Staff were great, location is good. Nice surrounding area with some good dining options on the doorstep. The beach is great, it’s a short walk from the hotel, but that was no problem for us. We booked a Radisson suite which was nice but a bit tired and probably due a refurb. Pool area was great. Staff were the best feature. Kids club was not great, we left our kids (9 and 5) in there once for an hour for an advertised activity. My 9 year old said the activity was over very quickly and then they were just left to their own devices in a little toddler play room, while two young men (staff) played table tennis and basically ignored them. My 5 year old needed the toilet but there was no one she felt she could ask to show her to the toilet (there wasn’t a toilet in the kids club) so had to hold it in. We didn’t use the kids club again. If it wasn’t for the poor kids club experience we would go back to this hotel, but would ask for a suite which had been refurbished more recently. Given the kids club we will definitely go back to Goa but will try somewhere else next time

Stayed in Nov 25. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. No reason to complaint. Rooms, food and service were great. Beach was superb. Neither secluded nor crowded. Beach access was very convenient via their prompt buggy service. Crowd was also decent. The cab service was also prompt, faced no issue. Just that, the Innova cars were a bit dated. You can also use paid facilities (hotels, cycle on rent) of the adjacent hotel, which is internally connected.

I stayed here for 4 nights , with family. I have to say, the staff and the service is top notch. The breakfast, dinner buffet was awesome. A special shout out to Chef Denzil and Chef Sourav , for preparing food customized to my 4 yr old daughter. There were some hiccups regarding AC effectivess, but that too was swiftly solved. The beach access was good. Pools were nice!! Amazing stay, just go for it.

The rooms were exceptional, the service was superb!! Overall this was the best experience in a hotel during Christmas season in Goa. From rates to food to everything it was all so well organised and so accessible to the beach. There was a games room as well along with the option. Of two pools! We had so much fun.

This resort is beautiful BUT the staff is more concerned about catering only to the needs of the foreigners staying. One breakfast morning, I ordered waffles from the live counter and while mine was getting platted a foreigner came and ordered one too and the staff simply immediately gave it away without a word to me leaving me staring humiliated. As an Indian and able to afford a five start resort , it was extremely insulting to be treated like a second grade citizen in my own country. The beach is nearby but the shacks on the beach also only allow foreigners to use the sun beds facing the sea as apparently pay more. Overall it was a very humiliating experience in one's own country after paying for five star ! Please find other places to stay if you want to be treated with respect. I have not felt this way even while travelling abroad !
