the staff created special setup in the room as we were celebrating special occasion. Food was delicious and Denzil was happy to assist at breakfast to make a choice from multiple options and ensure dishes up to our taste.
